Rented a condo on the 21st floor or tower 2 for 10 days. It was a great experience. Many older Canadian people around the pools turning into leather and complaining about the gardeners etc. but if you can ignore them this is an ideal spot. The beach is right outside the gate and the hotel is centrally located to get down to the malecon or to the grocery store. Little restaurant is good for smoothies in the mornings.

I stayed here for two weeks and the positives are : beautiful rooms and amazing vistas, very well kept. Within walking distance to shopping malls, stores, cafés and restaurants. The negatives: If you are a a smoker the ground keepers will hassle you if you want to smoke by the pool because it is prohibited, E-cigs are okay. If you want to drink an alcoholic beverage while being in the pool, you will be asked to step out. It does not matter if your drink is in a plastic container with a lid. Lastly, if you are a pet owner you are required to have your pet on a leash at all times AND pets are never allowed by the pool area.

What a beautiful place. It was the best vacation I have ever been on. Romantic ♡❤❤ Safe◇ Inexpensive ☆☆ Customer service ♡♡♡♡ Over the top with beauty☆☆♡♡♡♡☆☆. I have been to Thailand, Italy, Spain, Canada, Aruba just to name a few and Puerto has different energy around the people. Wonderful and so many neat experiences.

Amazing place to stay for an amazing vacation in Puerto Vallarta. Plenty of places to go eat, dance, shop and just simply walk too.

Ocean front…. You hear the waves…no street noise. Wake up to ocean and beautiful sunsets. Security is great. Used the gym daily. I booked my condo thru Airbnb for a week. Nice pools and literally next to la isla shopping mall, la isla Argentina restaurant and a cool little food park which is an open space full of tables surrounded by restaurant stalls ! We even got to see whales from a distance one morning !

The grand Venetian is actually 3 towers of 24 stories (no 13 floor) Tower3 consists of mostly 1 bedrooms while towers 1 and 2 are 2 bedrooms and up. About 135 units per tower. Our stay was in Tower 3 which sits on an angle while Tower 1 and 2 face directly on the beach and ocean. Security was very good but it was a trade off as the walk to the gate was a good five minutes. If walking any distance is difficult than this is not the place for you. Tower 3 overlooks a parking lot that serves a public beach along what I called shantytown which is a very long falling down building with 3 blue porta potties attached. Our rental unit on the 8th floor met our needs but did have several undesirable features such as 30 plus light switches for a one bedroom and the poor lighting in the bathroom making shaving or makeup have to be done by “feel” Also Tower 3 sits across from a beach club, Sunset Pacific Ocean which starts playing music at extreme levels on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 2:00 pm into the evening. As there are no noise restrictions in Mexico this would make us not wanting to return to this rental. If you desire quiet than Tower 3 is not for you. I find it strange that other reviewers do not mention the noise issues. Then again they might close the doors and turn up the air conditioning or invest in ear plugs.

Amazing condo complex. Safe and secure and recommended to live or stay Airbnb. My family lives here and it's a must see. Pool, jacuzzi and restaurant on primise and local to everything

Stayed there 6 days and place is very comfortable, spacious, clean, overall great spot to stay!!

Excellent property for vacation! It's gated, secure, clean and safe. I would sit out at the pool until well after midnight alone! Security were close by and I never was concerned about my safety. The on-site restaurant is REALLY good! The service lacks but the food makes up for it!

We stayed in this location and we loved everything about it. The view breathtaking, the location very clean, the restaurant’s food very good(pricey but is what it is because the convenience), the pool very clean and always organized, public bathrooms next to the pool very clean. Definitely I recommended for anyone who looking an Airbnb in this location.

Excellent!! Safe and secure property. Multiple well kept infinity Pools. Private hot tub on our balcony, The view was unobstructed and just beautiful. On a clear day you could see almost the entire bay. Would I stay here again.. absolutely

The Grand Venetian is extremely nice. They have crews working on the grounds continuously keeping everything in top notch condition. The pools were beautiful and the staff is very nice!

We totally recommend this unit! It is incredible! Fully stocked, location perfect, with a view and a half! We were greeted and shown where everything is, a big plus! We've been coming to Puerto Vallarta for years, and this is our favorite place by far! We hate to leave it, and hope to come back to stay in this unit again!

Absolutely amazing spot to stay. The staff is awesome here and you feel like your more at a hotel than a condo, but also have the feel like you have the freedom of owning the condo. If you stay high enough up you have amazing views of the ocean and the city

There aren’t enough words to describe this luxurious condominium complex located on the beach in the heart of the hotel zone in Puerto Vallarta! Incredibly large swimming pools, beautifully designed and maintained grounds with all the amenities you could ask for and located right next to the fabulous high end shopping plaza, La Isla. The lobby areas are beautiful and huge with impeccable interior design. The views are breathtaking of the beach, bay and Puerto Vallarta. You have to see it to believe it!

Safe, clean and amazing ! This place is gorgeous, all the amenities and the on site restaurant bring it to another level, it gave us the all inclusive feeling. La isla outdoor shopping mall is also really fun.
