The apartment was clean and spacious - the kitchen was well equipped, washing machine, iron, hairdryer etc. Very good wifi and a quiet area. Lovely balcony with table and chairs. The one bedroom I stayed in had thin curtains in the bedroom, bring an eyemask! Great communication from Penny re checking in and key fobs. Fantastic location for Leeds city centre, a huge amount of shops, restaurants and bars. A Sainsburys Local is just around the corner to top up on food! Would definitely recommend.

We had the most wonderful stay at this place! It's quite and very central. The support is friendly, replies very fast and helps with every question! We can absolutely recommend this place and would stay there again for sure! Thanks to Penny and her team!

Condition of the unit was not very good. The apartment I was given was not shown in any of the photos so it was very deceptive to arrive to stay for a week in an apartment that clearly needs to be renovated. Very disappointing. The apartment only came with one towel for the entire week so I had to wash the towel each day. No washing powder was provided so I had to purchase it at a local store. There is no parking around the apartment unless you want to pay a large amount each day to the apartment at an additional cost. There were only one small shampoo for the week. No coffee was provided. Kitchen needs repair as well as new carpet. Only good thing was it is in a safe area and you can walk into town easily.

Great location, just south of Leeds bridge near the Adelphi Pub easy to pick keys up and staff were very friendly and helpful. Secure parking at a reasonable rate for Leeds. Apartment was clean and well presented. Only negative is a little short on cookware which might be a problem if staying longer than the couple of nights we did. Would use again.

Stayed for about a week in a 1 BR apartment. The apartment is nice and clean. Thanks for the host which were so helpful. Unfortunately the elevator was not working during the weekend, am not sure whether it was not working or was error. Quite near and walking distance to shopping mall, pubs, bars. However, it was a nice place and nice stay for us.

The apartments are very nice, cooking, washing a TV. Everythin that you would want for a longer stay. Also the Service from Millie and Penny is wonderful, they helped me and my colleagues with all our request perfectly and quickly! I will be coming back for sure.

Stayed the weekend, room could've down with a much needed spring clean, as the bathroom/toilet had a very pungent smell but other than that and the blinds falling apart when you try to open/close them, our stay was okay. Location is great for bars and restaurants, as well as getting directly into central Leeds.

First off, the lady running it is SUPER, came out in the snow and helped us park, she was very welcoming and accomodating; we're already thinking about coming back to Leeds to stay here. The flat is gorgeous, really warm, the beds are comfy, a nice open space, balcony and everything you need to feel at home. Came for a weekend away and it was everything and more we could ask for.

The people who run this are very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is great. I've stayed in 4 or 5 different apartments and all have been bright, clean and furnished with quality kit. The development is quiet - and well soundproofed. Ideal for a hard working person!

A well maintained service apartment. During my stay, I got a one bedroom flat which was spacious. But when compared to the one bedroom flats which my friends got, mine was spacious and theirs were small. And I believe it is based on availability and luck 😁 Overall a nice stay. I would recommend it for others.

Great apartments with a fantastic location. It's only a short walk into the centre of Leeds, but being just set outside means it's a lot quieter. The welcome was very friendly and we were told everything about the block and the apartment during a quick intro. Would stay here again.

Service was really good from Emma and Penny. Rooms were good locations was perfect. Check in and out was really simple especially in Covid times. Would recommend for anyone staying in Leeds.

The Apartments are kept at superb condition. Cooking and washing are convenient there as equipments are well provided. The management is nice and helpful. Kirkgate Market, Crown Point Centre and Trinity Centre are within walking distance. Suitable for businss traveller and visiting parents.
