We stopped into this Wendy's location just to try it out while on vacation. It was great! I dont know what it was but the food tasted better than back in the US. Even my girlfriend said the nuggets seemed different. Maybe they just take more care in prep idk but it's worth a try.

I had a pretty good experience overall. The food was tasty and fresh, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the one complaint I had was the speed of service. I had to wait a bit longer than I expected for my order to be taken and for my food to be prepared, which was a bit frustrating. Nonetheless, the quality of the food made up for the delay, and I would still recommend this location to others.

Seldom do I get average service here. A well-managed Fast Food outlet. Food quality is great, compared to other fast food restaurants and many local restaurants.

The Wendy's at Punta Cana has good food and great price point. They are quick and efficient while the food is good. It was a bit of a challenge placing the order in English, when all else fails Google translate to the rescue.

Employees are having fun, screaming, yelling, laughing! They are more at a party than a job. The customer experience inside is terrible and no outside seating. I complained, but the party went on!

Great place, tasty sandwiches feel like even better then in US. Stuff need to speak English just a bit cause they are by the airport but it was fun time ordering and feel like it's not an issue :)

Definitely tasty food, the kids LOVE it. The drive through is a slow mess and there is always a long line of cars. The music is a bit too loud. The baked potatoes with cheese and brocoli are great and so are the salads.

This Wendy's is very popular and can get busy. Staff is friendly and quick. Food is always hot and tasty. I especially like the crispy chicken sandwiches which you can order mild or spicy.
