AVOID Avoid AVOID....checked in on Friday and was able to "reserve" at one if the restaurants since it was slow. This is supposed to be an all inclusive "resort". Was not able to have dinner there at any restaurant the rest of the nights because everything was booked. Then what is the point of being all inclusive?? Spoke to a manager who suggested 3 GROWN ADULTS order from the restaurant and eat at the room...WHAT? What kind of place is this? I really don't mind the old and delapidated installations and rooms, but when the service is lacking---they have a big problem. The rest of the food is mediocre at best. This place is like going back to the 70's and needs a BIG remodel. I would NEVER stay here again. With amazing views but I would HIGHLY suggest spending your $$ elsewhere. Huge disappointment.

I was very disappointed in this hotel. Our a/c didn't work..we ordered room service and waited for over 2 hrs. The mini fridge did not work either. We ended up having to "upgrade" to get a standard room that things worked in which should have been that way from the beginning. We ended up in a smaller room with a smaller balcony. The rooms are very basic. The main pool was dirty and needed upkeep. There were tiles that needed replaced. The upper pool is nicer and much cleaner. Food was decent by no means over the top. I would have to say the sushi was the best. We stayed for a week and will never go back. We found this to be a waste of money!

Excellent location & service! We enjoyed a week long stay as part of a very, very large group. Everything from beginning to end was fantastic! Perfectly clean, comfortable, spacious, attentive service. The staff here is what really makes it stand above the rest! Exceptional, friendly, round the clock service and attention. They take great pride in what they do and it shows! We were humbled by their attention. Food & drinks was good, some better than others. I only wished the food was hotter, kept telling them to stir well before serving. We tried room service twice and both times our order was not complete. Wait time varied from 30 mins to an hour. We really enjoyed the Italian restaurant and La Cevicheria the most, for outstanding service, drinks and music ❤️ The staff at La Cevicheria really go above & beyond. We stayed on 4th floor and yes you can hear almost everything below. But that includes the ocean early morning and evening once everything closes. Honestly, once you shut your windows and AC is on, we didn’t hear much and had no trouble sleeping. Covid safety is enforced, you must wear masks everywhere. The beach area is beautiful but hard to enjoy due to vendors (not the hotels responsibility). Hotel area is roped off right where beach starts not allowing them past….However, to enjoy actually sitting on the beach means dealing with vendors pretty constantly. They are friendly and a simple “no thanks” Keeps them moving, but they are there all the time. My least favorite part. My only other wish was that they played better, local music! They play American music, what they think you want to hear…I would have preferred Spanish music, more Mexican culture, at least a good mix. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and we would definitely stay again!! Gracias A todos por un viaje muy divertido y por su servicio amable!!

Nice hotel. Good food though it’s the same every day even in the specialty restaurants. Staff is super friendly and attentive. It’s more of an adults hotel than families but they do offer small amount of activities for kids. For being an all inclusive hotel it does suck that they don’t offer free coffee in the room. They stack the mini bar with beer and water but coffee comes at a charge unless you go down every morning to the cafe. Doesn’t make any sense. I’m very hesitant to recommend this hotel not for the hotel itself but because the hotel next door determines what time you go to sleep every night and it usually is at around 2 in the morning. They start playing music and fireworks at round 9 and the noise doesn’t stop til well past midnight.

Had a great experience here, twice! We had thr all-inclusive and in all honesty, we enjoyed every bit of it. The food was pretty darn good, place had about 6 different restaurants plus room service etc. We usually were able to find chairs by the pool but you know how that goes sometimes. Hotel is clean, rooms are typical for these touristy areas, nice and adequate. Friendly staff.

No A/C in restaurants, ones that had it did not work well. 92 with 80% humidity. Adult pool was $105. A day per person. Yes it's true. Unless you come on a special booking you can not sit on the patio at buffet. Beach beds had to be rented for $80. a day. Nickel and dime you to death. Low quality of food. Had to call to get refrigerator stocked. The best food was the grill. Hot wings, BBQ ribs Nachos etc. The best service was on the beach. kept them coming and they even deliver the grill food. Over all had a great time with friends. Never to return to Fiesta Americana.

