Kelsey Sparrow is the best! She was so generous and patient with us when we were so anxious with our new puppy!

We just moved to the area and were looking for a new vet and I was referred to Somerset while calling around. I was blown away by our first experience! The vet techs were friendly, responsive, and helpful, and Dr. Sparrow was so nice and answered all of the questions I had about my dog’s breed. Highly recommended!

Awesome staff!! The staff at the front desk are friendly and welcoming. Fast easy check in and helpful. Dr Sparrow is friendly and very knowledgeable and took her time and did a thorough examination on my dog. She found some issues that were overlooked by my previous veterinarian. I had been wanting to change veterinarians for some time and I’m happy that I found Somerset. Dr Sparrow took her time to answer all my questions and developed a plan for treatment and offed different options. I have never seen my dog so relaxed and comfortable during at veterinarian appointment, she is typically shaking and nervous. I highly recommend Somerset Animal Hospital and Dr Sparrow if you thinking about changing veterinarian’s or are looking for a great Animal Hospital for a new pet. Absolutely wonderful experience and feel very confident that my dog will get better and stay healthy.

I have been taking my 14 year old Chihuahua Blanca to see Dr.Gibbs now since she was diagnosed with congestive heart failure. It’s not an easy disease to take care of however, Dr. Gibbs has been the best help and knowledge on assisting me with my dogs every day life. From the medication’s they prescribe. Dr. Gibbs even goes out of the way to make sure that the medication‘s are given in a way that my dog will like. Compounded, compounded liquid. My dog is on three different medication’s however, Dr. Gibbs had it compounded into one liquid formula and it is so much easier to give this to my dog. I regularly see Dr. Gibbs every month and she has a general concern about my dog. Their communication at this office is excellent. Everybody in this office is very professional and they take things very seriously I highly recommend this office.

I love this office. The staff is so helpful and friendly and they truly care about the animals they are caring for. Ashlee and Arin are wonderful vet techs that have helped me multiple times and they truly care. I love this office, can’t imagine settling for less.

Zook saw Gabby and Dr. Gibbs last week for a checkup. This was the most thorough checkup he has ever had, and these two women are amazing, caring professionals.

The vet techs and Dr. Sparrow were so thorough and sweet with our little dog, Pumpkin. They were also upfront with all prices. The prices seemed fair to me compared to other vets. They took their time explaining everything and really looking over my little dog. They go over what is best and keep pricing in mind. You can tell they just want what is best for the animals. Thanks for a great first visit. We will be back!

My dog is a bit of a stubborn dog (Great Pyrenees) and the female doctor worked with him with patience and her obvious cncern and care for dogs. Front desk woman was very professional and helpful and patient with my Kane. Thank you Somerset Vet

We took our new puppy to somerset animal hospital and they were very sweet with her. The vet came out to the car and chatted with us about our new puppy which made us feel much better about our new life of puppy parenting. She answered all of our questions, and we had a lot. After our visit we received a hand written note from the vet welcoming our pup. We are very confident we made the right choice in going to somerset. A+

It's a bit like going to a 5 star hotel, only down to earth. Dr. Betsen even gets down at the dog's level and communicates. The staff is the best staff I have ever worked with. Efficient, competent, resourceful and so much more.

I came in to have my Llewellin Setter's glands cleaned in a snow storm on Friday morning before Christmas. My vet of 35 years was closed. I could not wait until after Christmas to have this done. They're amazing!!! I've never had Veterinarians who care so much. They always try their absolute best to fit in any last minute need and their techs and staff always also go above and beyond.

Dr. Sparrow listened to our concerns of very subtle changes in behavior of our dog and recommended evaluation. Initial diagnostics were inconclusive but borderline. Following a strong intuition, the following day Dr. Sparrow ordered an ultrasound that revealed a splenic mass, resulting in immediate surgery. Dr. Sparrow will go the extra step, if she feels it is warranted, to diagnose your pet. I highly recommend Somerset Animal Hospital, Dr. Sparrow, and her very professional, caring staff.

With only my first experience to pull from, I will say with confidence that Somerset has been a blessing. They were quick, thorough, confident, and transparent. We were treated in a relaxed and up-beat manner. We were respectful of their time and I am sure they deal with anxious clients and patients but we were surprised that they were giving, not rushed, and we didn't have to wait at all during our visit.

Wow! From the first phone call I made to the follow up call they made the next day, I have been pleased beyond expectation with the service I received for my sick whippet. I was a new patient looking for a vet after continually being left on hold and scheduled days and weeks out at my last vet, but Somerset realized the urgency of my pup's situation and got me right in. The receptionist, nurse, doctor, and follow up receptionist were all top notch. I will be switching all my pets over.

My dog Blanca just had her monthly checkup with Dr. Gibbs, I could not ask for a better veterinarian. Sometimes in life the journeys are not just about the direction you go in, but the people who are there to walk with you or participate by motivating you til the end. My 15-year-old Chihuahua Blanca has CHF. and this a horrible, it has changed my life, but I want to say Thank You for keeping me motivated and helping me accept the challenge that we have with this disease. However, preparing with the facts, and going over all the topics so we can have time to make adjustments. Your practice and answering all my questions have helped me out a lot.
