After my first visit with Ruth I was more than happy to return as she identified my problem and relieved me of the pain that I had been tolerating for months. I have every confidence in her and would highly recommend her to anyone considering Osteopathy .

I visited Ruth with painful planters fasciitis in the heel of my foot. The pain was immense. After an initial consultation and fact finding, Ruth assessed how I was standing and noticed that actually the pain may be in my heel but was in fact coming from my hip area. She spent 3 sessions working around my hip, legs and lower back. To my surprise, the pain in my heel gradually became less and less. I’m beginning to move around a lot more and am even able to stretch more freely. Ruth is amazing. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and talks about what she is doing and which areas she is working on and why. I highly recommend her.

For a long time I often used to get headaches during the night time and to wake up with a very stiff neck, so I decided to try osteopathy and went to the Cole practice. Immediately after just the first session I felt a lot better with my neck and I haven’t had any other episode of headache during the night since! I would strongly recommend to go and see Steve if you suffer for similar problems: both him and Ruth are fantastic!

I can say even after my first visit my mind was changed and my pain has decreased massively with subsequent visits. I went to Steve who gave me treatment and also gave me a plan to follow soon as he found the issue with my lower back pain.. Steve Cole is a master of his art. I went to see Steve after a lower back injury lifting weights at a gym class. He gave me a full diagnosis and identified the problem. Then he work the area in question and I could feel an immediate improvement. He was not pushy with any repeat appointments and also advised how I could do some specific stretches when I got home. I have had a few Osteopaths in the past but The Cole Practice is now my go to place whenever I need similar treatment. I cannot recommend Steve Cole and the Cole Practice highly enough and they must be the best kept secret in Carshalton.

Amazing hands! Steve is such a professional and very experienced osteopath, I've seen so many others over many years due to my chronic back pain, but no one helped me that much. After one session only, my upper back felt a lot better. I highly recommend him!

I went to Steve with a lower back issue which had me losing sleep and unable to walk, sit or stand for more than 5 minutes. After spending 10 minutes explaining the problem to Steve, he treated me and the pain and lack of mobility was gone by the following morning. Great service and great advice on how to continue the rehabilitation at home with simple stretches. Highly recommended!