Was disappointed. The room was nice with a good ocean view. Breakfast was ok to good. Drinks poolside were good. Needing dinner reservations at an all inclusive, stupid! Dinner not being even good was very disappointing, this includes Italian, Mexican, and Asian. Not allowing us to have friends (who happen to be staying 2 hotels down the beach) sit and chill with us by the pool, extremely disappointing! I won't be staying here again!

My family and I have stayed here two times now and will be back. The place is just a great, family-friendly, good vibes resort. It’s not luxury but it has everything you need and it’s super chill. The beach is beautiful, the views from the rooms are so stunning it doesn’t even feel real. Most of all, the staff are tremendous. So welcoming and friendly, and so sweet with the kids. Honestly they’re what keep us coming back and they should be celebrated. I’ve read a few reviews from English speakers complaining that the staff don’t speak English. First, they fully do. Second, learn to speak Spanish you complete Anglo potatoes. Who visits another country and complains that they don’t speak YOUR language?

Upon arriving to Fiesta Americana PV we were greeted by the bell assistants who helped us with our bags. When we checked in the process was smooth to except for them selling us the “Adults only experience”. The adults only experience was $85 per day. The only Perks of this experience was the adults pool. Everything else take in mind is already included. Rooms were okay, management can work on improving their hygiene as there is mold is their bathrooms, stains on sheets, and worn down furniture. The food was okay and can be described as below average. There are only three restaurants which you can choose from Asian, Mexican and Italian. Mind you sometimes waiters can cut you off from ordering food as we were by taking away the menu from you. Service at the bar stations is okay as well. You are served as someone previously stated drinks in plastic cups that are sometimes dirty. They will try to sell you activities as well. I would suggest checking trip advisor and there are more affordable options. Staff is friendly, but I would definitely suggest checking out other options.

We really enjoyed the heck out of our stay here. The service was outstanding through and through. The rooms were small but comfortable. The food was outstanding in each and every restaurant. The pool side tacos were the absolute best. We did enjoy the spa during our time there as well. We hope to come back very soon.

We have been here for two days and from the minute we arrived we fell in love with the hotel staff who have made it one of the most personable vacations we've ever had. Booking through Costco's all inclusive option created an ease for the flight, transportation to and from the airport as well as the hotel stay. When first arriving by a vouchered taxi, the guard at the entry ensures that you're truly a registered guest. The bell hop employees greet you at the entry and ensure that your luggage is brought up safely to your room. We also had an individualized tour of the facility making it easy to navigate the property. The property holds multiple food locations with reservations being required for dinner only. The pool has a swim up bar that is family friendly and a dry bar location as well as a premium adult only bar that is an extra cost per couple for all day access. All of the perks make it a great stay but the views from each food location and the staff are what really sell the experience.

You can tell this place needs an update. It's clean and looks nice. But when you look at the details you can tell the ocean water is eating away at this place. I am glad we upgraded to the green wrist bands. Much better service at the Sonne Club at the pool. Service was excellent and drinks were tasty.

The service was superb. We were treated so well in every single restaurant and area of the hotel. The concierge service is phenomenal. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff is so kind and attentive. The food at the restaurant/grill at the upper pool/club is amazing.

We had our wedding at fiesta Americana puerto Vallarta in May 2023. Adriana G was our wedding planner through the hotel and she was AMAZING. She made our dream wedding come true without us ever having to stress about a single detail once. She understood the theme we were going for exactly and made it come to life. We spoke with her many times before arriving and she always made us feel confident about everything every step of the way. She handled everything from the DJ, to the arch, to the floral arrangements and she customized every detail we asked for. When we arrived she met with us, checked on our guests, accommodated to everyone in our party. She helped with dinner reservations for our large party while we were there. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND!! I highly suggest a wedding here with her as your wedding planner. While we were there the whole staff was so nice and made sure our group was always having fun. Luis was a great server by the pool! Jorge and Antonio were the best bartenders that kept the party going all day and Alejandro was our waiter almost every night and he provided spectacular service at dinner! He knew our drink orders and the kids orders and was always on top of it! HIGHLY recommend this hotel and staff for a wedding or just a vacation in general! Couldn’t have been happier with any detail of our trip!

