The best part of our stay has been our awesome butler, Junior. He is so friendly and personal. He has handled every single need we have had from scheduling tee times, dinner reservations, letting us know events going on in the hotel and getting any items we need. He checks on us all thought out the day. The resort is beautiful and clean and all staff have been great. The ocean and pools that run around the property in channels are gorgeous. If you are looking for a central giant pool area this might not be the resort for you. I would highly recommend this resort to friends and family. Thank you Mirage and thank you Junior for an awesome stay.

It was amazing! We had 70 people, family vacation/ daughters wedding! I have no complaints and my Butler Reynaldo Gonzalez, was amazing!! He catered to all our needs. Friendly service, made sure my room was always taken care of, sent my clothes to the cleaners on time for the wedding, made all my reservations to spa and dinner. He made sure we had nothing to worry!! I really hope whoever goes there they can get a room serviced by him. He was excellent.

Majestic Mirage- 1 week stay- we had 2 swim up suites booked. Contacted hotel prior to arrival and requested rooms be together. Upon arrival, they had honored our request. We have traveled to many different all inclusive resorts throughout Punta Cana and the rooms at the majestic were one of the nicest. Very comfortable beds, good air conditioning, mini-fridge filled daily. All of the staff have been fantastic. Our butler LIONEL RITCHIE was very attentive. He checked on us multiple times throughout the day either through What’s app or at the pool. He assisted with all of our reservations for dinner also. Anytime I asked him for something, he was always more than willing to assist us. We enjoyed the nightly shows and loved the coffee shop. The ladies working in the coffee shop were awesome and remembered our drinks after 1 day. Wait staff around the pool was very nice and attentive.

We had a great time at the Mirage. This was our fourth trip to the Majestic properties and it was just as awesome as the others. The staff is super friendly, the resort is clean and in good repair. The beach is a blast and the pools are fantastic. The bars are generous. The thing I like the most is that it never seems crowded. Our butler, Arturo, was very attentive and took good care of us. 10/10 will be back.

So….I have decided to edit my review from 5 stars to 3 after my experience from Saturday until today. I don’t know what happened between Thursday and Saturday but I have not enjoyed certain parts of my stay any longer. Three out of your Five restaurants are extremely disappointing. They are lacking in customer service big time. Sad that your hostesses and restaurant waitstaff make guest feel like second class citizens. I no longer plan on coming back to this resort. I am still extremely appreciative of the staff members I mentioned below including Paola, Omar and Juan from building 7 swim-up bar. —original review—Already planning my next stay! I am oh so pleased that I picked the MM Punta Cana for my family vacation. This resort accommodates family and adult only activities. The grounds are perfectly kept and the service from check-in to room service is amazing. They provide a variety of options for eating and drinking. Everyone on staff has been wonderful, friendly and helpful. The shows and activities are great. The performers are a treat and extremely talented. Dominican night was so much fun! Our majordomo Arturo is fantastic. Arturo was available for every little thing we needed and checked in on us regularly. The concierge staff was also a wonderful resource to us. Thank you to everyone at the MM Punta Cana for making this trip such an amazing experience but a specially to Arturo, Chris at the concierge service and Maria our housekeeper for taking such good care of us. My husband and I spent our honeymoon here and we had the greatest time at the majestic Mirage! The resort was clean, service was phenomenal, entertainment team was exciting and full of energy! Edwin from the entertainment team was great. The bartenders were amazing and fast with drink orders! Our butler helped plan reservations to make sure we didn’t miss out on the fantastic food! The French restaurant was fabulous and the lamb was the best meal I’ve ever had. Would definitely love to come back in the future.

I took my son of a 6 day vacation to this resort. It has been amazing to say the least. We were greeted by our butler Miguel who has been so nice and professional. He helped us sort out our room issue, has always immediately responded to any questions we asked and helped with reservations. It has been so relaxing and worry free. All of the staff has been incredibly nice and welcoming!! You will love this resort.

We recently returned from a 7-day vacation at the Majestic Mirage all-inclusive resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic with our family of five. The weather was perfect and we were fortunate to have a seaweed-free beach experience! Our three young children absolutely loved the beach and pool, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. However, we did have a couple of concerns. For a family-friendly resort, there was a noticeable amount of profanity being used and a disturbing amount of cigarette smoke around the pool area. Despite these issues, our overall experience was wonderful. We have our amazing butler, Pablo, to thank for that. From special gifts in our room to making (and changing) dinner reservations, he made sure we were all well taken care of.

