I've come here a few times when I'm around and it's always a good experience. This last time I ordered some veggie Rolls, I can't remember if they were called Vietnamese rolls, or what, but they were veggies and a ground up sunflower seed mixture to substitute tuna, wrapped in rice paper. They were to die for, especially with the peanut sauce. I'll definitely be ordering them again whenever I'm in the area. I'm not sure if it was the owner that was showing me the menu on his tablet while I was there, but he was really nice and seemed really excited about the food, which definitely reflected in the flavor of the dishes!

Fresh ingredients and friendly staff, a good atmosphere to chill on the patio or inside. Definitely a true Vegan menu with some great Detox options.

My husband and I come here pretty regularly. Luis, the owner, is amazing. He’s always happy and in a good mood. The food is delicious. Healthy and really flavorful. Ask for the shot Luis.

HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED! Hands down, best vegetarian place in PV. The food is high quality and consistently tastes good. The owner is very friendly and keeps the restaurant very clean and the 2 workers there are always in a good mood and very, very, very kind and are always smiling. I eat here a minimum a week. You must must must try the Playa Burger. Literally the best vegetarian burger I have ever had in my entire life. Also, try the pizza here. This place is wayyyy better than the competitors.

This is such a great little find. Fresh, healthy and well priced. Great for a vegan or non vegans who just want something healthy. Lovely people own it also. 100% recommend.

Excellent place for delicious and nourishing plant based food! The staff is friendly, knowledge, and very attentive. The extensive menu has something for all tastes. I highly recommend eating here!

The food is made with love and all the ingredients are fresh and healthy. The service was excellent.

Hit and miss. First time avocado smoothie was amazing and coconut ceviche was blah. I came back for the smoothie and it was a one star even after being remade. Not sure what changed. Barbacoa tacos were alright. All in all the place is 2 stars. I probably won't be coming back.

Wonderful lunch at this 100% vegan little jewel of a place. Luis and Rodriguo served us delicious food that you could feel they were proud and passionate about! Will definitely visit again!

We sampled several dishes and everyone was delicious. This is the best vegan restaurant I have ever visited. I wish they sold a cookbook. This will be one of our first stops when we return to Puerto Vallarta.

My husband and I went to Playa Detox and it was absolutely delicious. I love all the veggie options ! Lord, only knows on need them :) The staff was very attentive . I inquired about their juicing services and will definitely be purchasing that. Super reasonable prices for all the healthy options.

I love this place. It is delicious AND healthy. What more could you want? For only about $15USD, i am so full i can barely walk away (2 smoothies, an entree and a dessert). In the USA this quality and quantity would cost in the range of $30-$50USD ($50 if you are in California, lower if you are anywhere else) and you might still leave hungry. Playa Detox has great food, great service, AND they are open all day. Thank you Playa Detox!

Tried the vegan tuna sandwich. I don’t know their secret but it was delish! Well balanced flavours, good portions. I forward to coming back again.
