It’s a bar with 2 dance floors downstairs. The ambience is nice and the drinks are not overpriced. We recognized that they kick russian-speakin people out, just because of speaking the language - it hurt me to see innocent and peaceful people who wanna have a good time, are getting discriminated for their origin! We had a nice night but because of the fact that the staff differentiates between the customers based on their ethnic background, I wouldn’t come again. If a place can’t provide the same service for all of its guests, it isn’t a safe space to party! NO to RACISM!

Absolute joke of a place. Will never return. 3 of us went in, nice atmosphere, but busy. Bar man was working hard. Eventually got to us, I ordered two pints and one bottle of beer. He poured one pint and attempted to serve me with the dregs of an old pint. (When he poured a pint, the foam got poured in another glass). The foam was left to build up over 5 pints. So it was old and was flat. I asked him to pour me a fresh pint. He told me to leave “there is lots of bars in Prague, go somewhere else”. What an absolute joking. I hope no one else ever has to experience this place and it should close down and deliver some staff training to its staff! I would of left no stars, but sadly I have to leave at least one!

Cocktails for 200czk with close to no alcohol at all is a joke. The bartender was nice but it was a disappointment for the price.

Now I completely understand why all the (good) and big clubs around the world refrain from letting in groups consisting only of straight guys. The club is nice, the bar and the two floors have a nice atmosphere, but the people were horrid. 95 % testosterone loaded, low-key aggressive guys looking for girls. There were no bouncers at all. Nobody there cared about the music at all. There was no trouble, or fights, but the atmosphere couldn't make us (two gay guys from Berlin) relax or enjoy the music. Clubs in other cities are much better and feel way more relaxed.

It was definitely one of the worst experience so far. NO GO for anyone who wants to have fun in a respectful environment. We were inside before 12 as large group with female dominance, no issues until we decided to go downstairs. Out of nowhere (literally) bodyguards acted rude and pushed my wife. To prevent any escalation (e.g asking other employees to step in) no body acted. Later, one of them swing a punch to my wife like asking for more issues to raise. I was at the moment in downstairs try to get my drink but bartender was asking for more money though I paid and showed credit card slip. We called for the police and ended up in police station until 5 for filing complaint. People who wants to have SAFE fun environment and enjoy your vacation, DO NOT GO THERE!

The club is not bad, but the staff is just terrible! I was on Friday (11.11) there and I bought cider for 60 crowns, I gave the bartender 200 crowns and he didn't give me change. I told him about it and he just left me. I said it again and he started yelling at me, he was shouting "Shut up" (really, this is his direct quote), it was very unpleasant. He didn't give me change and was rude to me. I have very bad impressions about this club. It's just awful! I don't advise anyone to go to this club. Neither I nor my friends will come to this club anymore. If you want to spend a good time, it's better to choose another place. P.s. if the management of this club is interested in who he was, then he was older than the others and he had a blue T-shirt. It was the bar on the middle floor. I hope you will pay attention to this situation.

After being there 5 hours consuming and wasting money i wanted to to go home. Then i realised it was raining so i wanted to wait inside for the bolt driver. The security pushed me outside witj violance and saying the inside was not a waiting room. The way security used the violance really indicates how bad this place is.

The place is very cool with international, young crowd. I had one Moscow Mule (I would suggest to serve it in the copper mug first of all and to pay more attention to the ingredients) and Sex on the Beach (it was really nice but very light). The bartenders are approachable and they prepare the drinks very quickly.

The security guy attacked me in this place. The top floor was closing and people were slowly moving downstairs. I was standing next to stairs, waiting for my husband when out of nowhere bouncer pushed me on my chest and said "go downstairs b..h" I was shocked and went behind him asking what just happened, he kept calling me the same thing saying things like "aren't you a b..?! Don't test me!" and when i yelled at him, saying that he can't talk to me that way, he pushed me outside and punched me on my left jaw. Not that it matters but just to be clear I'm a 35 year old lawyer just having some drinks. Police got involved ect. Apparently they actually are notorious with their aggressive behaviour. Never ever one should experience such trauma on a vacation.

