Very nice place, friendly staff. We didn't eat there so no review on that. Bed was a little to soft for me but family said they liked it. Very good fridge in the room. Could have a bedside lamps instead of long led strip that lights on every bed at once. Good shower soap, towels etc. Elevator works fine, 24h reception. Good location.

First of all, receptionist was only speaking Czech language, she couldn't even count until 10 in English. Secondly, we arrived late in the evening and we were surprised that there is a small city tax fee (around 42 CZK for 2 pers) which you MUST pay in cash! So we had to look for ATM in the middle of the night and the smallest withdrawal amount was 100CZK. As we were staying just overnight, there was nowhere to spend the rest CZK, this is super inconvenient and should be written somewhere before arrival. All hotel has fatty oil odour through all floors, I am not event talking about dining room. As we left earlier before our breakfast, there was no other option suggested (e.g. take away), so we wasted our breakfast. In the bathroom was no soap - neither next to the sink, neither in the shower, we had to use ours. 1 queen size bed in the end was 2 single beds attached to each other which had two separate mattress! Unbelievable. The hotel in general does not look like in the pictures - in reality it's very cheap, super old school (the doors has a soft covering) and it's begging for renovation. Bathroom was smelling canalisation which was not proper at all. I would give 1/5 stars for this hotel. What a shame. Only the location was okay - you can reach the main touristic attractions by foot.

Great hotel, with very good price. It is better to book directly or by Agoda. Better Not B....com. service nice 24/7 and know English, so you can easily communicate. Breakfast available and enough good to start a day in Prague. There is metro station close to the hotel and bus stops. You can also find some places to park a car near the hotel (you can use app Virtualni parkovaci hodiny, where you can check the zone and pay through app for a car park). Generally Saturdays and Sundays are free of charge, mo-fri 8am to 8pm you have to pay.

Good for the price, modest hotel. Convenient location. Room was nice, bed was comfy, breakfast was good, but no night stand light and four out of 5 plugs in the room wasn’t working. Ridiculously overpriced goods in local mini markets - a local mini market bottle of water results more expensive than a beer in a nice city centre restaurant. A lot of nice restaurants nearby, though.

A 3 star hotel with mediocre facilities. Room was reasonably good but wash room was too small. No room service. Breakfast fast was paid. Lift gone out of order on next day and climbing up the stairs to 3rd floor was very cumbersome.

Slightly away from the main tourist spots but if you are ok to walk 1-2 kilometer this is a good value for money hotel. Trams available to go to any part of the city from just outside the hotel. Convenience stores available. For good restaurant you have to walk across the river though.

The hotel has a good location near the river. The rooms facing the central street are very noisy. They are relatively clean (the carpet was slightly dirty and there was a small red stain on the sheet)

About restaurant and lunch menu, one day you come order a penne and risotto, to realize it's soaked in cooking oil, after reasonable critics given to the cooking lady you get her arrogance right to your face, next day you take your lunch to reach yearly levels of salt into your soup, was she going to make it inedible just for me or she just doesn't know how to cook? Czech classic dishes are okay, just avoid soups and attempts to Italian cuisine. BTW owner of a place is a nice lady, I hope she will solve this issue.

We went here for lunch and had very nice experience. We ordered lunch menu of chicken schnitzel (kureci rizek) with mashed potatoes and included was soup and a small dessert as well. The main dish was tasty, juicy and also very large, and within the potatoes there was goat cheese as well! Amazing dish and very good time here!

Thank you Anette Hotel for our beautiful city break in Prague! Its only 3 stars hotel, but service and quality were pretty good! Very clean room, perfect cleaning/changing towels and bedding. The room was clean, bathroom not big though but everything was working and clean. Air conditioner in the room was soooo good to have. Hotel is situated in a great location. Walking distance to all Prague beautiful sites. If you are unable to walk long, there are lots of trams/buses/tube station just 5 mins walk from the hotel. Food was fine for breakfast, you always have a choice of making a sandwich/scrambled eggs/cereals/fruits etc. Food was fresh. A special thank you from us for the hotel's staff for a birthday present and a small cake for my 6y/o boy! We were absolutely amazed about this surprise at breakfast time! I would definitely recommend this hotel for an affordable price, great location, friendly staff, clean rooms. And would defo come back myself if we again come to see Prague!

Cozy, old-fashioned 3-star hotel with pleasant restaurant. I love all the fresh flowers around the reception, lobby, and other public areas.

👍👍 For me, the best place to eat in Prague. Not only drinks, but also foods arrive at your table on trains. On some tables, trains return to even take empty plates! On top of that - the food is delicious, same goes for drink. The staff is very kind and polite. I definitely recommend this place.