The LaCevicheria is worth staying here alone. Great staff and check in was a breeze. We were early but our room was ready. Can’t say enough about how much I enjoyed staying here.

Pretty awful experience. Don't come here. Spent 5 days there with a group and we were all seriously disappointed. They seem to HATE groups which makes me wonder why they accept them. The food was always somewhere between pretty bad and barely any good. The service is terrible. The staff always seems like you're bothering them with any request. The rooms are big and nice, however the bathroom door is not functional. Anytime we were hanging out, the staff would make sure we felt unwelcome. They were always telling us we couldn't be there, we couldn't sit here, we need to move. They even told us one time that we couldn't sit at a restaurant because it was reserved for clients. What? So if you're in a group you're not even considered a client or something. Terrible, terrible experience. Had dinner at the Italian restaurant and it took over an hour for our order to be taken. Please, don't stay in this hotel. It's unfortunate because the location is great but it's definitely not worth the money or the constant discomfort.

Well I just don't know where to start! So let"s start with check in, flight was late and the front desk, concierge and bell boys were great - checked us in with little or no stress. Got us a late dinner reservation, above and beyond the call of duty. The rooms were airy, clean and spacious. The beds and pillows were better than home. We were on the 3rd and 7th floor and cleaning staff were so attentive good at there jobs. She even folded my clothes and wiped my tablet screen! Wow what can you say! Next, the elevators were very clean and ran very efficiently even more so then a lot of hotels in the rest of North America. Let's move on to the service around the pool and beach. I can't remember all the names but it doesn't matter because we sat every around the pool and beach and the service was so spot on. The pool bar bartenders don't take a back seat to any bar I have been to in my life including my bar. Servers especially in Vancouver, when they want to work, can go to school on how to be a server from this hotel. Let's move on to the lobby bar. My Wife and I have owned a bar and restaurant for over 20 years and were in awe of the quality, speed and accuracy of the servers and bartenders. The hotel was packed and the lobby bar was the only outlet after a certain hour. The floor was usually full and service to the restaurants was relentless till midnight. Again, WOW. And what was amazing this top notch service was performed by 1 1/2 bartenders and 2 waitress. I wish I could remember their names but that was Jim Beam's fault. If I could I would replace my staff with all of these Mexican 5 star lobby bar staff. But, to be fair any of the beach, pool and restaurant servers would also be welcome to come to Vancouver and work with us. I Should also comment on the restaurant staff top to bottom they were top drawer. I would be remised by not mentioning the blood line of any service business and they are the bussers, cleaners , prep workers in the kitchens, dish washers, laundry service, ground keepers and sanitation staff. All the staff reflects the "family" service that is given and this has to steered and given direction by a competent upper management and of course competent ownership, kudos to them. Last but not least is a giant shout out to the piano player in the Italian restaurant, he was a joy to listen to. Gino

This is the second time we have visited Fiesta Americana (not to be confused with Grand Fiesta Americana) we only revisited because of the great food, room, service we received back in December 2019, at that time it was the best 4* we have ever visited and we travel the world extensively. My Lord, how can a hotel change so much, I fully appreciate that the mechanics of running a hotel have changed due to the ongoing pandemic but Wow seriously. We travelled to the hotel on 9th December 2021, checked in, all good, paid for an upgrade for the sum of $95 per night based on 14 nights everything is going well so far, room was wonderful, 9th floor, good views, very clean. basically all we would expect from our previous visit. From this point it turned to disorganized chaos, the fiesta has a few restaurants that you have to book a table with the buffet style restaurant open to all-comers if you didn't fancy, the restaurant style dining. The chaos started when you had to book your table first thing in the morning when collecting your towels for the sun loungers, with available times, usually being given the option of 6.15pm or 9.00pm, ok so you can't have dinner at 7.30 to 8.30pm which we would assume is around a regular dinner time required, no worries after the first dining experience as the food can only be described as inedible. the hot food was cold, the cold food was warm, swimming in grease and just plain terrible (take into account e travel in India, so its not like we have Michelin star tastes or expect Michelin star food) the food was so below the quality we had received previously that we decided to eat out the majority of the time on top of this. we was informed that restaurants would be closed with no prior warning with only one restaurant left open for all the guests, hence, another reason to eat out. On day 8 we was informed that the hotel would be shutting completely to all guests as a corporate event would be taking over the hotel within 2 days.... although we had paid for the upgrade and booked our Pre flights test prior to return to the UK..... We tried to contact our travel Rep (TUI by the way) and they were worse than useless. it took my wife to basically refuse to leave the hotel until our upgrade costs were reimbursed We booked another hotel at our cost for the remainder of our vacation. The only saving grace for this hotel was the staff, they are friendly courteous and are willing to help and offer advice, otherwise this would be 1 star its such a shame that the hotel has let itself become so down market Staff 9/10 Location 7/10 Rooms and Service 7/10 Front Desk 5/10 Pool area/beach front 3/10 (due to a rewards scheme allowing reservations of up to 70% of sun loungers) Restaurants & Food 2/10 Information 1/10

