wonderful hotel!! Had such a fantastic stay here, I cannot recommend it enough, very well priced for the quality, looked just like the pictures, excellent location, so close to the tram. High ceilings and comfortable beds. staff is friendly and kind, and they gave us two free beers at the beer spa. we went to the hotel bar and they were very nice, but that was not anything special.

Very good location, friendly helpful staff, almost all of them could speak good English, I stayed there 2 times and for sure will stay there again 😀. Prague is a very nice city. I have 2 comments: The bathtub was higher than usual and I had difficulty getting in and out every time I took a shower, this should be considered to avoid unexpected incidents. The 2nd point is about the B.F it was good but not enough options for people with food allergy like lactose/gluten and for Muslim guests. Thank you

Located in the heart of Prague, walking distance to Charles bridge and old town square. My experience with this hotel was outstanding. It’s classic elegant design, their helpful staff that speak English and the fact that it has the perfect location that is close to everything. It’s a 5 star hotel with an affordable price. Their breakfast buffet was amazing. Their rooms are big and can add up a third bed. 100% recommended 👍🏼

Ok hotel, not worth 5* in my opinion. - Breakfast was small, limited and quality not on the level of similar 5* hotels. - The first room we received smelled very odd so we switched to another one. This one had two lose tiles on the bathroom wall which looks that they've been there for a while. - we arrived late at the evening after a night out and the guard couldn’t open the front door, it was jammed and said that it happens often. We had to take the service entrance. What if the guard wasn’t there? Other than that, the reception as nice so was the neighbourhood. Very central and basically everything within walking distance!

We love it here!! Still here in fact until Wednesday. Great location to walk everywhere to see all the sites. Absolutely out of this world breakfast buffet!!!!! A mall with 2 grocery stores pretty much right across the street. The staff has been very helpful and super nice. Very clean room. FYI. T.V station only has a couple channels in English. Has a nice little refrigerator. Not a huge room but big enough!! If we came back we would definitely stay here again! And they will pick you up from the Airport for 31 dollars❤❤❤

Great hotel. Lovely and clean. Breakfast not up to standard though. Other than that - would totally recommend it. Rooms are fab and cleaned every day. Would definitely stay again. Near to great restaurant called Aroma. Fab steak!

Excellent hotel and we'll deserving it's 5 stars. Rooms were spacious and super clean. Location is perfect with loads of restaurants and stores near by. Tram stop and metro was pretty much at your door step. Old town square is a short 10 min walk and river about the same. Highly recommend.

Great stay. Clean and good amenities. Great Location and is convenient for everything. Minor stuff like Trash wasn't removed from rooms and few flickering lights. The breakfast spread was great but service was poor. None of the dishes are labeled and staff had no clue and weren't even willing to get the details. It's an 4star hotel in a tourist destination, it's not unthinkable for them to expect international guests.

My wife and I stayed here when we last visited Prague. It is a stylish, clean, comfortable hotel. The furnishings and fittings were of a good/ high standard. Our room was very comfortable, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. It has/offers the majority of facilities you may need. The restaurant prices were fair and in line with the high standard of the food/dishes. Fantastically located for all the must see locations.

We stayed for 4 nights and everything was good. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a variety of items. The bed for the kid was a bit old, but the overall stay was amazing.

This hotel is right in middle of old town. Wr stayed here and did everything just by walking. Breakfast was good. Service was good also. public transportation easily accessible. Airport 30 min. Costing around 600 crowns on Uber. Taxi was 825. Old property but working hard to please you here.

Amazing hotel with an excellent location. Spotless throughout. Twin room was gorgeous, great size for 2 of us and lovely decor throughout. Had a cocktail in the hotel bar which was lovely and a reasonable price. Local restaurant next door which had a nice lunch, and Dutch Bar across the road had great cocktails and a fun atmosphere. Breakfast was out of this world - loads of options and all done very well! Will definitely return on next visit to Prague.

This is a great hotel in a central location. Super easy to access all touristy spots of Prague within walking distance. Service was excellent. We loved the spread available at breakfast and the little touch of a nespresso coffee machine in our room at no extra charge. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

This is a beautiful property right in the heart of the old town. Everything is in walking distance of 10 to 20 minutes, be it old town Square or Charles Bridge or Shopping area or Theaters or even Trams and Metro Trains. Loved the place. Rooms are spacious and interior is upscale. Linenes were super clean and toilette accessories are generously placed for you to use. Would definitely visit here again in future. Highly recommend hotel.

Who on the right frame of mind gave this hotel a 5 star? Besides the location which probably deserves a solid 3 stars, it is definitely not worthy of 5 stars. Beds are extremely uncomfortable. Staff, especially the guy in the white shirt in the reception (day cover) is so rude and unwelcoming. Breakfast was also not worthy of 5 stars. Please spend your money elsewhere.

Decent hotel in the heart of Prague, good walkability and quick access to lots of sights and neighborhood restaurants and bars. The rooms are good, nothing special. Had a good experience but would try another hotel here before booking again.

Centrally located. Train, trams, supermarket, convenience stores, laundromat and restaurants with in 2 minutes walking distance. Charles Bridge 20 minutes walk. Friendly and professional staff. Downside - Rooms and bathrooms not spacious, however has coffee machine and smart TV hi. Buffet breakfast very nice.

Service is really good. The room we stayed at was good but for some reason when you turn on the bathroom exhaust fan, you'd start smelling the sewer (probably faulty trap). Location proximity wise is excellent.

