If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This is the best experience from beginning to end. Honestly, I wish it could never end. Roberto is an amazing chef and an amazing host. He truly cares about creating the best memories for people to enjoy. The martinis are delicious and the food is cooked to perfection. We had lobster with the Robert shrimp with an app of their special shrimp cooked in a garlic butter that’s off the menu. This is a must visit in Puerto Vallarta.

WowZersssss!!!!!!!! Don’t let the atmosphere fool you . This place is full of happy surprises. First off , the owner(Roberto and staff). They are sooooooo welcoming . The nicest people ever 🤙🤙🤙 Now let’s get to the food : coconut shrimp fried to perfection . You can taste the freshness of the shrimp and coconut . The mango sauce took it to another level . Now the dessert: Flan with vanilla ice cream ….. Hot dang …creamy , rich and sweet . What more can you ask for . Wait , the margaritas (mango, passion fruit and Serrano peppers/cucumber) BombDiggydeeeeeee !!!!!!!! Wait wait ….pear tequila 🚀🚀🚀🌙🌙🌙 and the solo guitarist(Armando) ….A perfect ending 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 THANK YOU Johan , Roberto and Carlos 🙏🙏🙏

Great service, amazing food, and that Cesar salad is so different than a regular Cesar salad but tasted better too. Overall it was a huge hit. The shrimp pasta was so creamy and delicious and the sautéed shrimp was amazing especially with that sauce. Plus they gave us a cake at the end kn the house and it was so nice of them. It tasted all delicious and the vibe was wonderful.

One of the best restaurants in Puerto Vallarta. My wife and I found this place through word of mouth. The food and staff is amazing. We ending up going twice during the trip. The food is pricier than other nearby restaurants but it is totally worth it! The chef came to our table both nights. He remembered us on the second trip. I will always eat here when in town.

If you are going out to eat in Puerto Vallarta, you need to come here. I don't know that I've had better seafood in my entire life. The Chef's Special is the way to go. When we went it was a yellowfin tuna filet with vegetables. Cooked to perfection, I could eat it every night. They also have a shrimp dish that's not on the menu that is basically a hot pot with shrimp, butter, and red chiles. Also delicious. For the quality and portions, the price is amazing. To put it simply, we made reservations for the following night mid meal because it was so good. Edit: Came back the second night and the food was just as good! Can't express how impressed I am with this place! We splurged the second night and got martinis, shrimp appetizer (again), ahi tuna appetizer, shrimp fajitas, and the Filet de pescado real Vallarta (amazing!), and then key like pie. Overall, just as good as our first night here. My taste buds will miss this place.

We found this little gem of a restaurant and booked a reservation. It’s chef-owned and operated, and you can sense the pride and expertise in every aspect of your dining experience. We even had chef visit our table and make the perfect recommendations. A must for every person who enjoys excellent food and atmosphere.

We ended up going here very spur of the moment for a late lunch / early dinner. I'm really glad we stopped into this restaurant. Neither of us had been here but we had heard good things about it. The menu was fairly extensive with a nice selection. While a vegan might have trouble finding things here, everyone else should be OK. I had the Camarones Fiesta and really enjoyed it. The Caesar Salad was simple but tasty. The dessert was a perfect size for sharing and was light enough to be enjoyed after a filling meal. Service was attentive but not obtrusive. I will go back.

Even though it was our first visit here, it felt like coming home. The warmth of the staff and the comfort of the amazing food felt so welcoming. The space is small, loud and lively, just like a big family gathering!

We came in here with 6 of us and absolutely loved the food!!! We had some yellow fin tuna for an app, some beef fajitas, coconut shrimp, poblano shrimp, mahi mahi! Everything was delicious and we could not stop hyping up every dish we had. We had several shots that were incredibly delicious and smooth as well! Please make this a stop on your Puerto Vallarta trip!

A must go to experience a relaxed and warm atmosphere full of laughters and music. The food was one of a kind hearty seafood with a focus of freshness and grill. Owner Roberto Gonzalez is very open and fun to talk to. We are going to go with him on his part time fishing tour too that's dog friendly!

Always a great experience here. Specialty cocktails. Great menu. And a surprise dessert for the table. A bit pricey, but worth it. Definitely a must to visit. Third time here.

Excellent food. Great service. Tuna with shrimp on top & the best grilled veggies were fantastic. Flan with coconut over vanilla ice cream was awesome too. Mahi mahi with asparagus was great too.