I read the ratings and went today but was totally dissappointed. 1. Charge of 8€ for such a poor place 2. Poor quality of ambience with hardly any crowd . Your bar had more people than the 2 floors of club 3 very small dance floor and too looks very shady . Please stop charging customers hope u get some crowd . I left my drink I middle and had to leave .

Totally don't recommend this place. The music is okay, drinks normal but pricey. But the worst was that the security is aggressive and dangerous. Beware and try to avoid this place. There are many other great places in Prague for a good and peaceful party.

I was there years ago, probably in 2012 or 2013 but it's still remembered as one of the best nights of my life. Very nice place with a very nice atmosphere. If you haven't been there yet, go! You won't regret it!

2024 and they still come up with sad stories when a client tries to pay with a card. Is it so tough to add x% when paying with this method? A bar with that amount of movement should not be afraid of the taxes.

Situated close to Prague's very centre, this charming bar is a great place for young people to hang out, as that appeared to be the main demographic there. It consists of an upstairs bar which closes at some point during the night, in which the drinks follow the Czech capital's usual prices, and are also quite diverse. This bar has music playing constantly, making the atmosphere amazing for a successful night out. It also appears to be a point of meeting for travellers all around the world (I've met people there that came from Belgium or Miami, for example), which makes for a cosmopolitan vibe. However, if you prefer a more 'underground' or danceable vibe, you might be interested in their two downstairs floors, the first one of which mimics a nightclub, in which house music was playing both of my nights there, and the second one of which would play more popular songs and made everyone dance.

This place only accept cash, so change your plans if you are tourist planning to go here. Moreover, if you pay with euros the bartender will scam you!

Club is big and beautiful. It's a pub on the ground floor and house/techno music in the basement.

I was downstairs for a liveshow of a czech punkrock band. Was great atmosphere there, friendly people. Just the kind of location that I like.

Top bar is peng ting as they have cider obvs, groovy baby, especially nice as there were Spanish people, my mate jack is a Jessie's as he wouldn't ask a girl for a drink the plum, The club downstairs is a sespit of debauchery as there are drunk people kissing eachother which made me extremely uncomfortable as I've never been outside before, Pretty fire. Place, highly recommend

Very aggressive and uneducated security. Seeks violence at every opportunity. Trying to provoke guests in order to use pepper spray on them. Really horrible place, definitely a recommendation to avoid it.

Nice club, there was good music and the beer was cheap. However, for some reason there were some homeless girls running around that kept bothering us with straws asking if they could take a sip of our beers instead of buying their own drink. After declining, they kept asking others and then proceeded to kiss them. Very odd

We paid the entrance fee for the club downstairs.. there was less then 10 people inside at 1:30am.. we asked immediately for having money back and they refused.. really 4 minutes after we paid.. bad experience .. terrible club. Don’t go, if you burn your money you will feel happier

I visited on Saturday night so it was super busy, so I queued for maybe 10minutes at the bar. The bartender was very clearly working hard probably overworked! But I suspect there was some performance enhancement being relied on here given the way the drinks were being served… He got extremely aggressive with my friend when he complained about being served a pint of second hand beer. We watched as he topped up this pint for 10 minutes with leftover froth whilst he served other customers. The pint was disgusting and we couldn’t believe the cheek! If we had been drunk maybe we wouldn’t have noticed, instead of accepting he had been caught he told us “to leave and that there are plenty other bars in Prague” I wouldn’t say avoid as it looked pretty lively and might have been fun. Obviously not everyone will share the same experience with this guy. Just be cautious you aren’t being ripped off, the beer which Prague is supposed to be famously cheap was £8 and if you’re paying that you at least expect it to be served in a clean glass fresh from the tap.

