absolutely not what they say it is. the apartments are tiny, the pictures are deceiving. Can't sleep, it was so uncomfortable. and hot in their even though we had the fan on, no aircon at all. parking ticket was another headache and you have to pay full their is no discount, apartment staff are clueless. won't be staying again

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Mansio Suites Hotel, and I must say that it was far from what I expected based on their website's claims. I feel compelled to share my negative review to warn others about this disappointing establishment. First and foremost, the facilities at the hotel were in severe contrast to what was advertised. Upon arrival, I was shocked to find that the entire hotel lacked a decent reception area. It leaving me a poor first impression. The room itself was a letdown. To my dismay, there was no air conditioning, making it uncomfortable to stay in. The absence of this basic amenity for a so called “five-star” hotel was baffling and made the room unbearable at times. Furthermore, the state of the room was far from satisfactory. The cupboards were cluttered with an assortment of cookware and utensils, giving the impression of a disorganized and unclean environment. To make matters worse, upon entering the room, I discovered remnants of the previous guests' presence. The refrigerator contained leftover ice cubes, which should have been removed prior to my arrival. Additionally, the kettle still had half-filled water from the previous occupant, indicating a lack of attention to detail by the hotel staff. Considering the high price of over £130 for my stay, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. I expected a comfortable and well-maintained accommodation, but instead, I encountered multiple issues that greatly affected my stay. In light of my experience, I strongly advise potential guests to steer clear of Mansio Suites Hotel. The false advertising, lack of proper amenities, and overall subpar experience make it an establishment that should be avoided. Save yourself the disappointment and find a more suitable hotel for your stay.

Stayed here with my husband. Lovely suite at the Headdrow, suite was big, spacious, clean & walking distance to all the pubs/bars/shops/restaurants. (a few reviews said it's too noisy but we didn't think it was & its location is great for the centre of Leeds so it would be noisy) Staff were there for check in they were helpful & were always friendly, spoke to us when we walked through reception , we had to ring them in advance for directions to locate the building as we couldn't find it. We parked a 7 minute walk away which was £15 for the two nights. Would definatly stay here again & would highly recommend it😀

Lovely suites with great facilities. Comfy bed and a nice shower. Reception staff were really polite and welcoming. Had to deduct a star as the lift was out of order and it was a hot couple of days. There was no air con and the fan provided didn't quite manage to cool the room.

Our family of three rented a 2 bedroom apartment for 10 nights. Loved it. ♥️It was modern, clean, great location, staff were awesome. We will be returning and renting again.

An amazing place to stay at, in the heart of Leeds. I was wowed by the design of the apartments (stayed more than once) as you get luxury for a great price. The staff were extremely friendly, the apartment was clean and tidy (every single detail was thought of). You also get a continental breakfast which is a bonus. I highly recommend these apartments.

Me and my husband absolutely loved our stay here. The decor of the apartment was amazing and the food and drink left in the fridge for your arrival was a nice touch. Great apartment in a good city centre location.

I absolutely loved my stay at Mansio just before Christmas in 2016. The location is perfect for your Christmas shopping, a girly catch up, mini break with family, business trips or a romantic getaway in the city centre with all amenities nearby. When you are inside your suite though, you feel distant from the hustle bustle of the centre and its buzz which is perfect for relaxation. The interior design is very homely and relaxing too with a fridge stocked with milk, bread, jam, butter and coffees and teas - just everything you need is quaintly provided in miniature size for the perfect little getaway! Particularly loved the little treat bags of Molten Brown miniatures and a really nice Mansio mug too! Oh and the bathrobes are simply delightful. I can't wait for my next stay and would highly recommend to everyone!

Room size is really small. Kitchen is good but entire room is really small not suitable for husband and wife if they are coming here to stay for more weeks but it is in the center of the city. Infront you have multiple option for food, shopping everything.

Stayed here for its locality to the arena. Wish we could have stayed longer.
