I stayed in this place during Aug'15 extended weekend along with my family.. Though the place is located in a not so good surrounding, the food esp continental breakfast and night dinner was awesome and tasty.. We stayed in 2 Bedroom flat in 6th floor. Cleanliness in room I would rate 4/5, food 5/5, location 3/10, staff attitude 5/5, also it is near to airport.. Easy on budget.. Wish they could have maintained the walkways and general utility area bit more well.. But had a pleasant stay though.

There are 2 different types of properties in the same campus, i.e. one apt for single occupancy (Oyo 67085) and the other one for double occupancy (Oyo 11908). When you book through Oyo app, it books for 2 people in single occupancy type as well whereas bed area is insufficient for one person only. Refer attached photograph. So, please be careful to book in the Oyo having double occupancy only (Oyo 11908). Even Oyo customer care won't know about this and you will come to know only when you reach the destination and will be left with no options. It is of Oyo 67085 Hotel Lake Bloom Residency.

We recently stayed in the hotel twice in a week. It is located close to Mumbai International Airport (around 3km), located within societies and gives a feeling of safety for guests. Rooms are reasonably sized(for 2+1 person) and were clean oerall. Breakfast was good with some choices.The behaviour of staff was quite good and were responding to the need quickly enough.

We stayed at the Mumbai House Andheri recently for 2 nights. This property is well managed by GM Surajit and his excellent team. The Rooms are Very Spacious, Clean and well Equipped. The location is just Perfect for Business and Holiday travellers. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

The hotel is good but the behavior of the staff makes me rate it poorly. I had checked in at 1.00am at night. But when the hotel was full and AC malfunctioned at 3.00am at night the manager just asked me to checkout or adjust till the next morning- WITHOUT giving any refund. He expected me to make full payment for an AC room when AC didn't work. Fortunately there was an early checkout of some other guest and I could occupy the room but his behavior was too rude.

This hotel is near Asalpha metro station. Area not good , very crowded. Price I feel little higher than their service. Water bottle they charge double than local market. I stayed for 2 nights. I was for work. First night they gave me a very bad and small room. Second night I requested for a better room. TV was not working, I really pushed hard them to make it work. It is ok to use if you visit on work.

Beware...You can check out any time you want...they don't really care!!😀 Room not cleaned at 9 pm when I returned (snap attached)... apparently desk mgr Hemant unaware. Was told will be cleaned asap, took 15 min and 2 rounds of reminders. Hemant was unapologetic and made it sound like it was my problem, not his. He was happy to argue and make his point. Apparently house rules are one has to inform in the morning if you want your room cleaned. Do not stay in the hotel on Thursdays... apparently it's the chef's day off and the back up staff has limited culinary skills. Half the stuff in the menu was not available. Ordered for a mushroom soup...came filled with green chillies, a Chinese cream of mushroom soup 😂 (snap attached). I wonder if they really have back up staff...or the laundry guys pitch in in the kitchen as well Really unique place and rules! Come and stay if you love the unknown and love adventure!!!

At the last night I have told the Room service people to do it. They told me to give complain to reception and I did it. At last they came and cleaned the room. But not at level best. 5. The worst hotel ever! In a world where we are empowering people to be who they are. These people do not allow you to stay at the hotel if you are a trans woman with a valid ID proof. Shame in these people for being ignorant. Initially, I informed them that I have a soft copy of the aadhar card but when I revealed I am a Trans woman, he mentioned that we cannot accept it. They need to wake up and not treat people low or degrade them based on their gender to say the least.

The food was to die for😍😌🤌🏻. I went there for a business meeting. The room was very spacious & LAVISH (could be an exact term). And the food OMG we ordered pizza, chicken tikka n tandoori roti (too small but okay😅), orange juice & kulfi. Very much satisfied with the food, it's worth the price. Would like to visit for lunch/ dinner.

I and my husband recently stayed in Mumbai house...rooms are near and clean and the place is quiet. Only problem we faced was hot water which was not available, and after informing the reception they got us the hot water bucket past midnight. The buffet breakfast had a good spread and I would like to mention the staff Tipama who was amazing and always had a smile on her face...She was really helpful and warm.