23.11. 2023 My first disgusting situation in Prague as a tourist!!! Barmen definitely looked drug addicted and was aggressive. For the first time he sold us drinks by card payments, but then!!! He said that we should pay only cash and we did … But when we ordered more drinks and asked for a card payment, he said that we should pay only cash… He started scaring, throwing us coins and glasses. Suddenly guardian appears and starts pushing us from the bar. And we got on the street. The most awful situation I have ever been. Be so kind to pay your attention on this situation because I don’t want to see Prague as drug addicted and route country, because it is not.

This is a very good local in prague the best are the cheapest that i round there and also there are very good cocktails. In other Place in prague the cocktails sere so bad but there were comparable to cocktails that costs 5 or 7 euros and they costs only 4 so very very good. There were a lot of people and some times enough to be very very close to the other people.

Good music, was a bit repetitive if you stayed there the whole night but the vibe was definitely right:) very international people there but also a few locals.

We went on a Monday and it was still so much fun. There is a coat check for a reasonable price and we got a free drink ticket with our cover charge. It is cash only so be prepared for that. But the djs were good and having 3 floors with different vibes made the experience unique.

Only went to the bar part but it was really good fun, amazing vibe, good prices, however it is cash only so be ready for that. Entry wasn't too expensive for the club part we just weren't feeling it that day. Staff gave plastic cups for drinks when they closed aswell so much appreciated.

This bar has everything that you can imagine, at the entrance is a normal bar where you can enjoy some drinks with an asequible price. Then there is 2 more dance rooms downstairs, if you are a techno lover I recommend you to go to the second floor downstairs there you will find a small room but with very good sound system. By the way the dj on the video is Arina Mag, we enjoyed so much her session.

This place is insane, never have I seen a place where they offer free pizza on the dancefloor and where the waiter walks around with a bottle to serve free shots. I’m here right now and having the best time. Dont miss this one if you want to have a fun time in prague

Sind spontan an einem Donnerstag ins Chapeau Rouge und war ein toller Abend! Der Eintritt beträgt 200 tschechische Kronen und es gibt zwei Floors in den Untergeschossen. Auf dem einem lief Latino und im anderen Techno/Electro, aber man sieht beim Eingang welche DJs heute auflegen. Es war nicht allzu viel los und die Getränke waren nicht zu teuer. Der “underground floor” war super und zu späterer Stunde noch richtig voll! Empfehlenswert für einen Clubabend in Prag.

One of my preferred clubs in prague, has kind of a grimey aesthetic but in a good way. There’s two floors so you have some options for music but their descriptions of the music are usually deceptive/ inaccurate. Me and my friends love that they give out free cups of tap water (as opposed to 60 czk tiny bottles like at duplex), the bartender even put a lime in mine because I asked for it in czech. Fun nights when madprg hosts parties there.

Been there alone for a few pints and to the house club on 2nd floor underground. The pub/bar is nice with some mixed disco music in general it was great. Some of the doormen were a bit pushy but they offered to finish the pint in the club as the bar part was closing. They played house music on 2nd deck below which was pretty good from my experience as an underground DJ back in the days. I would say, reading other reviews this place could be a hit and miss for some, so I give them the benefit of the doubt.

The prices were ok. But the little waitress with the brown hair ignored us girls immediatly. We have waited a long time to get our drinks. Altough they were not busy. But it is very cool that there is a club downstairs. Trotzdem ein Saftladen.

Visited on a Tuesday night. Staff an clientelle were mostly lovely however, the cited hours are wrong. Upstairs closed at 0200 and it was only after a bit of a prod we discovered downstairs. That duly closed at 0300. The hours cited here are incorrect.

Mostly smelly youngsters on the Latin party. No control on the amount of people getting in so at some moment turns into quite unpleasant place. Def didn’t enjoy it

Such a disappointment. They offered us "free" drinks if we paid entrance.. turned out to be gin/tonic or vodka orange (who drinks that ?) Reaks of cigarette and underage teens. Do not recommend