Criss from entertainment team is amazing!! She is great and will hype you up and put you in party spirit! Carla the waitress at the theater was amazing and frequently check on us, she remembered us throughout our stay. Alejandro was our butler and was excellent. He checked in with us and made sure our stay was to our expectations, he was kind and friendly. He communicated with us and if we needed anything he is always available and replies at all times. Overall this place is paradise, and I can’t wait to come back ! Thank you Majestic Mirage!

We just returned from Majestic Mirage a few days ago and already missing it. This was our first all inclusive vacation, so don’t have any other resort to compare to, but we enjoyed it very much. You get taken care of as soon as you get out of the car. Our bags were taken and we were led to the check in area which was filled with different foods and drinks for both adults and kids. Check in was a breeze! We were taken down the gorgeous staircase to meet our butler Felix. Felix was amazing from day one and was so accommodating. He made sure we had a stress free time. We had an issue with one of the toilets not flushing and it was fixed within a few hours. He made our reservations for restaurants and spa. He checked in on us daily and stopped by to say hello and ask, if we needed anything. He made our time at the mirage even more special. The grounds are gorgeous and well taken care of. Everything was clean in our rooms and all around the resort. Everyone was kind and helpful. Loved having the convenience of either the pool or beach that was steps away. There are plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. My only complaint was that the drinks were not strong enough at times 😄 Loved the swim up bar though! They had entertainment nightly and the casino and dance club was shared with the other resort next door. The spa was great and relaxing. We enjoyed our massage. We had an awesome time and would recommend the Mirage. .

This resort is awesome. I absolutely loved the pool setup and the food was amazing. I’ve never been to a resort where I have been able to get grilled to order fish! The Japanese restaurant is a must. The easy access to cabana beds was unmatched. However, what made the vacation the best is having Bolivar as our butler. I’ve never seen someone work so hard to problem solve and help their clients. Everything we needed, he came through. I’m not sure if you can request him, but try to. It will be worth it!

I had a wonderful time at the Majestic. I will definitely be back. The rooms were beautiful and there is a nice selection of places to eat. I really liked that there was a separate pool for families and adults. Although I adore my children, this time I was traveling without them and wanted a little extra serenity. Our butler Wilbert was absolutely wonderful and was always able to answer all of our questions at a moments notice. His top notch service was the icing on the cake.

What an amazing vacation my family and I had at the Majestic Mirage in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic! The service was impeccable and the hotel cleanliness and food were top notch . When you check in you are given a butler that remains with you for your entire stay. My butler was Victor and he arranged reservations for me every night. He was excellent! I even had my own bartender named Rafael that brought my family and I cocktails by the pool everyday! Truly this was an experience I will never forget and plan on going there again in the future!

We had a wonderful time at Majestic Mirage. Perfect location, good food, fantastic pools, great drinks, and incredible service. Our butler Bolivar was the best! He was available to help us make reservations and fixed any issues we had (we didn’t really have any big issues). He was funny and made sure we had the best vacation possible. I would recommend the resort and make sure you ask for Bolivar! Best butler on the property! We will definitely be back! The vacation was just perfect!

Our family had the most amazing time. We loved the beach because it was so beautiful and the water was so clear. The food was great and the staff was amazing. Elvis took very good care of us during our entire stay. The entertainment team was so much fun and organized so many activities for us. The best of them includes Joselito who always got us up and moving with a beach activity. He made our experience so much better, and helped us make memories we will take with us forever.

My daughter and her husband took my husband and I to Punta Cana and we had the pleasure of staying at the Majestic Mirage Resort! We absolutely loved it there, the rooms were beautiful and very big, the grounds were kept spotless and also very beautiful! Our butler Jose Jacobs was very nice and very accommodating to us whenever we needed anything. He had our rooms decorated for my husband and daughters birthdays! Everyone was so nice to us and so happy all the time! The entertainment was great, always something to do, never bored! The spa was so nice and I had the best facial of my life, everyone just took such great care of us! I would recommend this place to anyone! I’d love to go back again someday. Didn’t want to come home.