Lately we have been travelling a lot and therefore the need to find a good hotel room. Hotel lake bloom room was decent and clean, helpful staff and courteous .. i dint like their serviced apartment rooms so exchanged for usual hotel room type. They have 2 options.Menu needs to be updated in the room..cause after you order they charged us differently then what is mentioned in menu card in the room. Overall My experience two months ago booking oyo hotels was not great. Infact one of the hotel in jammu was a disaster. The rooms shown in the photos and what we actually got was totally different. Cockroaches flying all around....no ac ( they gave us big cooler which wasnt cooling but made loud sound, dirty black commode toilets..linen not changed for months probably. But we had no choice since we reached at 2 am.we dint even bother to unpack...woke up at sunrise and walked out. Therefore never expect oyo room to be same as to what they advertise...before you pay ..check the hotel room thoroughly. Always keep second option of hotel nearby just incase. Thats what we did in hotel lake bloom. We checked the room before confirming our stay and before making the payment.

Great Oyo, spent a night here. The quality of the rooms is great, and the prices are well worthy. The staff takes good care of the residents and ensures their safety etc. The rooms are great, and the washrooms are very decent (something that's always an issue in OYOs)

Basically it's not room in a hotel. It's a flat in which in a 2BHK the give 2 rooms. The vicinity is not that good. Since these are Oyo rooms, they are made good, but service is ok. Breakfast is average that is in terms of its visibility. Taste is not something you can expect from here. Make sure you carry your own plates and spoons cause these people will charge you for that.

I had stay there for 2 days.Nice & clean room with supporting staff. Transportation easily available for Andheri east station & CST Airport(hardly take 25 to 35 minutes to reach there). Juhu beach is near about 40minutes distance from here.

Called at night to ask if room is available or not and the owner asked me if it's for 1 or 2 guest, after telling him for 2 he said sorry sir we are not couple friendly, i told him that i read reviews,but then also he said we are not! Don't be decieved by reviews

I stayed here in covid isolation for 7 days. The hotel facilities are not bad. It's a budget hotel and you can expect the service accordingly. The staff is compatible and try getting things done.

Good place for the reasonable price they charge. Friendly and cooperative staff deserves a 5/5🌟 rating. Service is slow and totally unpredictable, but bearable. If you are a smoker, you may enjoy here. But if you do not smoke, you will have a very distressing experience because all doors have a gap at the bottom.  When anyone smokes in ANY room, the smoke leaks out into the corridor and fills up in ALL the rooms through the corridor, because there is absolutely zero ventilation in corridors. The whole place becomes a gas chamber and normal breathing becomes impossible. This is true with all the rooms, no matter which room you are occupying. If you switch on the bathroom exhaust fan, the problem worsens! I was staying in Room #005 on ground floor. Then in #113 on 1st floor.  Faced the same problem. My overall experience here, just because of the smoke problem, was 1/5🌟. If the smoke problem hadn't been there, it would've been 3/5🌟 Despite having a negative Covid test report from the UAE, I had to spend 7 days here.  Compulsory 7-days' quarantine for incoming international passengers, as ordered by our efficient government.  I'm sure my Maharashtra and Aamchi Mumbai will be 100% Covid-free because of these preventative measures. Jai Maharashtra 🙏

This is right at center of the city but very peaceful place. Its kind of budget hotel and provide good service. The staff is also very decent. The best part is the hotel management who strictly follow the COVID protocol and ensure less connect with the guest. All the orders and supplies are kept out of the door on decent chair (unless it is asked inside the room) to avoid contact. Rooms looks properly cleaned and sanitized.

I have my home here so let me tell few things about this society, this society is having 4 wings of which D wing is hotel residency the other A,B &C wings are Society (Lake Bloom CHS), mostly housed by families, engineers, Lawers and Doctors. The society have a few advantage is the rental are considerably low considering the (POWAI) location just because its located 2 min walking distances from Noisy Sakivihar Rd, the area is Cool and calm surrounded by trees, its behind Solaris, and has park for elders and kids to play around. Society is well maintained, the society is gas pipe line and CCTV with Security guard for each wing. Ideal for working professionals, since many Business Parks and companies around and good connectivity to Western and Central rail line.

