Great place. This is the first time we have been to a place with such a variety of gluten free meals. You can eat goulash, steak in gluten free breadcrumbs, gluten free knedliczki and have a beer.

Impressed that this is actually gluten free! Tried this place because of our dear friend. Dishes prepared very well! Portions are massive! Schnitzel was really good. Viennese sausage tops! Fried cheese was yums! And the tartar sauce is very good too! IG @iambruisedlee

I went with my friend who is on a gluten free diet who had researched and sought out suitable restaurants. I ate from the regular menu and had a lager, the garlic soup for starters and the goulash pot a la Lieutenant Lukas - all fantastic but the serving size was huge and could have fed three!! The goulash came with what I think was fresh horseradish, onions, cheese and three types of dumplings. The two waiters had great English and able to answer all questions. Clean bathrooms. Only negative points were when it came to paying - were charged 50 for tap water, which was more expensive than the bottled sparkling water, but as the waiter correctly pointed out, it was listed so on the menu - though we didn’t have the menu when it was requested and the charge wasn’t pointed out at this stage. After having tap water for free at all other establishments in Prague at this stage in our trip, not a welcome surprise. We’d have ordered bottled sparkling water again if we’d known. Also the card machine was down, and this was only made known when we went to pay. Both the website and the door showed that cards were accepted. It would have been nice to know this earlier, rather than having one of us search 25m for an ATM at the end of the meal. I’d still go back, and recommend it to others, but some simple upfront advice from the staff would improve the rating.

Very nice! We stopped by for dinner since we were told they had a special menu with all gluten free, and they did! They also offered gluten free beer so this place is perfect if you're Celiac in Prague. We ordered startes and mains. The starters tasted really good and the mains also. Both of us had the Schnitzel for mains, I had the "regular" one and my wife had the gluten free. They were huge! And tasted great. Plus for offering gluten free beer (bottled) and a gluten free menu. Also the food was well-prepared and tasty. Minus for the somewhat grumpy service but that didn´t bother us. We would absolutely visit again.

Love the Svejk book and this place rightly has a great reputation for gluten free Czech food. Delighted I found this little gem... the waiter told me to take a seat as there is table service, noticed the special of the day was beef meat, dill sauce and gluten free dumplings and was sold. Then washed it down with a gluten free beer. Thank you for allowing me to sample Czech hospitality and delicious Czech food, thoroughly enjoyed me relaxing visit and will back again :)

The portions are made for Arnie and Stallone. The roast duck was cooked well and had delicious gravy. Pork neck also melts in your mouth. Glad they had gluten free potato dumplings. They also had gluten free Apple strudel but the pastry was either not baked through or was made of rubber. Service was a bit ignorant.

A very nice and cozy place right in the down town of Prague city. It has 250 place. The food is delicious with very big portions. The waitress was nice. You can pay with your credit card or euro cash. Try the local food: gulash soup for example. The atmosphere is nice. The decor is nice too. They have live music sometimes.

A decent starter if you have never tried Czech foods before but it wasn't mind-blowing. An average place, lots of seating. The waiter wasn't rude, but he wasn't friendly either. Tip: Sour cream means whipped cream. Overall, if you have a short time to visit the city, don't bother. But if you just need some casual place to eat, you definitely will get full. Portions are huge. 4 adults got big meals and beers for under 60 euro.

Love this place, very nice staff. Would love to go back for sure. The mixed grill we ordered is very tasty, the fries are a bit salty. Dear owner, is that possible to buy a beer stein/mug from your restaurant? I love the design :)

The staff was so so helpful and kind. Plus its maybe the only traditional czech restaurant offering a FULL gluten free menu (bezlepkové). Plenty of veggie options too. Vegan options are scarce but could be worked out maybe? Absolutely get the fruit dumplings, but please share them (or eat the leftovers for breakfast the next day like I did)

I am so glad my friends and I made time to come to this restaurant. I am the GF one in the group, so I was really excited about eating traditional Czech food! My non- GF friends also highly enjoyed their meals. It is not a fancy place by any means, more of a pub style/ale house but the food was really good and a fun experience (since most of the Czech food is made with flour!). If you are GF you MUST come here. It has been pretty easy for me to find something to eat at every single restaurant we have been to, but this was a real treat being able to order pretty much anything (and the things that I normally CANNOT have like dumplings and fried cheese!). And I know what the non gluten free people are thinking.... ew, why would I go there?! Again, my non gf friends also really loved their meals. Yes maybe the non gf meals are the more run- of-the-mill you can get anywhere in Prague, but this restaurant, I’d say is good for anyone if you are in the area. The service was also very friendly. It was a little more expensive than some places, but that was mainly because one person in my group accidentally ordered a $20 entree that could have fed 4. Their menu is online and you can see the prices beforehand. Again if you are GF you must go here while in Prague!