I paid for wrist band access to hang out with friends and enjoy dinner. Over the course of several days, multiple guest passes / wrist bands were purchased. Dinner was below average and the requested dinning location (which was an upgrade that was purchased) was unavailable. Instead of returning the funds, staff said we could return tomorrow to be treated to dinner. No additional wrist band was purchased for the returning day. After dinner, I was told I was not allowed to be at the resort and that I needed to pay $55 USD for dinner. After repeatedly attempting to explain situation to staff, I reluctantly paid the amount. Had I known the second dinner, which everyone in the party understood was a gesture to correct the previous days experience, was not free and would be followed up with a unpleasant and accusatory conversation with staff, I would not have bothered coming back. I understand the need to enforce visitation policy and appreciate the staffs diligence in doing that, but it was an unpleasant interaction that I will not subject myself to in the future. Security is good. Service, for the most part, is okay. Amenities are average. Food is below average. Hospitality ranges from great to horrible.

The hotel was very clean, friendly staff, good food, nice pool and beach, good location. I had a good time, relaxing there for a week. Restaurants: Mexican,Italian, Japanese and buffet ,seafood and barbecue. My favourite was the little coffee shop with free coffee and cakes. Rules were a little bit confusing with booking for dinner and everything. I didn’t know about all inclusive plus which means green bracelet and access to the upstairs pool and extras…found out when asked about the pool which I saw from my balcony 😂 anyways maybe I didn’t research enough before booking. But you can always pay and upgrade. -Toilet flash and coffeemaker were loud. - Shower head and shower needs upgrading. I had to be very careful when showering not to splash any water and check afterwards, water would somehow leak and find it’s way out of washroom towards the room entrance door, making the floor very slippery.

Upon arrival I walked around to try check out the amenities while my mom checked us in I was shortly approached by security and staff member asking to see my wristband which I didn’t have so I was escorted back to front desk check in time wasn’t too bad we checked in with group of about 20 we had king size room with balcony view the bathroom mirror was pretty dirty but everything else was clean we had mini fridge fully stocked everyday during our stay the first night was pretty decent we meet up at the bar in hotel lobby for drinks they were bit of sweet so I asked for straight shots of tequila my auntie had did upgrade wristband so she was able to get me top shelf as well I forgot exactly what they served the waiter were friendly but you had wave them down for a refill we came down around 5pm so we hadn’t got chance to make dinner reservations but concierge helped assist get us on list to dine at Mexican restaurant she also informed me I would have change out of my bikini to dine in for dinner which I didn’t mind that had lovely spread buffet of many choices some I was quite familiar some I wasn’t so I was able to try some new things and enjoyed the show while eating in dining room the waiters served us bottle water after one of lady’s in my party asked for it the breakfast was delicious with lots of choices as well but we were bit confused about what time it ended so first morning me and my mom woke up way early the pool was little cramped to me and I thought I’d take advantage of beach but no this property isn’t in safe area to swim the morning of our schedule yacht ride I went down for breakfast I’m African American attractive woman with beautiful body I come down with cute little outfit with my most of my belly exposed and cover up over my butt as soon as I walk in I’m denied service and told I can’t eat in due to my attire the very next day I go down and I have on sweater and leggings so I can eat I look up and see woman same body type as me but Latino with her belly exposed and pants with holes a thong bikini showing her whole butt I was furious I approached the same ladies from day before that denied me to eat and ask why was she permitted to eat breakfast in attire she had on they then approached her and told her she had to change five minutes later she comes down with shirt on but no pants no one said anything I observed it I feel as if I was discriminated against due to being African American and if you don’t want be harassed skip this location

