the staff seemed to be very busy every time I needed them, but of course they had time to chat and have fun. When I finally managed to ask someone they just pointed me to the isle, i know where the isle is, I need help with choosing the product! Very disappointed

Visited OBI on 11th of March 2023. All personal were so kind and helpful, especially team who was helping me with the LVT flooring.

Free parking and I always found a place for my car. Its big, although this is common in these type of stores. They sell many different types of lamps, much better their offering than their competitors. However one of them didn't work and I had to give it back. But I think situations like this you'll find them anywhere. One of the employees spoke English in the returns department. But inside the store, I didn't find English speakers, but somehow I managed to find what I needed. Recommended overall.

Visited yesterday Prosek Obi, Marketa in the information counter was full of smiles and she was happy to help. She is a credit to Obi. Granted, I was speaking with bad Czech but she was very patient and kind.

No complaints about the choice and quality of the products. Some employees though are terrible. We approached the employee at the desk where they can cut the wood for the customers on request asking if they can cut the pieces the way we need. The guy didn't even look at me or the piece I showed and answered "Yes, but you will have to pay for the full piece". Very impolite approach, plus the employees should learn to answer the questions they were asked. Of course when we payed and returned to the desk to cut the piece, another employee told us he is not sure they will manage to do it, as the piece was small and narrow. Fortunately he did it. Quality customer approach? This is not an OBI standard evidently.