This place is Value For Money. Oyo has ensured a seamless customer experience leveraging digitalization. Rooms are clean and visually acceptable. Wash rooms are hygienic though not plush. Service boys are prompt. Breakfast is good, two warm Indian preparations, bread butter jam, fruit juice and tea/coffee. Watch for sudden rush of bulk booking guests during breakfast time, things can get messy. Ola/Uber amply and quickly available. Approach road is not very pleasant. A neat and clean budget hotel. Value-for-money. It's an apartment hotel. The single room is slightly cramped for space. But considering the fact that one can book a single room at around Rs. 1200 ( inclusive of breakfast), there isn't much room to crib about the lack of space in the room. Well-behaved and courteous staff. Free toileteries. Free acess to Wi-fi too. Found the food quality to be reasonably good. The breakfast menu, though not elaborate, was tasty and fresh. On the day I checked in, the staff allowed me to keep my luggage in the reception as early as 6 in the morning, even though I was bound to check in after 2 in the afternoon. Easy access to public transport, especially BEST buses. The bus stop is just a stone's throw away from the hotel. Uber and Ola cabs are also available from the doorsteps of the hotel. Tip - Try booking through online hotel room aggregators to get the best price

"Budget stay but experience was poor" Me and my mother stayed at Lake Bloom Residency last year December 2016 for 1 night. This was my first experience to stay at serviced apartment. I have picked this stay because it was in my budget (redeemed MMT voucher) and near to Lokmanya Tilak Terminus. We had to catch train early in the morning for Goa. The area is slightly off, opposite to industrial factory. Because I have reached too early in the morning by train, around 6am, I managed to convince the manager to get us room early. I noticed him 48 hrs before and luckily they appoint us the room. In the morning, it was a temporary room, because the other room which was assigned to us had guest staying which checked out at 12pm. We had a quick rest before we headed for breakfast. They have little dining area at the ground floor, strictly for the guest only. Nothing special about the food. Buffet, less options, food were cold, egg ready to order but oily. Well come to the cleanliness part - close to horrible experience for us. Tiny cockroaches in the dining area, room, bathroom. This was serious issue! To be added dozens of mosquitoes in the room (both the rooms). Serious cleanliness issue with the dirt under the bed, table and corners of the room. Lenin wasn't clean, I could feel the dirt on it as well. I felt wasted my ₹3500 voucher to book this service apartment. I have read such a good reviews which changed my mind to choose this stay instead of other hotels. Either the people who had reviewed never bother to stay in dirt or it was my bad day to get unhygienic room.

Service, and the staff is good. Cleanliness is also well mentained. But the bathrooms could be more useful. The doormats should be available instead of putting white towels. Closed rooms smell like hell,. Can work on the wastage of water in the flush and basin.

Very unsafe and very unprofessional......and if you are prepaying then you will not allowed to check-in. Reply - If unmarried couples are not allowed then why did you listed your hotel as couple friendly. Pros: Neat Room Cons: The list for the cons are too many, not really sure where do i start from: 1. Area is not good. People traveling from other states please don’t go by the pictures they upload. 2. The staff is not friendly or hospitable to the guests. Specially their manager “Mr. Amin” very arrogant and rude person. Not suitable to be working in hospitality business. 3. They literally made us go through mostly all the rooms almost everyday. 4. Most of the washrooms do not have geyser working, we literally had to call every 10min so they could fix the problem temporarily. 5. Some of the rooms have problem with A/C 6. The landline in some of the rooms do not work, hence we were asked to comedown and complaint or ask for anything. 7. Delay in cleaning the room. When asked to do the room service, they just made the bed. Did not even change the sheets, let alone sweeping or moping the floor. The first day we went the room given to us had the geyser not working. We were asked to take shower in a different room and promised to get it fixed. Instead of getting it fixed they moved us to a different room where the room landline was not working. Then the toilet got clogged. They showed us approximately 6 other room where either the geyser was an issue or room size was an issue. Lastly they moved us to an okish room and promised to get the geyser fixed immediately. However, we were asked to call as in when the hot water stops coming. Hence we did not have an option other than calling as we had paid the complete 5day stay amount well in advance. Before booking we did see the ratings and reviews of the place, very deceptive. Please do not go by the rating. This place should be rated less that 4/10.

You can also order whatever you need and get the delivery at your room itself. Staff will make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible which adds to the stars. Nice economical hotel with cordial service. It is little inside among the residential apartments and small garden filled with trees as well as walking/jogging track. Thus, you enjoy a peaceful stay without any vehicular noise. you need to walk around 200 meters to get an auto rickshaw. Food is tasty and hygienic. Overall decent place to stay with family.

