I hate to say this but this is by far one of the worst McD outlets I've been to in Auckland. The outlet is well presented, appears to be clean and hygienic however customer service needs some serious upgrade. Some of the staff members work really hard and look overworked but some on the other hand don't even smile back or respond to a greeting. They are rude, throw a horrible attitude, treat customers like subject of favour. If the management is seeing this please take this seriously and invest on training, coaching, developing your staff members. If they have issues, please listen to them and address their concerns asap as most look unhappy working here.

I hate to say this but it was pretty bad. Machine had no paper in so I had to stand in line after making my order already. I was ignored by staff (didn't say 'hi, I'll be with you in a moment') when I got to the cashier. She seemed confused and had the "I don't wanna be here" attitude. When I got my order there was more than one thing wrong with it, I should have taken it back but the staff were all busy and I didn't want to have to deal with them again. The fish burger patties seemed like it had been sitting/very old. Chips must have been salted by every member of staff that walk passed and they forgot my sweet and sour sauce! Now on to the design: layout makes it look like they want you to use the electronic system, which would be great if they worked. Cafe is much bigger and looks nice. Kids playground looks very cool. Overall the place was kind of clean but honestly they need more staff members and a technician on or something. Very bad after the re model.

Just happened to pop into McD's Lincoln road on a off chance we might get some good food . Congratulations 🎉 the food was fresh chips were on point ☝️ and the service was friendly great atmosphere with my three girls enjoying the playground while dad takes a time to kick back . Thanks team

Spacious with a large kids playground, toilets are mostly always clean and accessible. A favourite stop for te whanau. I’m lovin it

I just hate McDonald sooo much. They basically have a playground for kids and they manipulate families into paying their excessive prices for their terrible food. They never give enough sauce, their L&P is watered down compared to every other fast food place. I don't come here to eat healthy, why are they trying to reduce the sugar amount in their sodas... At least give me something if I have to suffer being here because my mates are too pathetic to do something better, like literally any other food at a legit park...

Absolutely TERRIBLE service!! Sh!tiest maccas to go to. I never do reviews but these guys deserve to be outed. Literally just came home with my order and there's no freaking meat patty in the burger. This has happened for second time now. Like how the he'll do you miss the meat patty.

I have never left a google review before but McDonald’s Lincoln road is beyond disappointing. From the management, customer service, food quality, and treatment of staff. A fast food joint does not mean bad quality and treatment to food or staff. Please get better management and structure. It is absolutely horrendous.

More than disappointing attitude by the managers of the store. Passed the orders to customers without a greeting or a smile. The soft drinks taste completely off. The chips are old, soggy and has no salt

There's no printout of your order number here so if you're not looking at the screen, you'll miss your number. The Serious Angus Burger patty was dry and over salted. The rest of the food is good ole macca's fare. Area was clean and lots of different dining groups promotes a friendly atmosphere. Fast service.

Guys the hand soap you use is very high quality compare to other public toilet, the hygiene is amazing keep up the good work guys

Staff seemed efficient. The self-help screens were intuitive and easy to use. Food didn't seem quite as tasty as other McD's that I have been in, but maybe it was just a bad day.

24hrs? 2:30am, see people ordering inside, just want a shake, door isn't opening, see the 24hr sign sticker on the door, get the ol not gonna open cut throat hand signal. Why couldn't the door open and I go order during its supposed 24hrs? sad.

Tonight I had the worst ever double fish fillet. Bun , small squirt of sauce and I mean small. Was bearly enough to cover half a bun. Then 2 fish fillets together, no tartere sauce in-between and then the other bun!? Was dry and over priced. So angry that McDonald's consider this edible and acceptable considering how much they charge! The prices going up and the standard of food is going down. No serviettes. Pay for large fries and get med warm

To the person who made my McMuffin this morning by throwing the ingredients into the box in the following order: Slice of cheese, slice of cheese, meat patty, meat patty, tomato sauce, muffin, muffin. I understand that people have bad days and all, but you didn't even try, and you probably shouldn't be working in the food service industry if you are incapable of making food without it destroying the packaging and being delivered totally inedible.

