Po chvili, kterou jsem potreboval na vstrebani informace jsem slusne upozornil na fakt, ze losos je ryba a tudiz rozhodne neni vhodny pro vegetariany. Ale to se pry pletu, protoze je sama vegetariankou a ryby ji zcela bezne! Na to jsem pani odvetil, ze v tom pripade neni vegetarianka, ale pescatarianka, ale my chceme vegetariansky pokrm a tim ji zrejme urazil a nastval… To ze pani ani nevi co za dietu/zivotni styl sama razi a slovo, kterym se lide konzumujici rostline vyrobky a vyjimecne rybi maso, ani nezna a zrejme ho povazuje za urazku, dle jeji reakce, to je smutne. Za vsak takovy clovek pracuje v gastronomii a diky sve neznalosti zcela bez zabran nabizi vegetarianovi maso, to je do nebe volajici! Jestli takto neprofesionalne a lehkovazne pristupuji i alergiim a intolerancim hostu, tak se divim ze se tu jeste nikdo neotravil.