The people working there make the Majestic hotels an easy to get used to experience. It doesn’t matter at what time of the day you see the same worker, they always have a smile and a positive attitude. Our butler Felix became part of the family. He even catered to my aunt who fell ill for the day so she had company and we were able to enjoy without worrying if she needed assistance. Definitely the best asset for the resort is the people working there.

Our butler Lionel was nothing but an excellent server! I had plans to propose and he took care of everything and it was all set and went smoothly. Our rooms were cleaned not just once but even up to two times a day. All the food was amazing. The bar tenders and waitresses were on top of things. Entertainment was wonderful! Majestic Mirage Punta Cana is everything you look for in an all inclusive resort! 10/10 recommended and I will definitely be coming back!

My husband and i came here for our honeymoon. Everything about this place is magical!! This was our first all inclusive experience but i have such high expectations for any other resort now. The staff is SO friendly and attentive. Our butler Francesco was the kindest man and so helpful to any questions we had. Drinks were super yummy and quick, lots of food options and all were really yummy!! Our room was cleaned multiple times a day. the beach was beautiful and Cabanas near the beach and pool were perfect for lounging. We absolutely LOVED this trip and will for sure be coming back next year. Highly recommend this place!!

Arturo our butler did a fantastic job of taking care of us. He responded every time we needed him. He made sure that all our needs were met. Any issues we had, he took care of it right away. He always showed up with a smile and found us no matter where we were at. I really appreciate him. Criss was a great support on the entertainment team. She is a very good dance instructor and for me to dance every night. Looked forward to the dancing.

Absolutely amazing experience. Great entertainment every night, all of the restaurants were wonderful. Tanayri was so sweet and friendly. My husband and I just returned from our second visit to the Majestic Mirage and it did not disappoint. Jose Jacobs was our butler and he checked in with us every day to see if we needed anything. The food was outstanding! There are so many options. Even the pickiest of eaters can eat well. Juan Bernardo took great care of us every day at the club pool. We are already planning our next visit, with the whole family this time. Thank you to our Majestic family for everything!!!!

Enjoyed our stay at the Majestic Mirage. This place was kept exceptionally clean, however the most impressive thing was the service. Employees always said “Hola”, went out of their way to make sure your stay was nice. Out Butler Omar was extremely helpful, making reservations, giving suggestions or making sure we had everything. Highly recommend this place. We were directly on the beach. Food was always available. Some restaurants better than others, but enjoyed the buffet selections.

Staff was accommodating and kind. There was a good variety of food. The steakhouse was the best restaurant we tried by far, our steaks were delicious and so were the sides. Housekeeping was excellent and kept our rooms tidy. Roberto was our butler and he was extremely attentive and found us wherever we were, he made sure we had everything we needed and check on us consistently. Bar staff was very friendly and accommodating to fun drink requests.

Adonis Luna is actually the best person ever! He was so fun and welcoming! Constantly left me laughing. Orlando was amazing as well. Two hilarious people. The food was good and the pool was so great. Drinks were delicious. The beach was amazing. I love Punta!

We had a delightful stay at the hotel, with impeccable service that exceeded our expectations. Our butler (Isidro) was truly amazing, addressing our minor concerns promptly and even securing a room upgrade. Their assistance in booking restaurant appointments added a personal touch. Food options were great at Majestic, the shows were amazing and there were plenty of activities going on round the clock, they will keep you entertained. However, the only minor letdown was the quality of towels in both the room and pool area, which could have been better. Overall, a memorable experience with outstanding service.

Our time at resort was amazing. We had great room with own rooftop which kids enjoyed to have. Food is great, fresh and delicious. Staff is friendly and always around if we need anything. Beach is gorgeous, no seaweed or rocks. At the pool we had different activities, every day was all kind of entertainment to have adults and kids occupied. Our butler Bolivar Madrigal was amazing. His service was quick when asking for room service, directions, kept us daily on activities around resort, making restaurant reservations, or answering questions. When we return we will definitely be requesting him.

This place was amazing. Great food and people. The staff were always attentive and inviting, always accommodating to our needs. Very family friendly, whether 18 plus or under. Always had games, music, and other fun adventures for kids and adults. Roberto was our butler and did an amazing job, always found us around the resort and made sure we had all we needed. Our families really enjoyed the steakhouse and the buffets. Alcoholic beverages were also amazing!

