Very old school restaurant with very personal service. Located on the 7th floor of Hotel Suites La Siesta ( just a floor above where we were staying ). 25% discount coupon was provided at check in. Party of 4 and we thoroughly enjoyed old style service and quality food. Our Caesar salad for 4 and my wife’s shrimp were prepared right at the table. All our entrées were cooked to perfection and a guitar player provided entertainment. You can take your drink up to the terrace above, and all the tables were at the window in the restaurant so you will enjoy the view while dining. We will be back and recommend this restaurant to everyone!

Upon entry, a less than impressive elevator ride was quickly forgotten when we stepped into the elegant setting replete with hardwood and white linens. Ratings Ambience: 4/5 Price: 3/5 Quality of Food: 2/5 Service: 3/5 Ambience The restaurant was quiet and traditional, with hardwood and white linen decor. The atmosphere is suitable for families, couples, and business meetings alike. Price Expect to spend between 800 and 1500 MXN for a meal for two, including drinks. While the setting is agreeable, the value for the price could be better. Quality of Food The menu offers variety but leaves something to be desired in execution. Signature dishes like tableside Caesar Salad and Châteaubriand failed to impress, given their price tags. The cocktails were similarly disappointing. Service The service was adequate, but the repetitive request for cash tips marred the experience. Additional Factors Getting to the restaurant can be a bit of a chore due to misdirection from Google Maps and a steep hill to climb. However, parking is available, and the views are a definite highlight. Conclusion El Panarama offers a memorable setting with stunning ocean views and a gentle breeze to make your meal enjoyable. If these factors are your primary dining motivators, and you're willing to overlook some flaws in food quality and service, then it's worth a visit.

The view is worth it! Amazing sunsets. Have been to a few of the places on the hill, all very nice. Had the lobster, very nice.

Great service but overpriced food. Just went for the view and it was beautiful at night. If you are not into salty food, be sure to ask them to reduce it in your order. Building access at the moment this was written was by stairs ( 7 floors ).

This place was so good! Best lobster I’ve ever had. Will be back every time we visit PV. The view is breathtaking and the live music was great!

It's so romantic to have dinner with a loved one and watch the sunset over the bay. The service and food is exemplary and the view breathtaking. After dinner, enjoy a Mexican Coffee for dessert.... DO IT!

This was an exceptional meal and experience. Definitely old school cool, and a great meal. We came for a birthday on a Saturday evening, and everything was perfect. Cocktails were good, filet was excellent, and the view is spectacular. Our waiter took us to the terrace and took photos for us and was on top of everything throughout the meal. Most importantly, he didn’t constantly try to up sell us as has become the norm around here. So much better then many restaurants we have been to recently, and I’ll definitely add this to the rotation.

View was insanely gorgeous. Service was impeccable and lovely. Food unfortunately was a letdown. For the price, the quality is not impressive. I would not go back again because you can find way better food at honestly a taco stand. Escargot was overcooked, beef stroganoff didn’t taste quite right in terms of flavor and seasoning, the other items were not terrible but they weren’t impressive. And for an expensive high quality restuartant it should have left an impression.

We live in a town, not far from PV, but we always love to bring guests to this amazing restaurant! Bonus it's right on top of a hotel so you can pair them together and they give you 25% off in the restaurant!!

This is one of my favorite restaurants in PV. The view is perfect. The waiters are super attentive and professional. The food is all amazing. It’s the most fresh lobster and shrimp I’ve had here. Highly recommend. Only drawback is it is a bit hard to find because it is up on the hill a bit and in the top floor of an old hotel. I will definitely be coming back.

Breath taking view from the upper patio. The atmosphere was was charming. The waiters and captain were excellent and very attentive. The food was excellent. The ambiance and staff made this a memorable evening. Finishing our wine on the upper terrace watching the sun go down was wonderful. Breathtaking views in all directions. Don't forget to tip the music man. A definite must if in Puerto Vallarta.

We just loved this place the musician on March 27. 2022 was phenomenal. The food and service was spectacular we will bring more friends again next year. Just getting a cab back was tough

It truly is a panoramic view when you step off the elevator to the dining room. Some selections are prepared at your table and that is a show in its self. We are both happy we tried this restaurant and next time to PV we will be back again. Also don't forget to go upstairs to the open- air deck, the views are wonderful especially at sunset.

Stunning and lovely!!! Great food, nice walk to get up there past the si senor in old town. I had a wonderful time! The chicken Kiev is delicious. The only thing I wish we had done was come for just before sunset. We went when it was dark which is still beautiful but to really get the most out of the experience I’d like to come earlier next time! 😊 definitely amazing food - and the chicken meals are reasonably priced. Great service. Go!!

Very nice venue, and very good service. The views of the city and the bay are spectacular. Simon and Jonathan provided great service, made us feel very welcome. The food presentation is five-star, unfortunately, the quality of the protein in the plates was low quality— tough, and tasteless. We suspect probably all previously frozen and in the freezer for too long. We will definitely go back soon for the venue and the view and the service. 🙂

We had a wonderful experience! The staff was mostly young and you could tell some were still training but they did very well. The views were incredible and we enjoyed everything we had

Found this place randomly and made a reservation. Everything from the food to the service, and views were great. Javier took care of us, took us upstairs for sunset pics, explained the City to us and was just a great guy. The food was a surprise. I read a bad review and decided to ignore. We had fresh calamari, the table side Ceasar and the snapper. It was all great but the service and staff there will make you feel at home. They even waited with us for the cab. Can’t wait to go back.

Impeccable! I'd you want to impress you date, your friends, or your family, take them to El Panorama! The filet was prepared perfectly and you can cut it with a butter knife! Excellent wine list and an extremely professional staff! Treat yourself at least twice a month here if you truly love yourself and exquisite menu!

Today we went to El Panorama. I can’t say something was wrong. All was excellent, the food, the service and the incredible view they have. We arrive and the second we put a foot in there, they received us with enthusiasm. We ask for Salmon, meat, Cesar salad and shrimps, all was awesome. The view was so beautiful, we went for the sunset and you can see El Malecon and the sea. Woooow!!

If you're looking for an amazing place to enjoy nice view specially sunset with food in PV, look no more! This place is also well arranged to have all tables around 360deg glass view so no competition! Live music takes it to next level. I think it's an old well established place so expect some vintage decor and older building / salon but with character. Service might be slow depending how busy they are but overall very reasonably. Waiters are friendly and engaging. Depending on your order, some foods will be prepared at your table! Right, chef will make it at your table (on a small kitchenette trolley) which is very entertaining. Well, food was not to our expectations at the end. Mexican beef tip was a bit much tomato'ee (maybe must be!) and beef stroganoff (prepared at the table 😉) had a bit bitter taste to it! Worth mentioning, garlic breads, mushroom soup and chilled avocado soup are heavenly delicious! We had overall a great experience and would still recommend the place. We'd for sure give them another chance.

Quaint yet beautiful restaurant with amazing views of the sunset, ocean, and city. Host and servers made us feel welcome from the moment the elevator door opened. Margarita and the old fashion were perfect! We split the Pollo Kiev and it was so good! We highly recommend coming here. You will not regret it! Thank you to all who made our night so wonderful! The views are what you would expect from a restaurant called El Panorama. Came back for the second time in a week to show our guest the view. The food was great and the waiters attentative. Watch for fireworks from the pirate ship and along the beach at night. Sunset views are awesome too.
