I used to like this place a lot, it always had some problems with service but but after our last visit, I can’t give them the benefit of the doubt anymore. The service is always super slow (40+ minutes waiting for 3 simple drinks!!) and we were scammed several times, our bill had items we never ordered, unfortunately we paid it because we were a group and we left separately. Last time I was there, I checked the bill carefully and it happened again! When I told the bartender that we didn’t have any water, he immediately deleted it from the bill without saying a word. Which means he was aware of the scam. Some of the reviews say the owner came in to sing karaoke, I can confirm this happened to us as well, we had to wait our turn after the owner. Ridiculous. It already takes about an hour till you wait your turn to sing, because the dj lets long breaks between songs.

Very nice Azerbaijani food and hookah, the pomegranate juice is also very good, menu on website can be translated to any language, staff was very nice too!

The quality of this place dropped significantly. The cocktails were awful. I ordered piña colada, they gave me pineapple juice with some alcohol in it, I decided to change it with rum and coke by thinking that they couldn't ruin rum and coke too but I was wrong! The coke didn't have any gas, it was probably from an open bottle of 2 liters and waiting there open for 3 days. Shisha was also awful. Terrible, terrible experience! If you don't wanna ruin your night, don't go to this place!

Better organization of karaoke work is necessary, as at the moment those who just came to the table are singing, and if several groups come, then you will not be able to try your hand soon. In the future, take care of lighting in addition to candles. Of course, if for romance it is just that, but it is not convenient in other cases

Service: sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bei Komplikationen mit der Shisha wird sofort geholfen oder direkt getauscht und eine neue gemacht. Es wird gewartet bis man raucht und gefragt ob es schmeckt. Preis: Getränke normal bereist und Shisha gibt es ab 350 Kĉ. Jedoch achtet ob es normaler Tabak oder schwarztabak ist. Location: sehr zentral und gut zu finden. Die Rezensionen passen alle gut. Parkplätze sucht man hier jedoch vergebens.

Great place to smoke shisha and drink signature coctail.

1. It's Russian and Kazakhstan style because all guys there will block you from reaching a girl in the lounge. 2. Staff there should be replaced by czech staff. 3. You will NEVER get there any girl from any Russian speaking country like : Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine, Russia, Azerbaijan. 4. if you try to get a girl there the guys from Russian speaking countries will immediately take the girls from you. 4. All lounges around the world are to meet people and party with each other but this lounge got a spectacular exception. 5. Just go there and experience how Russian speaking guys take girls from you. 6. Both Russian speaking guys and girls are very disrespectful behaviour . 7. The girls there leave to Russian speaking guys immediately after they get a drink from you. 8. Buy girls there a drink and experience how they react after they receive free drink from someone doesn’t speak Russian.