Me and my friends had the best time at Majestic Mirage. The resort is beautiful and has nighttime entertainment on the resort. You are also able to walk to the other Majestic resorts which is nice. They have different buffets and restaurants to try. The hibachi place was so so good and the portions were a good size. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. Our butler Elvis was super nice and set up our room for my friends birthday. Omar the bartender at the pool was friendly, fun and made sure we had a good time. His drinks were so good, make sure you get the Omar special! Juan Bernardo who was also at the pool, was really nice and personable. They made our stay fun and feel special. We can't thank them enough!

We received an excellent welcome when we arrived and our butler Victor gave us an excellent introduction to the resort. He has been on hand to assist with any queries or requests and always provides a speedy response. The location of the resort is great and all members of staff are so friendly and helpful. Samuel our butler was the absolute amazing! We had an excursions that was canceled and he was able to reschedule our entire day. We also had some issues with our driver accessing the resort So he personally took us to the front gate so we wouldn't miss our ride to the airport. The resort itself was wonderful. There were many activities that they offered. Entertainment with different shows every night. I loved that they had an area for families and one for 18+. They had so many options for food including lobster at the seaside restaurant. They have a sishi/hibachi,French, Italian, buffet and steak house.

Currently on day 6 of 9 at majestic mirage and it has been incredible. Our butler, Victor, is the best part of our entire stay. He is always available to help with a smile on his face! For an all inclusive, the food is pretty good - the gourmet (French), Japanese, and steakhouse restaurants are *very* good. We have a rooftop room, which is very cool and private. Our room is clean and housekeeping is great every day! The pools and the beach are outstanding - like you’re living in a desktop screensaver.

What a great resort! The rooms, food, beach, staff.... everything is top notch. Want to give a special shout out to our butler, Alejandro who was very attentive and took great care of us. And to Omar at the swim up bar who made the greatest dirty monkeys and chocolate martinis. The Coffee Shop has tasty cappuccinos and you have to try the carrot cake. Will definitely return to Majestic Mirage again!

Heading out after a weeks stay at Majestic Mirage from September 9-15. Had a great time and good service all around from all staff. The drinks were great and the food was okay, expected resort food. We did the seaside dinner as well which was very beautiful with great service. Special shout outs to our butler De Leon, who did a great job accommodating our needs. This was my birthday trip and he made it extra special. He went above and beyond! Other staff who we really enjoyed- Juana at the tiki bar/pool bar was the best bartender here hands down and very pleasant. A special shout out to Juan Bernardo whose demeanor is infectious, such a lovely man. We lost our hat while here and some way, some how he tracked it down. We are so grateful! This was my second trip to Majestic Mirage, we truly enjoyed. Kayla and Karina

Still, I have to give a special shoutout to Bolivar, our butler, who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. The cleaning staff deserves kudos, too! They kept our room spotless and comfortable every single day. Those pillows were heavenly – I've never slept better. The entertainment staff made our days so much fun, and the activities were a blast. This experience was even more remarkable because we had to return to the resort due to a travel issue. The hotel welcomed us back, assisted with laundry services, and offered day-to-day rates tailored for my family. This support made our stressful situation so much easier to handle. Majestic Mirage is not just a holiday resort; it's a haven of exceptional service, comfort, and support. We can't thank them enough for turning a challenging time into a memorable one. We just returned from an amazing week at the Majestic Mirage and we can’t say anything negative about our experience! The staff in all areas go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. They anticipate what you need before you even know you need it. Our butler Bolivar was hands down the best! He checked in with us many times during the day and sent us messages with menus and activities so we were always well informed. He was so fun to talk to and made our stay so relaxed. The young lady tending the adults only pool bar near the Mirage club was excellent as well! Definitely worth your money to stay here. The rooms are gorgeous and and food was good as well. My husband and I had an amazing time. You can do as much or as little as you want it is all up to you. The fact that it is all inclusive let you relax and truly just enjoy yourself. We never wanted for food or drink that’s for sure. The food was definitely better than average and the drinks did not appear water down. The property was beautiful and the staff were always very pleasant. A big shout out to our butler Jose Jacobs, he truly made the trip relaxing and enjoyable. He tended to our every need and made us feel very special. Another shout out to Luciano Jean Who literally saved my life by knowing the Heimlich maneuver when I was choking on rice. He remained calm cool and collected and we are very grateful for his fast action. If you want a wonderful relaxing getaway this is the place to go for sure.

