Only if you don't mind to wait very loooooong..... Even on quiet moments it takes the minimum of 30 minutes for your order to be ready. Hungry and looking for a quick meal? Avoid this place and go to the other restaurants in the neighborhood offering better ambiance and faster service!

Quick service . Tasty foods . Clean nice inside. Little crowded due to quality. Good staff service .

Small portions, small burgers(a burger I can eat with one hand should be called a snack, not a burger), and more expensive than other fast food restaurants... They don't even take your orders anymore and tell you to go use the machines in the most rude way possible.. And they're closing the much better and cheaper Quick restaurant next to it... I'd avoid...

Great improvement though I waited a little longer but good service. Even the trays, cups, and the leftovers they will take over in a designated places. Thanks BK good job!

i will give it 4 stars .. The food is good .. the menu is rich .. and the price is reasonable .. you can customize your burger as you want .. so many details while ordering which makes the experience worth it .. La défense is a main work area in paris and europe so you will find an endless line of hungry workers in lunch time .. BUT, the wait is usually between 20 minutes which is incredible considering the amount of people who are ordering !!

The restaurant is in a nice place. I ordered 2 burgers, 9 onion rings, 1 sundae and 1 soda and it was pretty good

I don't mind the wait time since there are other people waiting for their orders. But the drinks they did not even full it up. It was as if someone drank from it.

I ordered menus for 3 burgers, call you people with the order code and the person was a total...... I am missing 2 burgers and chips abd onion rings ! Worst service I had from you guys ! So sad !

It took a very long time to prepare my order. Confused "take out" and "dine in" Some of the potatoes were scattered. At first they forgot about coffee, then instead of cappuccino poured hot water with tops.

I've eaten here quite a few times. Depending on the staff working here, they sometimes mess up my order (usually for something better, but sometimes for something I didn't want and it's too late to complain). Avoid going here between 12:20 and 13:00 as it gets really crowded and loud. Come here earlier or after that time.

The cheese in the master poulet was cold and dry, while the triple cheeseburger (cf. image below) was quite average. Fries usually tastes better in other Bk stores.

Payment process was simple and workers were very nice to us.Loved the food and would love to go there again.

Unfriendly staff. Talking to each other and not helpful. My order didn’t show up and everyone kept telling me to ask elsewhere. The place is chaotic. If you can’t handle all those people maybe stop taking orders. The place is not clean and the fries are not good.

what a small piece of shburger , i ordered a 14 € combo, and the sandwich was smaller than my left palm, and it didn't even taste good it was very dry for a cheesy burger, never thought this franchise can get that low in France, don't get me wrong i love burger king in different countries but here ..!

I ordered fries, a cheeseburger and nuggets. The fries were really good with a generous amount of cheese and bacon on top. The burger was a little dry but pairing it with ranch made it way better. The nuggets were really dry and a bit hard to eat. The staff was nice and able to communicate in english. The waiting time for the food was also somewhere around 10min. The place itself was nice, though, a bit crowded. Would recommend!

Your typical burger king. However the French ingredients make it a lot less greasy and more healthier than other countries.

Today when we went to Burger King, we ordered for 9 hot wings and they gave us 6 hot wings instead. We are very unpleased with the customer service here, there is no mistake we ordered for 9. Please pay attention to customer orders next time.

Burgers are great! The stuff were kind and helpful for the whole time!

Located inside the mall on the 2nd floor (I think?), the view from the window is almost good (exterior wall is blocking some of it). Some items that were on display were not available once making the order but overall I got what I expected+ the toilets were clean.

Love this place, they are the last to close in the mall and at the same time super quick to prepare your food