Very well situated Hotel, just beside the rotating head and a shopping centre. Lovely reception staff. The room was nice, clean and modern but a little small. Breakfast was really tasty with plenty of selection. Didn’t appreciate the slow bar service and then the bar lady directly asking me for a tip. For the price we paid, definitely would recommend staying here.

We only had a short stay in Prague, but this hotel was the ideal location. Our room was to a very high standard and kept immaculately clean! There was an excellent coffee machine, my only suggestion would be, that perhaps milk should be supplied for the tea as there was only coffee creamer available. Breakfast was a very high standard. There was a cooked selection available as well as cold meats, cheese, and cereals - all very tasty (obviously, not together!)

Nice hotel friendly staff, very good location. It would have been nicer had there been a restaurant for evening meals even just something basic. Wide choice for breakfast but no indication of what’s gluten free that I could find. Stuck to scrambled eggs and mushrooms seemed like the safest option.

Great amazing stay at this hotel. The staff are wonderful. The bed is amazing. The location is a plus as it’s close to everything including the mall, grocery stores and walkable to most of the tourist spots. Will definitely stay here again.

Loved this hotel! It was beyond our wildest dreams and the staff were excellent. Dominíc was particularly helpful. He even came looking for us when we were slightly lost, going above and beyond the call of duty! Everything fabulously clean and comfortable.

Very nice hotel. Clean, quiet and spacious rooms, good location, nice personnel. Great breakfast with so many choices! We spent there 5 nights. Absolutely satisfied. For sure it will be our first choice in any future travel to Prague.

Perfect stay / soggiorno perfetto/ estancia perfecta The whole staff ist very friendly and helpful. Especially the Man at the reception explained everything at our check-in and had helpful information for us - in our language (german) - special thanks to him. The room Was cleaned perfect every day and they put everything you need into the bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, soap, vanityset, showercap). You also find a hairdryer and bathrobe. The room offers tv with channels in different languages. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel offers breakfast (buffet) with a very high quality and quantity. Covid restrictions are followed. The hotel is situated in the heart of Prague. You can walk everywhere and you dont need public transport in the City. Next to the hotel are Restaurants, Bars, Shoppingcenters.. The hotel offers parking lots but we did not need it.

Very clean and modern rooms. Nice personnel. Ignore the negative reviews, we had no such experiences, quite the opposite. The hotel had the perfect location for anyone who wants to walk to all the nice old town spots.

We've had a great time. We ordered a triple room, and it was really big, and cozy. The bathroom was also really big, and had great noise canceling. Breakfest was nice too. Great location.

The hotel is located in the central of everything. Room facilities are relatively new. Price is very good. The cons, can't take a shower without wetting the whole bath room. The pipes through the walls are very noisy, we had hard time to sleep in the nights.

Stayed here for three nights, the first weekend in July. I travelled with two friends to celebrate two big birthdays. Found the hotel well positioned for getting around the city. Hotel clean and tidy and staff friendly. Only eat breakfast at the hotel and found there was plenty of choice. Would certainly stay at this hotel again and would recommend a visit to the Dutch bar opposite

Very professional and supportive staff! A double deluxe room is very spacious and has a Nespresso coffee machine. Regardless of the central location, one can not hear the noise of the street. The breakfast was diverse and there were lots of options for vegetarians. I did not try a beer spa but it looked very fancy.

Nice hotel in Prague with a great breakfast. Large rooms. Be aware that our bath tub and shower were difficult to get in and out of with a bad ankle but I managed. If I were less mobile it would be a problem. Just put that out there in case anyone has these issues.

I had to cancel this trip due to being diagnosed with a life threatening disease and was not offered a refund. In good faith I cancelled so you could someone else in this room, if I had known you had no compassion for illness and possible death and wouldn’t give me a refund I would have just continued on with the booking. I tried to get a refund but my emails when unanswered. If you have money to throw away than I suggest that you book with this hotel but if you may need to cancel I suggest you book with another hotel. Would never recommend anyone to stay here ever!!!

Wouldn't rate it 5 star personally but it is a nice hotel. The breakfast selection is a bit strange but the food was very tasty. The bed was very comfortable and the showers worked well. Staff were friendly.

  • 3/5 Vladimir V. 1 year ago on Google
Hi, my room doesn't look bad for the first look. Just I would expect better quality of furniture at 5 stars hotel. Also desk was too small for my laptop and big TV does not show many channels stored on remote. There was really special attention and skills requried to enter shower. If anybody a bit drunk or disable person try to step in, they will face risk of serious injury.

What a fantastic hotel! In a brilliant location within easy walking distance of the main area of Prague. On arrival we were greeted with a glass of Prosecco and the staff were very friendly. The room was lovely, bed was so comfortable. Tea and coffee provided as well as a bottle of water. The bathroom as bright and a good size, the toiletries were lovely too. The shower was lush! Cleaned daily and fresh towels every day. The breakfast was fantastic so much to choose from and regularly topped up. Can get busy in there but still wasn't really noisy. The bar area was comfy and welcoming. We will be returning.

I gave my parents a weekend in Prague for their birthday and chose this hotel. I ordered a bouquet of flowers and it was beautiful. Even special requests for the choice of flowers were taken into account! The room was large and modern. Communication with the hotel was perfect, I was always answered immediately. Very happy to return!

I suggest the beer spa (Sarka was amazing and made our experience even better) and the breakfast add-on. The staff were very nice and pleasant. The only down side is that it's close to a bar that attracts loud people. The we slept with the window open since the in room a/c unit was not working that great. Which made it hard to sleep when the bar patrons were outside chanting.