Although I was quite pissed at the fact I got the wrong burger. & was too hungry to turn around and return it. I will still give 5 stars. The chips were hot and fresh! The person who took my order was amazing (not so much the person who gave my order though ) but the person who was on the drive through at the front made up for it with his customer service. You are lucky to have him and I hope more workers learn from him.

I think I'm quite qualified to rate this Maka's as this is my local restaurant. My family average fortnightly visits for the past 4+ years. Very seldom do we have issues with orders or staff. If any occur, they are always handled with excellent customer service. At times we are there with family ranging 10-20 people and have never had major issues. Staff are friendly and professional. Restaurant is neat and tidy. Bathrooms overall are clean. Drive through wait times havnt been an issue and more importantly orders are correct. Only feedback would be better air conditioning in the the playground area. Summertime causes this area to heat like a sauna which is not ideal for children. 2 good sized 'private rooms' that can be booked for parties however staff are really cool that patrons can use whenever not booked - which we do abit.

Have gone here one other time and was all good except for one night around 3am when the drive through was closed? The person said that the system was updating and that she was going home and that was that. Was very excited for a post town cheeseburger 🥺 but my other experiences here have been good 👍.

I really didn't like the way I was served and treated by the person taking orders at drive thru today. She apparently kept on taking orders for the right lane and left lane kept waiting untill after 3 people from right side were served. That's quite unfair cos wats the purpose of drive thru is to get served as we come. And when finally when they took the order and I asked the lady didn't even apologize appropriately and was just asking what was my order. Giving her the order I went to the paying window, asked her again why she missed the lane and went ahead with the people behind me she just said they were busy. I understand they busy but prioritising is also important. She didn't even apologize and was rude to be and said "whatever". The next window I asked for manager, even he didn't apologize said we busy and 2 people taking orders. Well that's not my problem. They should have a assigned system so the line flows equally. I'm more concerned of the customer service from the rude drive thru attendent, who didn't even apologize. I thought McDonald's is a high standard place. I have been to this same location plenty of times but this didn't happen before. I'm really disappointed in their services. People without good communication skills shouldn't be at the front taking orders.

Food was as expected, service was fantastic (you serve yourself at a kiosk these days so 🤷). The place could have been tidier though as there were many tables that needed to be cleared.

Mc Donalds Service very very slow. Food was cold for freshly made burgers they were cold. Chips cold nuggets cold ..pricey place for 2nd rate food. Burger fuel is 100 pervent bertter, vhips hot and fresh, burger made fresh brought to my table in under 8 minutes Burger fuel far far better

It's reasonably nice at this Macca outlet, but today was just off. Coffee wasn't the best (was that really a latte?) and guy who made it, whinged when I asked to replace the muffin he got because they didn't have what I ordered. Gosh it won't take you 10 seconds to switch muffins. And perhaps update your online menu to reflect what you guys have in your cabinet!

Got there at 2pm midweek, ordered a meal from the "Gourmet" menu. I expected the meal to be freshly made, but no such luck. The lettuce had the taste and appearance of it being reheated, and I think they must have chased the chicken 100 miles before killing it, brutally chewable,quite frankly 🤮 Never again,

Fresh hot fries are hard to come by at McDonald's so I was quite happy that we got some! The Big Mac was tasty but not as hot as I would have expected. I also had my go-to hot apple pie which was delicious... We were there right around lunch and there were no queues inside and our order was up quite quickly.

Usually very busy so service can be slow. Staff are always apologetic about any wait time and are friendly. Food is good

Ordered a take away this afternoon with a toy but when I backed home and the toy was already opened and checked by someone. If someone has already opened it to make sure he doesn't like it and then returned it to the customer, it is disgusting and unacceptable. Never come back again. Kindly suggest everyone who want to order this meal just make sure that their toy box has not been opened in person when they pick up the order.