I think it's common sense that post pandemic things are going to be different. However, I was pretty disappointed with the speed of the service in the hotel. They were clearly understaffed, with the few staff available all being visibly overwhelmed. Another thing that bugged me is that you had to make a reservation at 9 am in one of the restaurants for dinner, however there was no choice available aside from room service if you forgot or were new and didn't know. Leaving you stranded for food or stuck in your room. Other than that, quality of both food and service was great. People were warm and accommodating, the place is beautiful.

It's ok.. definently kid friendly however they charge extra for the "adult section/paul" for $95 per person per day!! That's the only reason why I gave then a 3. Food is ok(what do you expect with an all you can eat) the Chinese restaurant was ehh but the breakfast buffet was fire!

Our family wanted to go to this resort since we are rewards members but we are very disappointed. Hotel needs restoration. Food was ok but their breakfast buffet and lunch was very bland. Their Mexican restaurant and Asian restaurant was good. We could not use adult pool to enjoy some quiet time but the charge is $100 a day. If we wanted to stay on six floor for rewards members it was an extra charge. The staff is nice. When they have music in the sports bar it sounds like you’re right there because it’s so loud and you can’t sleep until it’s over. We will never go back.

I recently had the pleasure of staying the Fiesta Americana hotel in Puerto Vallarta, and I have to say it was an exceptional experience. The hotel had everything I was looking for in a vacation spot: great food, comfortable rooms, a fantastic location, excellent service, and fast wifi. First and foremost, the food at the hotel was incredible. The restaurant had a variety of options, from traditional Mexican dishes to international cuisine, and everything was fresh and delicious. I ate at the restaurant multiple times during my stay, and I was never disappointed. The rooms were also excellent. They were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, and I slept soundly every night. The hotel's location was another highlight. It was right in the heart of Puerto Vallarta, close to all the action, and within walking distance of many of the city's top attractions. It was the perfect base from which to explore the area. One thing that really impressed me about the hotel was the service. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they always went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Whether I was lounging by the pool or in my room, the service was always quick and attentive. Finally, the wifi at the hotel was fast and reliable. As someone who needs to stay connected for work, this was a huge plus for me. I was able to get online quickly and easily, and the connection was strong throughout my entire stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic vacation experience in Puerto Vallarta. The combination of great food, comfortable rooms, excellent location, outstanding service, and fast wifi make it a top choice in the area.

Wonderful staff, very accommodating and caring. The hotel itself could use a little updating in regards to the rooms and general maintenance of the ground, but excellent service all the way around. All inclusive food and drinks, good quality food and ample selections from the restaurants on site. Right on the beach with spectacular views. We will definitely be back.

The resort was amazing. Did not have to fight crowds for chairs. Did not utilize towel cards and could get as many as needed. The food was great. Yonni, Jessica and Ignacio were great pool-side wait staff providing food and drink while enjoying the sun. Left resort to explore the surrounding area and felt safe. Would recommend returning.

Everything was spectacular and they cater to you very well! I enjoyed my stay at this resort, the food was "over the top" good from breakfast to dinner! The pastries were to die for, the guacamole and chips were fabulous, the tenderloin was velvety tender. Drinks were delicious and they made anything you wanted. This all inclusive resort is the place to be in Puerto Vallarta. They took great care of me and my daughter. Our housekeeper Odulla, was wonderful and respectful of our time and belongings. She would check in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. It was great.

