Apparently it's a very successful local restaurant, but need to put attention to those little details that make it looks bad...costumers should enjoy a great experience as soon as they pass through the doors, as this place looks impeccable, it should deserves a 5 stars review, but they lost 4 stars in my humble opinion due to the way of doing business...the waitress service is a nightmare (please read all one star reviews); first, the waitress takes about 20 minutes to take our initial orders, then like 45 minutes to deliver the drinks; in general, was a mediocre service, very rude and unkind body language from the waitress...the food was also something to forget, plates were poorly presented, cold, and inconsistent with the supposed good name of this restaurant....actually, the restaurant looks impeccably cozy, with very clean floor, the receiver area looks clean and odorous; place very well organized...however, HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED...sorry for the bad review, but only 1 stars for now, unless improve and fix those obvious service and manning problems...

Amazing food and compared to all restaurants around it’s usually one of the busiest restaurants in the village, the menu is very varied and you can check it out with the QR code in my photos, there are three distinct eating areas one on the open patio, one inside air conditioned and a roofed terrace area with fans. The staff are lovely and helpful the food is absolutely delicious my fav is the Tuna dish I’ve included some photos. We have enjoyed breakfast, brunch and lunch at this restaurant. It’s just a super cool location. All the food is freshly prepared so you should expect a well worth it wait. The village has toilets that are positioned around the village so you do not have toilets in the restaurants.

Nice ambiance great service. We started with the croquettes served with a good sauce. My wife ordered the rib eye which was very well cooked and savory but was missing grill marks, this came with grilled vegetables. My entree was the steak salad which was very abundant it was basically a Cobb salad without beans. The wine selection was disappointing just no name wine by the glass. The prices were average the bill was US$73.

Place is very cute and pleasant. Service was friendly but slow. The food was disappointing. The calamari was soggy, the beef in the quesadillas was not shredded. The guac and one of the sauces looked like they went bad or borderline. They accomodated a grilled salmon order that was not on the menu (salmon curry was on the menu) but the salmon was on the grey side. If the owners improved the food, this could be a money printing machine. If the imported ingredients are not great, put more criollo (local) stuff on the menu.

Amazing food and the best customer service. You just get the El Caldero (BBQ pork). The “green juice” is tasty but has a lot of pulp.

As a local, I have visited Vale Valentina many times, for dinner, lunch, morning coffee, afternoon cocktails and also to buy pastries (I love their pecan pie and the cheese cake) and pick-up take out. I have never felt disappointed with the experiences here: the prices are presented in Dominican pesos with appropriate prices versus the quality, the food and drinks are very good and the ambiance is lovely. Vale Valentine is a must if you visit Punta Cana Village!

Waited an hour for a pasta and a burger, paid and tipped. had to cancel to catch flight. Got refund then got charged for the two waters. They threw out the water bottle and when I asked where it was, they tried to take it out of the garbage and wash it off to give it back. I think that says it all.

We really had an amazing day thanks to Geneury and Trini who went above and beyond to accommodate us despite the fact that the manager was extremely upset. It’s such a shame that the have a host that feels in a position to be so incredibly mean to clients that are consuming inside the local in a way that everyone was sadly made aware of her discomfort.

Amazing place, very instagramable space. Has indoor and outdoor options to sit. I had previously gone for dinner, had the pomodoro rissotto which was amazing. This time went for brunch and had the Queso Frito a la Carroza, it was so good and filling. They also have a fabulous dessert selection from Vale Cakes

One of the best lunch places in Punta Cana. Healthy & clean food, every day There's a lunch menu that varies daily (it's dominican food but made very well) and it's very affordable. Super fresh and tasty. As a local, this is my daily go-to place for lunch, that never ceases to surprise as their daily menu changes constantly. If you are shooting for the daily lunch menu, do come around 12-1, as the place gets so packed the menu ends pretty fast. From the regular menu my favs are chicken ninjao and sweet & sour chicken. And mofonguitos. It also has great breakfast, and they serve free yummy cookies with coffee. The service is very nice and attentive. 😊

Cute spot that's somewhat walkable from the airport. It's located in a little plaza that has plenty of competition. We ordered a Mochachino and a Cafecito con Leche and all very delightful and fresh. We started with quesodillas with chicken, bacon, and cheese, and just writing about it is making me drool. For our entree, I got the Western Bacon Cheeseburger with onion rings cooked medium rare and the Japanese Cesar Salad. The burger was perfectly cooked, and the onion rings were puffy and sweet. As for the salad, it was definitely unique for the DR and would highly suggest. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, but we were comfortable sitting inside. The interior was very cute and chic. It reminds me of a small kids' play house, almost. The staff seemed nice and welcoming, but our server wasn't as pleasant as I expected. I'm fluent in Spanish, but I do have an accent, and it almost felt like I was being judged for it. Because I used to bartender/server, I do recognize favoritism, and it seemed she catered to those who were indigenous. It could just be me overthinking it, but I think that it's worth noting. Other than our server, the food and atmosphere were good.

As a tourist, this was by far the best place to eat. We loved the tacos nd quesadillas. Oreo cake was the best one I had in my entire trip. Erika was our server, and was excellent at explaining.

Had a wonderful breakfast on our last day in Punta Cana. It's a cute little bistro where we sat outside. Our waiter worked really hard to get me a great Americano coffee. Food was really good & not expensive.

The venue is nice, but the staff! Wow! I might have came the wrong day (wed 19, 9:30am) because wow. A lady at the entrance looked at me from head to toes before to say "hi" (I was dressed properly, no short, no flip-flop, I was dressed properly!). I asked for a table, idk if she didn't want to work or I stole her bf in another life but she was RUDE. I finally set down and like a lunatic person, she came back at the table 1min later (it was just the two of us and one other client) and said hi again more politely this time. I tried to place an order, she just rolled her eyes, laughed at me and rolled her eyes, "pffff" at me for absolutely no freaking reason. I just left without ordering and she seemed super happy to go back and chat with her colleague behind the casher. Careful with your staff. The venue is cute, I was excited to come but the staff.... It is a big no.

Cute spot with multiple areas to sit in varying from complete outdoor, to a covered terrace (sometimes there's a band), and indoor all with nice décor. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and provides great service. The food is always good and they offer a good variety of breakfast / lunch (great lunch specials!) / dinner / coffee and desserts! Definitely worth a try if you're in the area.

👍👍 We stopped into this Wendy's location just to try it out while on vacation. It was great! I dont know what it was but the food tasted better than back in the US. Even my girlfriend said the nuggets seemed different. Maybe they just take more care in prep idk but it's worth a try.

😠 Be very careful with your money at this restaurant.
