Clean and very nice hotel. Putting 4 stars as there us some confusion with the hotel "sections" - the name is the same but what is included in the price is not that greatly explained. Came to reception where they told me that I came to the wrong place and needed to go to another reception. So I was separated from my group (we bought tickets separately but travelled to one hotel, we'll so I thought). Later found out that all my colleagues had also a SPA included and had breakfast in the same location, whether I had only breakfast and needed to get there from my location. Then workers were confusing me that I should go to another place and after some time they apologized and said that I am still in the right place :D If anyone from the hotel reads the review - please have some distinctive name to the departments, then future guests will know where exactly they will stay and what they will have included (add e.g. "economy" to the department so people know what to expect or anything.

The hotels facilities are impressive for a town like Pskov. It is indeed a well situated complex with a well maintained SPA and gorgeous rooms. The restaurant and its' staff, however, we're less than satisfactory. Our drinks took 45 minutes to reach our table, and we waited about an hour for our plates. When we asked about the waiting times, we were quickly argued with, dismissed and told that there was no Management in house. The excuse given was a large influx of customers that evening; this was visibly untrue. We also suspect the restaurant had something to do with my mother's food poisoning later that evening. Nice hotel, but the restaurant and it's staff most certainly need development.

Needs work. The facilities and rooms are OK. The lobby bar is great: good service and they turned in the camera i left behind to reception. Internet sucks: don't expect high-speed if you need to work while you are here. The spa is nice, but i don't know why they tell you that they are open till 11 pm if they stop letting guests in at 8: "Oh no, but we stop letting in at 8" - me at 8:20 "Why can't i go in now?" - "They are cleaning there". Shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit...

Very good hotel large clean rooms great breakfast

Very nice and clean hotel with a great spa / pool area. Spacious and light rooms with nice bathroom. Friendly staff. Can highly recommend.