I stayed Monday- Friday in February 2023. This was my first time in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel and resort. I booked through Delta Vacations. Check-in was quick and easy. I got the Deluxe Room, ocean view. The views around this hotel are absolutely breathtaking! They had a full hot breakfast buffet every morning starting at 7am. No reservations required for breakfast. However, you have to make reservations for the restaurants on property. All the food and drinks are included, even the ones in the restaurants. Restaurants were delicious! This was such a great experience. Thank you Fiesta Americana for an amazing experience!!

We traveled here for a wedding that was offsite but we were very happy with the accommodations at the Fiesta Americana. First, the proximity to the airport was wonderful! There was some traffic on the main road from construction but that was only a minor delay. The staff of the hotel was absolutely WONDERFUL! Everyone was so kind and helpful throughout our entire stay. Coffee spot in the lobby was a perfect early morning stop. We dined at the Italian and Asian restaurants during our stay for dinner. Breakfast buffet was by far our favorite meal on property. Everyone was very well maintained and clean! Depending on the day you needed to get to the pool early to make sure you had chairs. We rented one of the day beds and it was perfect for a little extra shade. The wait staff around the pool was very attentive and friendly. The pool bar was also very efficient for drinks.

Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta is a wonderful place to stay for vacation. It is small and quaint and sits right on the beach. Just a few minutes from the marina to enjoy Rhythms of the Night and a wonderful pool with a swim up bar. The restaurants were fantastic and all of the staff was very friendly and attentive. We will definitely come back!

The employees at the pool & restaurant were great! Rooms were clean. I wish they would have let us stay in our room until 2pm (I was going to pay them the additional fee of $1900 pesos) but the lady at the reception was a bit rude and said they didn't have "availability."

We purchased an all inclusive package (Fiesta club, green wrist band) We had a great time at Fiesta Americana, all the staff were very friendly and attentive. The main areas of the resort were very clean and cared for, the rooms were maybe just slightly dated but again, very clean. The food was very good and they offer a wide range of options for everyone. We would like to give an extra thank for to Ivan for keeping the days lively and Yonne for keeping the drinks and food coming! The waiters on the oudoor patio for breakfast were fantastic and made you had everything you wanted. The ladys at the kids club were especially caring, our 4 year old loved all the activities and we felt very comfortable knowing she was save and entertained for a few hours every day. Our only note was there is not any night time entertainment that you can bring your kids too as the bar is adults only, we still enjoyed our nights on our room patio but something worth noting we felt. Thank you very much for the great vacation, we are hoping to return next year!

We had high hopes for this resort, and decided to book a trip to celebrate a milestone birthday after reading previous reviews about it being vegan/vegetarian friendly. We let the staff know at booking and upon checking in at the front desk that we are vegan. They told us we need to make dinner reservations at a cabana by the pool. After getting our 18 month-old to nap, I went to search for the right cabana (there are like 8 of them all over) to make a reservation. There were only a couple restaurants left to choose from, and only 5:30pm time slot, so we grabbed a reservation at the Mexican restaurant. When we arrived at 5:30, the staff were kind but the vegan menu only had vegetable soup, nopale salad and guacamole. No protein at all. They brought us a salad with cheese on it in spite of us telling them we are vegan. My husband is fluent in Spanish and was very clear and had a long discussion with the staff, so we were surprised to be served cheese. We gently reminded them we don’t eat cheese so they took the salad away, scraped some of the cheese off of it, and brought it back. We were hungry and disappointed and our toddler was acting up, so we left. I went to guest services and they told me “if the chef had known in advance, we could have made something your way. We can try to send up some rice and vegetables.” I asked for beans or tofu or some other protein and she said they don’t have tofu and the beans already have lard since the chef didn’t know we were vegan. We are in our $450 a night, all-inclusive room eating peanut butter and jelly sandwiches that we made ourselves. Not to mention that no one tells you how to get around, where to get towels or find restaurants or order a drink when you’re sitting by the pool looking at everyone else with their drinks. We’re having to work really hard to get service and it’s even harder with a toddler. The best part is my husband and I were very much looking forward to a date night while here. The adults only level on top of the hotel was heavily advertised on the resort website. We arranged childcare and then found out the adult level is an extra $55 a person, just to sit in the pool. Gotta love these “all inclusive” places. Our sink is broken in the room. It’s making loud sounds nonstop. This place is just run down and sad. Very disappointed.

