    Good food and nice interiour. Although it is called "The Beer Cellar" they have no russian beer or russian drinks at all... If you are a tourist in Pskov you want to try local things, not german beer....

    Restoration work of nearby towers mired the view on the outside deck,but the local and environment at night was great. Food is good and menu extensive. They make their own beer; Mart was very good as was the lager. Others are typical to Russian beer choices.
