The staff was wonderful. Took time to show me easy tricks to trimming my cats nails. Discussed issues that might come down the road with an older cat. Office was clean and didn't have the smell that sometimes comes with vet offices. They were great!

I have been taking both of my dogs there for years now. They have the friendliest staff and the vets are always very diligent without having you to do unnecessary tests. Very grateful to have them in our community and our dogs love them!

I take my dog here for her yearly wellness visits and have always had a good experience. Amazing staff and always quick. Unfortunately twice this year I had to take her in for urgent situations. As a worried dog mom they put me at ease getting her seen so quickly and taking the best care of her. They always kept me informed and gave me clear instructions for follow up and home care. Even had follow up phone calls to check on her. I would recommend them to anyone!

The only thing I'm not a fan of is the dogs that stay over the weekend are only let outside to go potty once on Saturday and once on Sunday. I use to work next door and witnessed this first hand. Every weekend. You might as well kennel them at home for free. Its only different by one bathroom break. The staff are nice. But dont take weekend animals if your closed.

They are always so great with the dogs. Best vet in the city.

Since 2018, I have been with Mission Road Animal Clinic. I am always more than satisfied with their care. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and they truly care about their patients (both human and furry alike). I highly recommend this clinic to everyone!

Our family has been taking our pets to Mission Road Animal Clinic for years, and have experienced nothing but the best care for our pets and the most knowledgeable and friendly staff. When it came time for our dog to rest, the staff here were incredibly caring and patient throughout the entire process. Losing a pet is never easy, but it helps to know that your pet is in caring hands in their final moments. This is easily the best animal clinic in the area, and I would highly recommend it.

The vet techs are so great and the receptionists give amazing customer service. This clinic cares and is extremely affordable. The drive is so worth it if you live in metropolitan KC!

This is a great place. We take our cat here, everyone is so nice and caring. The doctors are just wonderful they interact with you they listen to you and they seem to genuinely care for your animal. I would highly recommend this place. I understand they also board animals which I have not had any experience with but I can't imagine it would be a bad experience.

From the moment we walked into the clinic the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We just adopted a very anxious dog and the entire staff from the front office girls to Dr Whitacre were extremely patient with Oakley. Thank you very much.

We have a large breed dog and was happy to find that they have a Dr. on staff that can perform a Gastropexy (stomach tacking) to prevent Bloat that these dogs can be prone to get. Everything went as expected, friendly staff, open and honest. Very happy pet parents!

We had a very positive experience with Mission Road! This was my first time having my dog go under anesthesia and the staff there made me feel very confident leaving Libby in their hands. Gina, their RVT, took the time to answer all of my questions before and after surgery and help put me at ease about the whole situation. Another one of their other techs, Miranda, who also helped the day of and did our follow up was so kind and gave Libby lots of love. The couple times I called the clinic, they were patient and helpful with any questions I had and getting her follow up scheduled. Thank you Dr. Whitacre for taking such good care of my pup during surgery. Another huge thank you to the staff in general. Every single one of you gave us a positive experience and it brings a huge smile to my face when everyone says “Libby!” as we walk in. You can tell they all genuinely care about their patients.

Dr Tate gave clear information on options to deal with severe allergies my dog is suffering from that Apoquil was not addressing. She didn't act hurried and took time to answer my questions.

Wonderful place for your fur babies. All the Drs and staffs are great!!! Especially, Dr. Benschoter is exceptional. They have boarding and grooming service as well. Whenever we have to take trips, we leave our fur babies with them. What a relief to know that they are in good hand, when we are away. I highly recommend to my friends & family!!

We rescued Stanford in December 2009 and brought him to Mission Road for grooming and vet appts. They were so kind to do vet appts during grooming time so we did not have to bring him in multiple times. After 13 wonderful years it was time to let him be pain free and they were so professional and kind during this time! Allowing all family members to be at Stanfords side and spend the amount of time we needed with him. Groomers always did an amazing job! Veterinarian very professional and honest with family members!