This is the 3rd time my wife and I have visited the majestic mirage and like always we got treated like family as soon as we arrived. We specifically ask for Carlos to be our butler as he was last time and like always he did everything we asked and set everything up for us and made our vacation even nicer. We also couldn’t of asked for a better waiter then Dario who also was always making sure we didn’t need anything. I was extremely happy to see William was still behind the bar outside of the 7 building cause he always has a smile and singing. We always love coming to the majestic mirage

Honeymoon experience was awesome. Not a 5 for me because of some small incidents coordinating activities throughout stay that could have been addressed better, and some food options were not that great. But overall experience, room quality, and staff were really nice, helpful, and willing to accommodate. Bonus note - They made COVID-19 testing required to return to US an easy process.

This resort was wonderful! Food was good, nice choice of restaurants for evening dining. Our rooftop with cabana & hot tub was the bomb. Highly recommend.

My husband and I celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary at Majestic Mirage Punta Cana and it was truly amazing. The resort is very clean, safe and stunning, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Our butler Reinaldo was very friendly, helpful and made our anniversary very special. The housekeepers kept our room clean and well stocked. I would definitely recommend this resort.

Terrible food. French and Steak house beyond a joke. No AC and sewage smell. 1st room disgusting. We were moved the next day. Great room. Paid for Club amenities. A joke. We made the most of getting away but very disappointed.

A beautiful, full service resort stay! Some glitches on arrival (personalized check in meant it was pretty slow), and a few requests forgotten (our slow shower drain never got fixed); but honestly, the things missed were really outweighed by the kind and excellent service, fantastic amenities, well-kept and maintained place, and (in my opinion) great food! The buffet and hibachi were really our favorite! Room service was not good, and Italian was downright bad. For our 5 day/4 night stay, Yenny was our “butler”, and was accessible through What’s App on a regular basis! She was sweet, and checked in with us daily- a fantastic addition! The bartenders at the pool bars- all bars- were funny, and really good! Drinks were top shelf, and going as a group of adults is guaranteed fun! They have both an adult side and family side, with excellent pools at both! We didn’t take advantage of all things at the resort because we simply didn’t have time! I look forward to returning one day!

Just back from the Majestic Mirage and it was wonderful. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. We need run into a problem when we checked it and it was fixed but they had us in the wrong type of room. It was fixed the next day and we were in a suite. The resort was beautiful and well kept. Food was great, lots to choose from. We will be back!

It is our third time here. We are happy to be guests again. The best part is the entertainment team. Mike Tyson, Smarlin, Banana, and Milagros made sure we were always smiling and dancing and enjoying our time. On the beach, Victor has been the best bartender and server. We really love the butlers Elvis and Jeffrey. In the main buffet, the entire staff is AMAZING. The gentleman that plays the saxophone is very talented. They are so friendly and happy and giving and attentive. We will continue visiting this resort.

We had a wonderful vacation at Majestic Mirage. The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained. Although it was fully booked, it never felt crowded. There were a few glitches such as the extremely slow and disorganized check in process, but whatever went wrong was quickly solved by our butler Sosa, who was amazing. Anna-Maria who greeted us every morning at breakfast with her lovely smile and amazing service, Alejandro, the sommelier who got us personalized service and was simply the best and Anna-Luisa in the coffee shop who was a real artist with her cappuccinos; they all made for an amazing vacation with their exceptional service. One remark: there is bound to be humidity and musty smell because of that, but it would be great if a big resort like Majestic could find a way to deal with that in the rooms. Overall an excellent vacation!

I picked this resort for my Birthday because of the reviews, I'm not saying everyone is lying on there reviews, some of us just have very different expectations. Checking into resort was a disaster, The Resort was overbooked and they tried to downgrade me to a different room, (That didn't go well ohhh but I got my suite 3 hours later) My Butler (Samuel) he was great!! thank God he was the only one that spoke English. How are you running a resort with different ethnic backgrounds vacationing and your staff does not speak English? This Resort needs a diverse staff. The food was very DISTASTEFUL on all levels. The Resort was beautiful that's all. The excursions were awesome! COVID PROTOCOLS WERE IN PLACE THAT WAS A BONUS!! I made the Best of it for 4 days but I will NOT return.