Loved our stay here. We loved it so much we bought time share here. The service is great and everyone is very nice and warm. Facilities could use a little updating, however the views make up for it. Food here is very good, if you're going all inclusive. The food is actually much better here than at their Cancun Live Aqua resort that I can attest to, however the Live Aqua resort is much higher end in terms of the resort itself but the food is VERY lacking, I guess it's a trade off..

Very nice place to spend a week by the sea. Not too big. Reasonably good food for an all inclusive. Staff are friendly and helpful even if they sometimes mistakenly double or triple your food and drink orders or occasionally totally forget. Other guests were well behaved and not the rowdy types. Beaches are nice and the mountain bay view is lovely. Only downside is we found it noisy. Maybe it was because it was at 100% occupancy over Christmas but there seemed to be non stop multiple sources of blasting music that created a kind of dissonant mix of generalised loud noise sometimes until after 11 pm. We come from a desert life in New Mexico and we were assured that this wasn't terribly loud for Mexico and it was also evident to us that the neighbouring resorts were even louder! Still we all enjoyed the week and has a great time.

This was our third stay at the Fiesta Americana chain. The last two were in Cancun and the last at Puerto Vallarta. My husband and I left pretty disappointed after our week's stay because we've always enjoyed only the best from the FA. The staff are all lovely. However, management is seriously skimping a lot as evidenced in frayed bathroom towels, insufficient amount of cleaning staff which translates into long waits to have room cleaned. The doors and walls are dirty, bathroom ceiling and wall was in need of painting. It looked moldy. For the amount of money we paid, over $2000 US, the room should have looked beautiful and smelled refreshed. On the contrary, the room resembled a Days Inn that we stayed at near Atlanta off the expressway. Small and ugly furniture. Overall, very sad and disappointed with hotel management.

The people and all inclusive package. Location is very convenient. Short walk to many great restaurants outside of the hotel and a short 2-1/2 mile walk to the center of Old Puerto Vallarta.

We really enjoyed our stay at Feista Anericana. Great service from all the staff. Very attentive and friendly. Clean, and comfortable rooms. I thought the covid precautions were very good, everything was clean.

Very nice resort and good food and drinks. The staff is what really makes this resort everyone is super friendly and helpful and just want to make your stay remarkable. I do have to give a huge shout out to Juan at Risoto Italian Restaurant and Jesus at the Bar. Both of these guys are top notch and really made our stay one to remember. I would highly recommend this place. Disappointed we have to leave but can't wait to stay here again.

First time staying at an all-inclusive and first time at this resort. Booked two rooms, one regular (Superior) for our adult kids and one suite (Governors Suite) for my wife and myself. The regular room was in bad repair but when we went to the front desk, they changed it immediately to another room on a higher floor. Any issue, question, or complaint we had throughout the week was handled quickly and politely. Very pleased with the service. The Gov Suite was a good upgrade and came with many great perks, but you have to do your research and ask questions because it’s not well publicized or communicated upfront. Included was The Sonne Club, which features an amazing rooftop adults-only pool, hot tubs, and great food and top shelf alcohol. Also included were free cabanas by the regular pool downstairs. I’ve always heard that food at all-inclusives is marginal at best, but this wasn’t our experience. Of course, each restaurant can have its off days or off food items, but we were extremely happy with 95% of the food. The breakfast buffet rivals any I have ever seen; it was amazing! Main pool was excellent, although a great many kids. Beach is footsteps away with several good areas to swim, and walking down the beach are a couple of great (and inexpensive) places to get a massage right on the beach overlooking the water. I think that most of the poor reviews were from the peak COVID period, so it’s somewhat understandable. We enjoyed every day and would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at the Fiesta Americana for a week and had a great time staff was all friendly. But a couple stood out the most Jesus (one of the bartenders) was great, friendly, and willing to make any drink you asked, always made sure we were taken care of and didn’t have an empty glass. Juan (server at the Rosato) was fantastic and very friendly, interacted with us and went above and beyond for us!

