Horrible experience! We came here late in the evening to go to the club and our visit started with half an hour wait outside, being smushed by a large amount of other people, all trying to go through a tiny door (and we already head tickets). When we finally got through that door we got into a staircase leading up like 3 floors. After half of it we found ourselves again being smushed inside a huge crowed trying to get up the stairs. Meanwhile people leaving the club had to take the same stairs down, squeezing trough everyone else. About an hour later we got to the top, where finally the tickets where checked, and tickets sold, making the "line" move super slow. The employees at the entrance where also being very unfriendly, one just punching one guest. After finally getting in we weren't allowed on the terrace (for noise reasons the number of people had to be kept low there, which is understandable but highly inconvenient for a club). Also nobody told us that information until I asked another employee. Here again many people tried to go through one tiny door all at once in both directions. They should really think about the concept of entrance and exit and how to organize a line instead of heaving a big clump of people trying to move through a small door. This location is just horrible organized! I don't now how it is during the daytime but during later hours I can not recommend this location at all.

Very nice rooftop bar, with a nice view and quite good prices for the drinks. 59 czk for a beer. They should however use numbers on the tables, because some of the waitresses didn't manage to deliver the right order to the right table. We got two wrong orders to our table, so a numeric system on the tables would help.

Very bad place to spend a night in Prague, if you are decent person, the club used to be a good place to go, but when they started to organize the parties for teenagers (Madprag), the place is not attractive any more for adults and quality people. Also the alcohol is not good there any more.

Place is very nicely located - on the roof cosy inside and with great view outside. But service was horrible - at least inside. We waited waiters for very long, I need to go and ask for menu and then to ask to take the order and each time they were looking at us like doing favour.

Sorry, but the service was terrible. The drinks took 40 minutes to turn up, and the main course literally never arrived after hours of waiting ("we're checking with the kitchen" ... tourist trap nonsense). Nice view, but not worth it. Sorry, on the basis of my experience: avoid!

One of the worst experience in my all life. Went there this Friday and I was shocked how horrible the service can be!!!! They didn’t have our reservation, made us wait 15 minutes to put few tables together. Then slow service with absolutely no idea what they doing. They brought me nachos instead of tortilla. Then they brought chips without tortilla. After everybody had their main course I got starter. Nice view but I would change all waiters and bartenders!

I went there for party. They had poor ventilation inside the club and the rude security created a queue between club and the half empty balcony not letting people enter the balcony. I’ve been to other clubs with balconies smaller than this place and never faced such a horrible situation created by the staff itself! For managing this fake queue, the staff kept one half of the door closed which only made the ventilation worse! It was the worst experience I ever had in a club

From the moment we came in until we left it was horrible. Staff treated us as if we're trash, 0 understanding. Way to high-class for what they actually give. All by all it sucked here. Go to chapeau Rouge great club to party and meet new people.

Great club, very posh. Went in the day for champagne and lunch really enjoyed it. Will be going when my friends come over for a clubbing session.

Beautiful rooftop bar to watch the sunset. Best to have one drink and once the sun is down, leave. You'll want to arrive at least 45 minutes before sunset. Not because it's crowded, but because that's how long it takes to get one drink.

If u around 18 to 20 years old , u maybe can enjoy it. Not my taste

Very Rude people, we wanted wo get a hookah and they kicked us out for no reason. Part of the crew can't even speak english. Can not recommend this club. Also the toiletpaper in the womens restroom was empty 24/7.

I went there with a friend of mine for a rooftop party last weekend which happened to take place inside instead of on the roof. So totally something else than they posted on FB. The service was horrible, the staff was very unfriendly, unprofessional, drinks tasted almost like water. When I went to pay she asked for 300kc even when our drinks were supposed to be for 270kc. When I asked about it the waiter said that you can pay by card only above 300kc. I guess that she didn´t found it important to tell us in advance. In my opinion, Not worth visiting.

They stole us a bottle being outsidw, tellung us, they would give it back, and at the end of the party they kept the bottle teklung us if we wanted a problem. Very bad service, Stupid staff, and lier workers overall.

Some random waitress came to us with a bill and told us to pay more because we ordered extra which was false later she told us "I was your waitress and if your not going to pay I'm calling police/security" we tried to tell her that it's not our stuff and we didn't order it but she just went and called the security. Btw she was not our waitress just a random one. Our mood was ruined we left afterwards Not recommend at all The staff - 0. And again all of them except the DJ- 0 DJ - 5

The view is amazing! The cocktails are too but a little expensive though. We orderd a radler but we got beer with a little sprite in it?! So cocktail it is. Then we order French fries with mayonaise but it taste like bacon sauce. They don’t have music on the terrace in day time. Just go for the view.

Bartender inside bar, they are very rude. Special the girl, after knowing that I am from the crew she was talking to me like she doesn't care about anything. She is like you can't do anything she is the owner of the club. Please replace people who don't know how to talk...!

It is a very nice club and the fact that it is at the rooftop makes the Atmosphere even better. But it is very expensive and the music was every hour the same. Schon ein kleiner Saft Laden.

Literally the best waiter possible. We Were a little late cause we had a little trouble finding it but once we found it the kitchen was already closing. Thankfully the waiter asked the chef to see if she could make it and she did despite us being late. It literally made our night. Idk if you understand how much that meant to us. THANK YOU SO MUCH. Victoria You made our time in Prague such a blessing.💗 food was SO GOOD. Cleaned the plate. But a also thank you to the waiter who let us get one more drink even after closing. BY FAR one of the best nights of our life. Thank you so much.

Amazing view and great food for a good price. The service and the overall experience were excellent. I visited with my family and friends and definitely recommend it

Stick with the seemingly endless steps and you'll be rewarded with a cool bar with an unbeatable view of the city. Was very quiet on the night we went with just a pre-booked boat party in attendance but can imagine it would be popping on a nice summers day

Living up to the name.

A bit pretentious, not enough shade on a sunny day and mediocre service. They were also funny about where people could sit depending on what you were doing (eating, drinking, visiting an event etc) which left people crammed in one corner while tables elsewhere sat empty. However, if you book ahead and get a nice spot to sit, the view is good. I wouldn't return nor recommend.

Worst club ever. Seriously by far the worst nightlife experience I've had in Prague. The staff (besides the bartenders) were rude, the audience was a bunch of Ukrainians with bad vibes, the drinks were overpriced, and the music was terrible. Do NOT come here

Alcohols are expensive you should not go there. Just prefer another nightclub and it is not crowded also. Everybody is sitting in their chair.....

Amazing place if you want to spend the rest of your day next to the toilet. You will be lucky if they will bring you what you actually ordered and do not spill it on you. One star for the view. Waitresses and service are horrible.