This resort was absolutely amazing. The grounds were beautiful and clean as well as the rooms. The food was absolutely delicious but what really set it apart was the amazing service. Every morning at the breakfast buffet our server DARIO would go above and beyond to fill our table with flowers. It was always so pretty and thoughtful and he truly made our experience unforgettable with all his hard work. I can’t even begin to express what a hard worker he is and truly exceptional part of the staff there. It was an experience of a lifetime and I’m grateful to everyone of the staff that helped make it that way. Definitely would return and recommend to all.

The hotel is very nice! The beach is very nice! Food was good, specially we liked steakhouse. The service was good! We were very happy with our butler Ricardo De La Rosa! He’s amazing! He was helping us in every hotel room services.

We stayed at the Majestic Mirage from Saturday-Saturday. We had the most amazing time and Lionel, our butler was a huge help and we will forever be grateful of him. We got an unexpected leak from our AC late at night and Lionel went above and beyond to get this issue resolved and we were in a new room first thing the next morning. he was constantly checking up on us, constantly making sure we had everything we needed. He was overall very helpful and I would 100% stay here again. The entire staff was also amazing, if you needed anything or had a question they all were extremely friendly and outgoing. Everyone says hello when you pass, just overall a very very friendly and nice environment all around. The pool is great, and the servers at the pool are great. Rafael, specifically was absolutely amazing and helped me and my friend when she left her phone by the pool. He was actually concerned for her and treated us like he was our family. What a great resort and even better staff. Thank you Majestic Mirage for an amazing week and thanks to all the amazing people who made it even better!!

My husband and I, along with 2 other couples had an amazing experience at the Majestic Mirage. We were treated like family from the time we checked in til the day we checked out. Our room was beautiful and spacious with a balcony and hot tub. We were introduced to our butler, Elvis, who was very attentive to all our needs. Elvis would check in with us daily. He would find us wherever we were. He made our stay effortless by making all of our reservations (golf and spa). The resort was spotless. The restaurants were delicious and very accommodating. The spa was amazing. We all had relaxing couple’s massages. We will definitely be back. Thank you to all the staff for a great vacation .

Pretty solid resort. Food is okay (though some restaurants are better than others). Buffet was okay at some points. There's good things then not very good things. Took a star down because of this. Room service was good. Towel service could've been a bit better but maybe we're unlucky. Activities were fun, especially the beach side parties. Awesome music too. Our Butler David was fantastic and well-spoken. He was attentive and overall a pleasure. Ernesto at the gym was a great and active work out partner 💪. Beach is beautiful and the resort is kept well. We could definitely use more fresh coconuts, the times we had them were amazing 🥥 😌

Staying at this resort was so amazing. We stayed here for our honeymoon and they went out of their way to make it extra special for us. When we arrived we were automatically greeted with friendly staff that made us feel welcomed. We were upgraded to the romance package when they found that we were just married which included a beautiful room next to the beach, special dinner, breakfast in bed and just little extras throughout our trip to make us feel special. Their drinks were delicious, but I’d suggest if you want the best drinks to go to the lobby bar. The beach bars were not bad, but the lobby bar made drinks on a different level. I’d also highly suggest to get reservations to the French restaurant and Japanese restaurant in particular if you are looking for good food. Their buffets were not bad, but nothing to be excited about. The beach was gorgeous and relaxing, I don’t know how many naps I took out there, but I felt like I was in paradise. Jose was also spectacular and made our stay feel special and was very accommodating to us when we were needing something. I’d highly recommend this place for any occasion, but especially if you are looking for a romantic getaway.

I was extremely pleased with my vacation here. First and foremost my wife and I felt safe with the cleanliness and the care that the staff took in disinfecting both public spaces and our rooms. When we arrived we were greeted by Alex who made us feel welcomed and took such great care of us during our entire stay. We had a great vacation, and we felt pampered during our stay. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean, the buffet was great, it was so nice to have a pool, jacuzzi and beach all within the property. We also enjoy the nightly shows and thought the performances were spectacular. We’ve heard mixed reviews from some of the guests of the other nearby hotels so in the future we would definitely choose to come back here.

