Spécialisé dans le divertissement artistique et culturel en établissement de santé, le groupe ORPEA est le pire de mes clients en termes de paiement pour mes artistes. j'attends la régularisation de facture de plus de 4 mois dans certains cas, je n'ai des retours d'aucune personne c'est un scandale !!! j'ai créé cette structure pour le bien des résidents, pour leurs apporté du bonheur dans leur quotidien et voilà comment nous sommes remerciés par ce groupe

En attente de mes documents de démission et de mon solde de tout compte depuis le 27 janvier 2023. Donc quasiment 3 mois pour émettre 3 documents avec pour excuse leur service de paye qui a été remanié. On en a rien à faire surtout que c'est un mensonge. Merci de payer vos employés et ceux qui sont partis. Quand j'étais infirmière dans ce groupe je faisais mon travail donc faite simplement le votre et arrêtez de nous mentir. Vous n'avez aucun respect pour vos patients et encore moins pour vos employés.

Neglecting the family-resident bond to this extent for many months is akin to mistreatment, a supposedly sensitive subject in the Orpéa sphere... The support services a priori have absolutely nothing to do with it!!!

Une honte à la direction d'avoir maltraité des humains dans leurs établissement. Désormais c'est le contribuable français qui paie leur déroute par l'intervention de la Caisse des Dépôts ! C'est de la prison ferme qui devrait les attendre !

La plateforme relations patients-résidents ne répondant pas au téléphone, je sollicite le siège pour savoir ce qui se passe ou obtenir les nouvelles coordonnées. On me donne un autre numéro qui débouche sur une boite vocale qui ne prend pas les messages. Lorsque je rappelle on me dit que c'est normal, car le numéro qu'on m a donné ne répond jamais au téléphone ! Bref, impossible de joindre la plateforme et impossible de joindre quelqu'un à ORPEA pour savoir comment les joindre sinon par .... mail !

Groupe OPEA a fuir travailler au mois de janvier mois de février toujour pas de paye incapacité fournir les fiche de paye tout et à revoir je ne recommande pas leur service qui sont misérable