Excellent food. Fantastic service from Diego. Shrimp dishes were awesome. The mango sauce for the coconut shrimp was unbelievable. At the end they brought us 3 fantastic desserts, on the house. On top of that they came with some peach tequila, also on the house.

The experience was so great, I am still here as I type this. I couldn’t leave without reviewing on the spot! Quality food, super-attentive staff in a very busy warm cozy space. The chef, Roberto, was so friendly— he cooked from the open kitchen allowing him to step away and stop by our table to greet, and take our order—since he was already there! Instant love for this place. Great food, great vibes, great space and impeccable service—what more could you need? We asked ourselves this question and then… our server, Diego, brought us the smoothest complimentary pear soaked tequila to send us floating back home. If you’re in Zona Romantica… you must come to Martini en Fuego!!! 💕

This is now my favorite restaurant in PV. It’s just so warm - friendly and cozy like dinner at your best friend’s, or with the folks back home, if the folks back home could cook like gourmets! Roberto (chef/owner) roams the intimate dining room, chatting, laughing, bringing food snd generally making you feel like family. Diego was the most attentive server - easy going but we didn’t lack for anything, not for a minute. And the food. Seafood prepared with delicate care, mouth-watering steak, tangy Caesar salad on perfectly crisp Romaine - everything so delicious you can’t believe your luck in finding Martini en Fuego. But shhh! Don’t tell everybody - it’s our little secret!

Absolutely delicious. Fresh seafood prepared beautifully. Excellent service. Worth the price. The mixed salad is fantastic. All the fish and seafood was perfect. I ate alone the first time and loved it so much I came back twice with friends. Highly recommend this spot. The cocktails are also excellent. So good!

We are so glad we found this gem! I had the grilled butterflied shrimp and my guy had a seafood soup. The shrimp were perfectly cooked and the seafood soup was brimming with tons of seafood in a delicious red broth. Very welcoming atmosphere, we will be back!

Lemon Drop Martini is the bomb! Loved the Tortilla Soup and Mixed Green Salad. "Camarones al Gusto" perfectly prepared~shrimp sauteed in butter and garlic, with veggies and rice. Small place, it felt like dinner was in the chef's living room. Dessert was on the house. Would recommend.

We had a nice meal, but it was just good. Service was excellent, unfortunately the food missed the mark. The whole fish and shrimp entre was overcooked and swimming in butter. The ceviche, though tasty, did not have a good ratio of fish (too much veg). Value was poor... I may have overlooked food issues for a less expensive meal, but at this price point I expect more.

Been to Vallarta 20 times, and it was our first time to try Martini en Fuego. We are hooked! Johan was our server and he was fantastic and made a great recommendation for their seafood platter for 2! Started with a Cesar salad and here comes the seafood - holy smokes - it was so good! The chef/owner, Roberto, checked on us and he couldn’t have been more gracious. We tried their speciality martini and dessert was fresh and homemade. We ended with a complimentary tequila drink/shot for a night cap. We’ll defining come back for the friendly service and amazing food!

This was hands down my best meal I had in PV. The lobster special was out of this world. If you like garlic and butter, then your life will be changed after this dish. The service was incredible, even dining outside, the chef came to check on our night. I would recommend this place to anyone! The tequila they served was also phenomenal. Please save this to your list of must visits! YUM!

Incredible meal complete with two lobsters, shrimp three ways, mahi mahi, mussels, clams, paella and grilled veggies. Did I mention the free shot of homemade tequila and dessert?! Best meal we’ve had here.

Amazing food!! We came for the ribeye steak and lobster, but they were out of lobster tonight. So our server Diago suggested the Tomahawk steak and diablo shrimp. It came with bacon wrapped asparagus and grilled veggies, and a baked potato. So wonderful! We will be back! And to top off the meal, they gave us a shot of their tequila and a chocolate cake and vanilla ice cream.

I have been to many restaurants in the world from street vendors to Michelin’s, and I almost never write reviews. I decided to write a review for this place because this is not a touristy establishment and I feel more people need to know about it. The food was incredible and so was the service. They used fresh seafood in the soup and had generous ingredients including langoustine. The aguachile was to die for. Even the garlic bread for the table was done perfectly. The owner/chef came to greet us at the end of the meal. The ambience was cozy and comfortable. Definitely would come back to here. Best meal in PV by far.