We stayed at the Majestic Mirage for 5 nights in a swim up club room in February 2022. Our butler was Wilbert. He was very attentive and always accessible. He made every effort to accommodate every request that we had. Overall the resort was very nice, clean and comfortable. All of the staff were very polite and always ready to serve us. Our room came with Bali beds poolside and made things very convenient. The food was decent, on par with the quality of resort food. There were a few dishes that stood out. The lasagna in the Italian restaurant and the market buffet were our favorites. The hibachi restaurant was pretty good too. Overall our stay was very enjoyable and relaxing. Have access to Wilbert as our personal staff member to make reservations and any other request that we had was a nice treat. I can recommend this resort for anyone looking for a nice relaxing time and to be treated with nothing but kindness on their vacation.

Loved our stay! It was me+4 friends and we had so much fun. The staff was very welcoming and willing to help us. Drinks were great regardless of the bartender. Very clean resort too! Yordy was the best butler ever!! He helped us find a tour that the resort didn’t offer. He was really attentive and checked in on us often. We’ll definitely be back!

My family and I stayed here for 7 nights and had a great time. The resort was clean and the staff provided exceptional service. We have stayed at other resorts in Punta Cana during previous trips and Majestic Mirage was by far one of the better resorts we have stayed at. The food was also great. There is a wide selection of restaurants, so we never got bored when it came to dining (which is sometimes a challenge when staying at a resort for over a week). We also really enjoyed the adult-only side of the resort/the additional amenities that came with it. Our butler, Arturo, was very attentive and made sure we had a comfortable vacation. Overall, this is an amazing resort and we would recommend it to friends/family and would consider coming back in the future. Kudos and thank you to all of the Majestic Mirage staff!

This resort is amazing! The staff is so warm and always eager to go above and beyond to help you with anything. Our butler Leonel as so very helpful in booking our reservations and helping us make the most of our honeymoon. The bartenders are amazing, Willis, Gary, Manuel, Emmanuel… IMO some of the best on the grounds. I appreciate the efforts of the wait staff, they are spectacular. I 150% recommend this place and we plan to come back again..

My husband and I celebrated our second anniversary at the Majestic Mirage Punta Cana Resort and we had a wonderful time! Our butler Jose Jacobs took excellent care of us and made sure every request was fulfilled. It was so nice to sit back and relax without having to worry about any of the little details because we knew Jose was on top of it! The resort itself is clean, well maintained and very easily walkable. The restaurants were all very nice and the food was fantastic! We only wish we had more time!

Had a great first visit and will be returning in the future. Carlos, our butler was great and we will be asking for him again. The waiter Dario seemed to be at every restaurant we would go to and was always outgoing and nice and made sure we were taken care of. Everyone at the resort treats you like you are family and is there to make sure your vacation couldn't be better.

The resort is beautiful! Food and drink is good. I love the size of the resort. All the staff are really helpful, especially our butler Daniel. Our butler, Daniel has been a great help. He sends out daily activities and quickly made reservations at the Japanese and Gourmet restaurants. We are having a great time! Highly recommend.

At the conclusion of our stay, everything here has been spectacular! Our butler Rey has been extremely helpful and attentive with any of our needs/questions. He is extremely polite and makes sure we are enjoying every moment of our stay here at the Majestic Mirage! Antony the bartender made our stay unbelievable with his top notch service and friendship over the past week. He is a great man and a vital part of your team. Always has a smile on his face and represents the resort to its full potential. The same goes for Juan Bernardo at the pool. Constantly checking in and offering fun Spanish lessons while also getting to know each and every guest. He is a great family man and a crucial member of your staff. The resort was nicely done for Christmas and our Butler De Leon was awesome! He helped arrange dining reservations and went above and beyond to add some birthday decorations and cake for out 17 yr old son. All suite resort leaves plenty of room for family of 4. Premium alcohol readily available all day. The dining was pretty good... there's a couple that approach a 5-star level, the buffets had good selection for all tastes, but largely depends on how picky or open to new tastes you are. 24 hr room service included, which made it easy to chill and just get a pizza, ribs, wings, etc. Lots of pools, most quiet for adults only, but a sizable family area for those with kids. Beach was windy but refreshing for this time of year in Dec... waves a bit larger but not huge. As an all-inclusive, not a lot of pressure for tipping but felt it was warranted in a few cases and it was graciously received... a modest amount for quality service. If you are an active family, there are numerous Excursions available for a fee... we went snorkeling with fish, rays, and nurse sharks on the reef for 3 hrs on the Reef Explorer and it even included a 15-20 min massage!
