Akorát po telefonu mi bylo sděleno, že takto malý zákrok se pohybuje mezi 1500-2000, doktorka mi sdělila, že to bude za 3000,- ... odkývala jsem to a šlo se na “zákrok”, po dokončení jsem šla zaplatit na recepci, kde mi bylo sděleno, že 20% mi nedají, že sice to na tom kupónu je, ale spletli to a ve smluvních podmínkách mají pouze 15% a že to bude za 2550,-... a třešničkou na dortu byl fakt, že mi recepční řekla, že mě nepustí si vybrat peníze, jelikož už mám po zákroku a musím zaplatit. Že takto bych mohla utéct. Takže jsem tam dobrých 15-20min zas čekala, zda se jim podaří zprovoznit terminál. My last procedure was performed by an english speakig doctor and it all started good, she explained what to expect of the treatment and we started. But then she just stopped communicating, there were no "warning" like "now I will do this and that". I had my eyes tied (as the procedure requires) and could not see anything that was done, so I expected that it will be explained in the making, but there was no communication and it was quit unpleasant to lie there. And after she was done, she just runned away, saying just “bye” on her way out. I guess it was her lunchtime. And left me alone with her non english speaking assistant. So I didnt get any information about what i shoudnt do the first hours after procedure and had to google it when I came home. So my big advice to all people out there working with customers would be -communication. This is the key of satisfied and loyal customers.

I am not satisfied from the overall service , I went to several prcedures , at the begging they seemed nice. After I left certain amount of money they strated treating me with disrespect .
