Quiet and laid back with good service and a great spot for chilling and chatting with friends or even just yourself while you sip a fun, refreshing drink like the Dirty Monkey I thoroughly enjoyed 🍌🍫🥛🍹

This little cafe has it all, great drinks- I had an iced latte, excellent service, and a great chill atmosphere. I would recommend it for anyone who needs a break from the city's noise and wants to relax or get work done.

This is a treasure with a few tables, limited menu and an always comfortable breeze. Is it run by a husband and wife team who always give friendly prompt service the food is good, mostly sandwiches and salads. The cafe is located on the side of the building not on the street. And don't miss the coffee at 1983.

Eric and his wife have a nice, casual bar that also serves sandwiches and morning pastries, also coffee and cappuccino.

Great spot for coffee, margaritas, and sandwiches. Eric was great to talk with and provided helpful recommendations on the area. The pico de gallo and guacamole were made fresh when ordered and were some of the best I’ve ever had. This is spot is a must for any travelers in Puerto Vallarta. Already been to 1983 twice during our visit

Great bar, I love the location, located just under amazing building Rincon de Almas(if you stay in this building ,1983 bar has QR codes at rooftop you just scan, order and they will bring drink to you). Definitely recommended to stop and grab some drink.