Such a relaxing vacation. If you want to enjoy a family vacation with children, this is the place. The staff is very friendly, the food is to die for and the service is phenomenal. We highly recommend this place. Thank you to the breakfast buffet staff for all their efforts in making a food option, the best. The great dinners are very pleasant. The children activities are really good and it is such a clean family orientated hotel. We are looking forward to our next vacation. Thank you for a great experience. Your friends from San Francisco, CA. & Michoacán, Mexico

I have stayed at there location in Cabo and its totally different. The rooms are so dated, Mold in shower of both rooms we had. Refrigerator, air conditioner and the shower was leaking . I asked to have these things fixed. With no response. Ordered room service it didn't show up. Towels are old. The food was good, service on beach good and the grounds where nice. But it can't compensate for the MOLD and dated rooms. I would stay some where else

Great location, great food, the spa was excellent, people working there were the best! All of them were very helpful and friendly. I do need to mention three exceptional employees that went above and beyond: they all worked at Asian Restaurant there are Rafael (sushi chef), Oscar(manager), and Elizabeth (hosted). Thank you so much for your help and kindness. Now, I think some suggestions will help the hotel to make anyone’s stay be better. Just such as; rooms need to be updated with more USB ports (It was only one in the room) and a new minibar will be excellent, one in my room wasn't working correctly. But after all, is set and done, this is an excellent hotel for a family.

Positive: our room has excellent view with full view of the ocean. The waiters and waitresses at the restaurants were very nice and provided excellent services. Negatives: room service was really poor. On our first couple of days, we requested a room service to get new towels and water but we had to remind the front desk 3 times. The following few days, they came to clean the room but never refilled the fridge and replenished the water. The food at the restaurants were mediocre at best. The seafood wasn't fresh as we would expect at a 4 star resort. We wouldn't want to recommend this to our friends for sure unless they improve their services and restaurants.

Remember to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any hotel. This web site will compare countless hotel sites and typically will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This hotel is the best rated in this area. I have been coming here for years. If you choose this place you won't be disappointed. The service was superb. We were treated so well in every single restaurant and area of the hotel. The concierge service is phenomenal. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff is so kind and attentive. The food at the restaurant/grill at the upper pool/club is amazing.

Their web page states they have bus shuttles to and from the airport when staying a number of days and that was a lie. The girls are clueless when you ask them anything. We arrived early in the day and right away took care of our luggage while we waited to get checked in. At 3pm our room was not ready and was told to give it to 3:30. It wasn't till 4 that we finally got our room only to find out it wasn't what I reserved. We went back down stairs and they put us in another room that was. Almost got walked in on after a shower by a cleaning lady who didn't knock. There was was a kids underwear hanging on the lamp. By 5pm I was ready to go somewhere else. They didn't have our dinner reservation, which most days was always a problem too. Mariel the manager tried to make up for all the mishaps with a simple day bed. But we just chose to get it past us and hope it would get better. The rest of the staff was super friendly and great. The food was also good. The adults only pool was nice just needed a little work done in some of the tiles. On our last morning we chose to get room service on our breakfast while we packed and our food never showed up! Overall it was an ok experience there wasn't much to do at night so we would head out into town. The next door hotel always looked like they were having a blast with music going on.

Food quality is just average. Not much activity is offered inside the hotel. No entertainment besides pool & the ocean.

Food sucks if you’re vegan. Can you believe they don’t serve rice here? Chicago gal here I mean, beans and rice IS a thing and a great staple all over the world. No avocados or pico de gallo either. See where I’m going? Food sucks if you aren’t vegan. I did my best with what was available as shown here. Restaurants take reservations in the mornings and there’s nothing else available but room service which sucks. If you don’t scan the QR code at the front desk, you won’t know anything (menu, spa info, etc.) because there’s nothing written available anywhere due to Covid which isn’t really a thing here so duh? Music and fun isn’t happening here but sure is next door at Hotel Friendly. Maybe should’ve stayed there instead? Sigh.

Dont recommend going here. Beach politics is what one of the workers said is going on with this hotel.
