THIS PLACE IS IT!! That’s the review! Hands down one of the BEST pancakes I’ve had (and I’ve had my fair share of pancakes, take it from this Canadian). I opted for the coconut / banana pancake and to my surprise I found these heavenly ingredients inside the cakes themselves! I normally enjoy a heavy hand with the syrup but it was a different story with these hot cakes. Warm and inviting atmosphere owned by a local Ma and Pa shop. Their hospitality was the cherry on top! *Insert Terminator voice* “I’ll be back!”

Terrible! I ordered French toast with three fried eggs well done. 75 minutes later (I’m not exaggerating), I received two barely cooked eggs and French toast with no syrup. My companion ordered chilequiles, also terrible. The only two items they didn’t manage to f- up were coffee and a mimosa. AVOID.

Amazing, friendly service. Fabulous traditional food with great flavours. I loved their passionfruit smoothies and chilaquiles. We’ll be back!

Had the chicken and skirt steak chilaquiles and both were amazing. Can't wait to try more items on the menu. Great place!

Went here for brunch. The food is simple yet perfect. I really have nothing to say about it besides excellent. Too bad we found this on our last day here. The hot cakes, a billion times better than pancakes by the way.

The breakfast was good and my group enjoyed their food. The steak in chipotle sauce chilaquiles and their egg in mole tostada were good. Chilaquiles was just a tad bit salty and the mole on the tostada had an interesting and indescribable unwanted taste. We’d like to come back again to try their pancakes though.

The best mom and pop breakfast joint. Wife is amazing at the front of the house, while hubby cooks the best chilaquiles with mole/chicken. A must try and have. Love this place and love this couple.

Breakfast was so good! We ordered the french toast, pancakes, Mexican eggs benedict, and huevos Azul, and everything was delicious, made and served with lots of care and pride.

Nothing exceptional or bad about the place. Unique way to have a soft boiled egg. Energy and green drink we wished were cold. Service was okay.

We stumbled unpin this little gem while looking to have breakfast in a small place and it did not disappoint. It’s a small place, the service is personal and fast, the dishes are unique and delicious and you get a lot for your buck, without spending much of it… If you like eggs Benedict, try their version named BienAdicto, which means “easy to get addicted to” in Spanish. Surprising and very tasty. They close at 3:30pm and you can pay with cash only.

A cozy little bistro in the romantica Zone. The food is absolutely phenomenal, whether is be the bagel sandwich, the French toast, chilaquiles, or the variety of other options, all great! The service is prompt, friendly and speaks fluent English and Spanish for those that may not feel comfortable with their Spanish skills. Fresh hand squeezed juices, and quiet setting. This is by far the best breakfast place in PV. A step above Meno’s place and Freddy Tucans. Cash only, closed on mondays. Well done Azul Bistro!

Azul Bistro is a true hidden gem with a cozy and colorful dining experience. The family-owned restaurant boasts a unique charm that sets it apart from others in town. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Despite my limited time due to my flight, they provided exceptional service and made sure that I was able to enjoy my meal without feeling rushed. But the highlight of the visit was definitely the food. The Juevos Azul and Chilaquiles dishes were outstanding, with a perfect balance of bold flavors that left me craving for more. The Juevos Azul in particular was a unique, delightful and delicious plate. Each dish was presented with care - beautiful and tasty. This place is a must-visit spot for anyone who appreciates exceptional food and service in a charming atmosphere. This restaurant is sure to win your heart, it certainly won mine.

Found this cute place near the hospital while we were waiting for my mom. Took my dad for breakfast and honestly we were blown away. A great cup of coffee and an even most amazing breakfast was what awaited US. The staff were fantastic and very accommodating, especially to my dad who spoke very little Spanish. We were absolutely shocked by how much food we got for such a small price. I'm so glad we found this restaurant. It was very filling and perfect. Very authentic Mexican breakfast. 10 out of 10

Best breakfast in PV!! We ordered the Mexican Benedict and Chilaquiles Huevos and were floored by the complexity in flavor and quality. A mom and pop shop that's easy to miss on a busy tourist sectio, but you don't want to miss it.

One of our favorite places we ate at on our recent trip. We can't wait to return. The food is amazing and the employees were super friendly. Can't wait to come back and eat here again!

Nice little place. The lady is very friendly and attentive. Cool and sweet decor. Food is fine but not memorable. It is fresh and enough. However, the prices are very reasonable so worth going if you are budget conscious. Minus one star for a dirty musty bathroom that needs a new toilet seat and painted walls.

I had omelet for breakfast. It was ok. Smaller portion than I expected, little fruits wasn’t so sweet and interesting. Maybe I expected too much.

Chipotle Chilaquieles were to die for if you like it picante. It was so good I wanted to go back everyday but my diet won't allow it. The price was more than fair and we only had one other breakfast that came even close to competing with this place. The staff were amazing, kind and confident in their menu, and now I know why. Do yourself a favor and eat here, you won't be disappointed.
