I gave it a 4 star because of the shower it was really small and as a big bloke I kept turning the water off every time washing my legs other than that it was a nice room to stay in .
This motel is located conveniently on the highway. The service is really good. The rooms are a little old but very clean and well stocked. The mattress was firm but I slept REALLY well. It had orthopaedic pillows which was great for my neck as I often find with motel pillows I wake up sore. I thought this place was very good value for money, so if you're considering where to stop while you're driving I found this a good place to stop.
Refused a certified service animal. Disgusting. Their staff need educating before the human rights commission takes them to court…
Refused a veteran with a registered service dog which is illegal. All active service personnel and all veterans should black ban this joint.
All rooms are clean and serviced. The owner went out of his way out of his way to help us when we most needed it.
Our heart felt thanks to the Proserpine Motor Lodge for helping us during a difficult time last Friday, they went above and beyond. The rooms were immaculate and walking distance to a lovely fish and chip shop. Proserpine Motor Lodge are currently building more rooms with a restaurant to follow. We look forward to staying in them when they are finished. We recommend staying at Proserpine Motor Lodge.
