When I visited here, I feel the delay atmosphere all the time... Why? because the hospital staff is very free but the registration process, payment waiting, etc. take very very long. Even Emergency Department, I felt laggard! Would not recommend for budget saving, but if you are rich... this is a place for you because not that much people and so you are safe from COVID-19.

This is the worse hospital in Bangkok. All staff are after $$$$ sign. They don’t even let you know what’s wrong they have you sit over two hours not telling you what’s going on. Nurse don’t even know how to take blood sample properly. Doctor is so stupid and spend less than 1 min consulting with patient. Operators are helpless I am hoping that hospitals management will receive this message and look into how they treat customers over here. Or soon I swear no one would step into this hospital. I will be sure to spread words on my hospital experience to everyone I know to stop them from getting mistreated. Very distinction and disorganized hospital!

Got sick and went to this hospital as it’s nearby my house. A doctor took less than 5 mins talking to me, he didn’t even sit down and talk, he came into the room, stood in front of me and asked about my symptoms, then concluded immediately that I got a common cold. After taking his medicine for 2 days, I still didn’t see any sign of recovery. So I decided to go to another hospital and found out I got influenza A virus and the doctor suggested to admit to the hospital right away as I was too tired and weak. I got recovery within one night after taking the antivirals. Not recommend this place. I paid 2,000++ for common medicines and 5 mins of doctor’s time with careless diagnosis.

The worst in BKK. Wasting of time and money. The medical skills of doctors and nurses are terribly poor. Don’t go to that hell. Don’t be fooled by rating.

This hospital has got very good ratings, this is why I decided to go here with my son - 40 minutes Taxi drive. The building and facilities are nice. We are traveling and arrived on Saturday evening after our flight to Bkk, and before to got to next flight. My son had skin issue to be checked. All nurses and other personnel were very nice and helpful. However, as it came to the Dr P. , he seemed to be not in a good mood and arrogant. He pushed my son into the room. Rolled the eyes questioning my english skills (I was barely understanding his accent). Was blaming me for coming in the evening because the Dermatologist already left( sorry, it is 24/7 Hospital??) , for using Antibiotic creme on my sons skin(how suggested by Pharmacist and my sons doctor from our home country), trying to force me to come back after 3 Days- so wanted to prescribe only 2 Days of Antibiotics, knowing, we can not come back. (After discussion agreed to give 7 days). Did not even explained his diagnosis, only mentioned, that our home doctor is probably right. No instructions, if my son can go swim or so. It did neither look professional, nor polite to me. I felt bad and not really helped. Although- all the nurses and other guys at the reception and pharmacist/cashier were really nice. Can not recommend because of the Doctor. 7/11 within a Hospital is convenient though.

I had the worst hospital experience in BKK in this hospital. I arrived in front of ER at 2:30am with difficulty breathing, fever, and numbness on all of my limbs. I was greeted with a question ”Why would you show up here?” ,and the lack of urgency and apathy of the staffs were appalling. So, they brought me to bed and said “You are breathing heavily, just breathe slower”. And then went straight to the TV to watch comedy show. I had to wait 40mins until doctor showed up, diagnosed that I got fever and panic attack. Sorry for disturbing your fun, I guess.🤡

This is one of the three hospitals I bring my daughter to see the doctor. Always receiving the good advice from the doctor. Anyway, the only one thing I would suggest the hospital to improve is about the food served for admitted patients. It’s from Black Canyon, which the quality is so low.

Modern facilities and friendly staff but one of the slowest hospital I've ever been to. Everything takes much longer than every other hospital, the staff cordially continues to ask me "wait just a moment" every 10 mins or so. Nice hospital, just make sure you have time to spare and whatever ails you do not need urgent or immediate attention. 15 min extra drive to the next hospital will actually be faster.

Having our 3rd child here. I am very happy with the department. Same doctor for the whole time over a period of 4 years. It's not cheap and not super overpriced. Facilities are clean, rooms are modern and taken care of. The only issue was that they forced our one year old daughter to do a covid test through the nose to stay with us at the hospital. Could have been handled better as I still remember my child crying for 30 minutes after they had to hold her down.

A new private hospital in the area. The building is very new and clean. There is also both outdoor and indoor parking lots. I came here for a basic health check-up which cost me 950 baht. The whole process took only about 90 minutes. (Not that busy at the time) Staffs were friendly and their service is exceptional.

Good service, comparable price, all the staff’s are very friendly specially thanks to my translator Mr. Ali (recommended for Bengali, Indian and Pakistani patients) who have been kind enough to me and provided me service even at 2:00 am in the morning while i was admitted in the hospital. The hospital looks new and spacious.

The worst hospital I have ever experienced in Thailand, you are better off rolling the dice with google or talking to the soi dog out front if you’re thinking of coming here!! The doctors literally offer no help or advice. They told my sick wife there is nothing wrong with her, without doing any tests or checks related to her symptoms, it was like they didn’t even want to check her or know what to do. After telling us she isn’t sick, they then tried to prescribe 1500 bahts worth of medicine……medicine for what I don’t know. Just using the public’s health as a way to make profit, shameful!! 1 star is being generous