I stayed here for a day in the premium room.Check in and check out was quick and easy. Room service was good. Hotel is at a good location so there are many restaurants to order from and the order was delivered at our door. Breakfast had a good variety of options. Decent hotel with friendly staff. Though it looks like a budget hotel the tariff is not. The buffet was disappointing but when you see the price it's worth it. So I suggest in room dining. Comfortable bed and room, furniture looks worn out and may soon require replacement. The location is difficult to spot as all the Ola drivers I called had to call me up to find the hotel. Checkin was smooth, and myonline bookings(prepaid) were accepted. Room was of extremely small size of 6 feet by 8 feets. Dirty toilets which r black in colour(check pictures). Not worth 2100 at all. Room has 17" LG TV but on side of room, cannot watch straight. Bathroom is part of room with sliding glass door working as partition. AC of rooms were working well. Room naming terminology does not give any idea about size of room, simply avoid OAK rooms. This is hotel lake blue bloom residency which I believe is also registered with Teebo Trend and oyo chain. Sharing picture of room and toilet. This hotel is converted apartment flats and forms like tunnel. Approach road is bit shabby(Not on main road). Breakfast area is located at ground floor next to reception. Having Breakfast is bit of mess, had coffee, tea, bread+toast+butter. Had option of onion uttapam for today but after waiting for 15 minutes was able to eat one small portion. So incase pre-booked then visit breakfast area early.

Most of the rooms are bigger and it is well maintained with good hygiene. This is my 4th or 5th visit in this hotel and I feel it has the location advantage with Asalpha metro station hardly 150 m away from this hotel. The staff here are very co-operative especially Mr.Waqar who is in-charge of this hotel.

We had a booking for the hotel through make my trip and we had to cancel the booking a day prior due to medical emergency. When we were claiming for refund the hotel manager was extremely unsupportive. They were jot ready to listen to our situation though the make my trip team was supportive. The hospitality and their replies to cancellation of bookings was very rude. Most disappointed in selecting this hotel

I stayed for a day. The service was good, I got everything I asked for. My package had complimentary breakfast, the variety and quality was good and taste 4/5, would recommend getting a premium room, and they deliver orders from Zomato/Swiggy to your door. All in all, I had no issues and would visit again.

I never recommend this stay... They are just b@##@ds... I booked this bloody hotel through oyo. I already mentioned special request saying that iam coming from singapore and i will checkin at 11pm. Atleast by that time these stupids should reply me for rejecting my booking. And i went to hotel at 11pm and 2 idiots sitting in reception ignored my booking saying their problems with oyo.. Now most of the hotels is having problems with oyo. So if you have problems with oyo deal it with them, its not fair to cheat customers. I even requested you to give another room... I struggled a lot to get a room at that time due to this #hols... Idiots atleast attend the call when we call. I called you for the confirmation also.. Atleast if u informed me before i would have taken another room... Ignore this hotel, no responsibility at all. Bad customer service.. Stupidds... 😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

The staff here is excellent. Waqar at the front desk is exceptionally courteous, helpful. If you are looking for a budget stay in around Andheri, look no further.

+ve Small room (Room No. 302) with clean interiors. Supportive and welcoming staff -ve Electric kettle lid broken and tore support in the chair. But I would like special mention about the honesty of the staff that I forgot my wrist watch in the room during check-out and they handed it over to me during the check-out check. Thank you 💖

Mr Mehmood khan from f&b his service and his behaviour is very good he is so polite I went in every hotel but I didn't see that type of services and politeness behaviour he is so cute and amazing guy his heart is very pure and he works from the heart.What can I say, I don't have words, I just want to say, may the Lord give him success,we remember him always.

I have visited almost all hotel nearby in this location but i found this is best. Highly Recommended by me and if you give my reference then you will get best price.

Rooms are maintained well, the ambience of the hotel location is well filled with trees. Parking is also good but you have to cross a narrow road. Food Taste-good Cost of the good- Nominal as per area.

The hotel was very clean, helpful staff. Nice location near to main road, they have a path way separately for their hotel. Every day they gave room cleaning service. We checked in 15 mins early.

The location is a bit off the main road in a peaceful surrounding. The manager is a gentleman, well dressed and extremely well spoken but the service staff is below par. This establishment needs to invest in etiquette training and customer service mentorship for the service staff.

Pretty good room and food. That it's not 5 star was quite obvious but the rooms were clean and comfortable with necessary comforts. The breakfast spread was also pretty decent and delicious. Definitely recommended for a few days stay.

Chakala area , Ramada Hotel franchise. One important - Check every bill before payment. Spl food bill. And if you pay excess then they will not repay immediately.
