I’m no expert in ceviches but the two we ordered were both very fresh and delicious. I had Mixto and my companion Huachinango. No complaints there. And their mojito was also really good.

The best ceviche and Piña coladas. The hotel structure is elegant and classy. The service is also excellent.

Loved the presentation for the meals. The aguachile was refreshing but not spicy. I enjoyed the homemade tostadas that come with the meal. The seats were extremely relaxing and the view is phenomenal. The frozen margaritas are amazing must get here!

We went once during our stay at the Marriot and liked it! Good place to eat with a view but not get baked in the sun. We had the mini burgers which delicious! The service in the mid-afternoon wasn't great. We sat on the patio and had to keep walking up to the bar anytime something was needed.

It's one of my fav high-end places in PV. Their creviches are to die for. They also serve multiple versions of guacamole (classic, spicy, smocky, etc). They also have a great selection of tequilas for sipping as well as margaritas (flavorful, not watered-down, smaller servings, don't expect them to be served in buckets like in many other PV restaurants 😉)

Two words: Marlin Quesadilla!!!!! Although they make Guacamole Tradicional, I would recommend the Jalisco preparation (made with chipotle and topped with fresh cotija cheese). They also know how to make a *proper* Cadillac Margarita. In other words, avoid Nosh and come here for the real drink. The only drawback, if you could even call it that, is the fact that you're removed from the beach/pool area, and you're located right next to the Front Desk. It can get crazy during check in times, so consider that if you want to give this great bar a try. One final thought - this is a BAR that serves food. To all of the families traveling with little ones, please be mindful of this fact. There are other, more family-friendly options, available at this resort. Adults enjoying adult beverages don't want little ones running amok around the whole place. Situational awareness is a good thing . . . give it a try!

We decided to eat lunch here while staying in the hotel. The service was great and the food was also not bad. The fried was little bit oily but the rest was great such as the ceviche and the tacos.

I love the open air experience. The selection of tequilas is awesome. The ceviche is nothing short of AMAZING. I love the Agua Chile.

Great views and tasty dishes. Our service was attentive, and this is a nice restaurant to relax after a day in the ☀️. We ordered: 1. 🍟 - were prepared and seasoned well. If they paired with a side aoli, these would be 🔥. (4/5 🌟) 2. Traditional Guacamole - they ran out of 🥑 so we had to change our order. But I am sure it would have been amazing. 3. Tuna Ceviche - this was my favorite of our two. Great flavor profile, fresh ingredients, very tasty 😋 . (5/5 🌟) 4. Red Snapper Ceviche - my SO enjoyed this dish. I didn't care for the texture, but that wasn't any fault of the restaurant. (4/5 🌟) Great place for food and drinks with a beautiful view.

About 10 different ceviches to choose from. I opted for red snapper (huachinango). Pleasant service, fresh and delicious ceviche (and many other menu items plus bar drinks) in a pretty resort hotel.

It could be such a nice place if they would clean their shrimp. Two shrimp dishes and both had not been cleaned.

Not bad not great. Decent ceviche but definitely had better in PV, like others have said service was inattentive but not neglectful. Drinks are tasty, and the view is pretty nice, so all told no regrets

The ceviche is the star of this place. We have tried 5 different types and the "mixed" one is our favorite. My son and I have had the ceviche for lunch each day during our stay here as we enjoy it so much.

The food was great . The shrimp croquettes sliders , and short rib tacos were good, but there drinks could have been better especially for the Marriott.

Very attentive service. Although I was not there for a long time I needed to just check up on some work via the internet they were there with my drinks and my bill when it was ready to go. Very very nice people.

Though the restaurant on the beach has more ambiance and sea breeze, I liked my dinner here the best. I think the drinks are a little stronger here as well.

Ceviche is where it’s at in this resort. Everything we had was delicious and the portions were bigger than expected. As the other restaurants underwhelmed, this one had us coming back.

Crevice was good but service was not that great. Waitress just talked to each other.
