Restaurant Mexican restaurant

😠 I have to say, this is the worst American-Mexican restaurant I’ve ever been to. Flavorless food cooked without love, and expensive to top it off. I have to say, this is the worst American-Mexican restaurant I’ve ever been to. Flavorless food cooked without love, and expensive to top it off. My partner is gluten free and asked for corn tortillas instead of flour, got flour ones and after she ate 1 of them realized it was flour. We said something to our waiter and he put it back on us and refused to take the item off the bill. Wish I would have read the reviews prior to dining here, they are mostly pretty dismal.

Horrible service. Food is decent. Good for American Mexican food. More American than Mexican. They don’t give access to WiFi as they don’t want you to stay. And forget about getting a taxi or Uber to get back to town after dinner…

I really wanted to like this place. It’s right in the ocean so your views are fantastic. It’s cheaper to grab a drink and enjoy the ocean than the places around Playas Muertos but the service really is terrible. They advertise a drink special but charge you the full price. We ordered a regular slush margarita but received the Grand Margarita with ice. It was way more alcohol than we wanted and cost almost double. We got the Mexican combo plate as an appetizer and it was just ok. Only one type of salsa and it was way too hot. It was basically a plate full of melted cheese. I wanted to love it but we left disappointed.

My cousin suggested this place. He had been here years ago. He says just walk south down the beach, past a couple of outcrops and you’ll come to this great restaurant. That took us about an hour and a half through some treacherous trails. After almost giving up, we found it and we’re delighted. We got here before noon so we had a nice breakfast. The view and the atmosphere were fantastic. The waiting staff were patient and helpful. If I come back it’ll be for lunch or supper. Breakfast are pretty similar in a lot of restaurants, same as anywhere. I recommend this place without any hesitation.

We just happened upon this place while walking down the beach and decided to stop for drink. The manager was standoffish and no one greeted us so we tried to sit at a table (most of them were empty) manager came over with attitude and asked us what we wanted, we said a drink, and he told us if we were not eating we could only sit at the bar. Waited in line at the bar and no one took our order so we left. Guess we were not old and white so they didn’t want our business. Terrible service and unfriendly.

I was here two times. Food is really fine but overpriced. Service is strange. There is several wi-fi network which have the same name as restaurant and bar but waiter said that they don't have password and only boss of the hotel has the password 😞

Great oceanside dining. The seafood Chile Rellenos are fantastic, and Salmon with Fettuccine Alfredo was also. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The ribs were very good. Beautiful beach and waves
