Good place for family steamboat. Staff attentive and helpful. No time limitation. Variety dishes available. Recommend the handmade balls (unique than usual fishball). Soups are delicious. You pay for the food u eat!

Been here for several times. Each time had a great service from different staff. Food was okay, soup was okay, pricing a little on the higher side. Overall, it is a good place for dating or a gathering with friends.

My 3rd time at HDL IOI Puchong Mall, and still one of the best branch that I have visited. Good services from fellow waiters and waitresses, my friend requested for a bowl of century egg minced pork porridge although it was not served at the self-service bar that day, and the manager managed to pull it off and attended to our requests.

Long wait, our waiter always not around, need to request many times for a thing. Even food come already also put on the table behind us, no one served. Tau fu fa finished, ice cream need request for few times...... 🤔

Been here multiple times, the soup suggested is 桃胶， the food is nice and the service provided by the waiter is good. They even dance upon as requested. Birthday celebration can be held there as they can help u celebrate too. The dessert is nice for a free dessert. Can try if you want some experience

It's just like every other Hotpot place with more choices of food and is not a buffet type... What makes it special is that they're giving a top tier service... The staffs are friendly and is ready to help anytime with their quick actions... And of course, with a great service comes with a greater price...

Firstly very big area. Secondly the service was very good even though it was busy. Thirdly the soup base while expensive in my opinion was still very tasty. The base soup itself cost almost rm50. The food quality is good. Also the additional complimentary foods and desserts are lovely.. Absolutely would come again but its definitely not the cheap kind. 2 adults and 1 toddler set us back rm200.

Very fresh vegetable and meat ingredients. The mala is very much drinkable and is a must have soup order. The other recommended soup will be the pork bone broth, but personally, Beauty in the Pot's broth still triumph above all. Get ready to spare no expenses for this meal as their menu options are very expensive.

It's my first time in Haidilao Malaysia. The staffs were very friendly at the front desk. Actually was expecting a more comprehensive services. But, we kind of left clueless at the beginning for what really to order. Not too attentive and friendly but coming towards the end, there was one I suppose manager quite attentive to our needs, maybe we were there to early and the kick hasn't start yet?

Nice environment, superb service from the crew, free flow drink, overall very good first time experience with HDL.

Monday dinner. Walk-in and got our seats immediately. Food is generally good and it's great that we get to choose full or half portion from the menu. Friendly staff and good service.

If you or your friends like cooking some fresh raw meat or vegetables using hot pot then this is the place for you all. Due to the on going pandemic, I must said that all the staff here are properly "dressed" in food handling and hygienic to prevent cross contamination. They really follow strict SOP. You may request for an apron to prevent your shirt or dress from getting dirty. Also, for the ladies the staff will place a small blanket to cover your handbag or any opened shopping bags from prying eyes. According to the service staff, the apron and the blanket are send for washing each time after customer have used it. I find that the service staff are friendly and accommodating. Overall it's a good dining experience and you will have a great time here. Highly recommended.

Dining experience is ruined by 钟嘉仪 of Haidilao IOI Puchong branch who did not demonstrate good service. She was rude and unprofessional. Imagine she who serves as a waitress crew, literally, she asked my sibling to carry plate to her so she can perform her job and she kept on removing plate as if we shouldn’t stay there for any longer. The management should really send her for additional training course so Haidilao can live up to your reputation.

Great service. Food is average. The signature tomato soup is good. If you want to eat as much as satisfying as you like, it would be very pricey

Amazing as usual. Been to many haidilao in several country. This one has one of the shorter queues. Authentic China Hotpot experience. Good food with great service. Free flow of dessert and drinks. Food quality is as per standard which is amazing. Quality beef, pork and mutton. The frog is the freshest I've gotten before, literally still moving. Waiter served us Yuki, even for haidilao standard, gave us one of the best service experience we've gotten.

5 stars because this branch at least less queue but non peak hour to visit is the best because get to enjoy the ambient and the food. Food okay but can be better, always there is room to improve. Sauce, I'm not too fancy about them, I just eat without sauce, original flavours. Then, the service is friendly but I prefer some privacy. Another good to mention is they have a kid room for them to play, nice. Overall price slightly higher than normal hotpot but worth to try.

This branch is definitely worth visiting. They will provide you with a blanket if it’s raining outside. Besides, it provides noodles and the dip sauce for just RM8. Other than that, the staff here is helpful and availability is high.

Steamboat restaurant located at IOI Mall Puchong. Foods, soup base are ok. Service staff are friendly and attentive. During peak hour for lunch and dinner usually need to que for sometimes. Price on the portion of the foods are higher than normal steamboat restaurant. Parking can get in the parking lots in the mall.

Good as always. Wasn’t too hungry so just ordered some essential. The server help us made 2 different soup base from different seasonings and it taste great ! Got a free manicure from the nail tech Pei Jun.

Interesting performance of swing noodles. I love having 4 types of soup, my choice is the collagen and tomyam soup the best. They sing song for you according to what occasion such as Happy birthday or anniversay or even break up celebration

Have been dining here for a dozen time since its opening. Only good things can be said about this place. If you arrive when the restaurant is full house or needing waiting for your turn to enter, there is a spacious waiting area for you and your family or friends to sit, get some drink and snacks (see photo). You'll get a waiting ticket which is divided into two categories of smaller number of guests (1-4 ppl) or big group (more than 5ppl). Once seated you'll be served with fruit platter (slightly differ every time but the watermelon is always there) and your choice of drink Chinese tea or Winter Melon drink. Orders are done through digital pad, and you can have an option of getting membership to collect points every time you dine with them. Why we return to Haidilao for steamboat is because the food are always fresh. If there's anything you're not satisfied or happy about you can always let them know and they'll change for you. The service is commendable. After finishing the steamboat, you may ask for dessert with about 6 or 7 choices. Today, my usual favourite white fungus is already out of order, so I tried the taufufa (bean curd pudding). Their ice ream is delicious (see photo). There's a custoner feedback QR code on the tissue box so you can provide feedback or praise the waiters or waitresses who provided great service (their names are in Chinese on their name tags). Fresh food items and friendly staff are their strong selling points. Hopefully they can keep up their good work, and consider opening a halal version of restaurant chains to serve Muslim customers to introduce steamboat dining culture.

Great service with amiable staff. Highly recomended for hot pot lovers.Those who are not prefer pork also can dine in because there are also pork free items with effortable price. Overall evrything awesome and you will get a complimentary sweets amd desert after your meal like an ice cream pudding soya bean and so, and you only can choose one.

Come here few times, they are having excellent service, staffs are all friendly. They have a steamboat package which start from RM26.90, it is included meat (pork/chicken/lamb/beef/fish), various of vege, Mee/rice and 1 drink. Personally think is cheaper option for hdl and this package only available in ioi puchong branch. Today celebrated a friend birthday there, we simply request the staff sing 爱你 from Cindy on top of happy birthday song, never expect they really did it!!! This is how they impressed me to put a review here, very good service and please visit this branch more!!!

Please check your bill before you make payment. Have been waited until 9pm to enjoy the 25% discount, but when bills, the staff never help to apply discounts! I never check the bill because it's about this price. Today I went to pick it up on a whim to see the discount amount, but I found that the employee didn't help me to apply the discount. Then turn back to request for the refund! After two times of adjustment from their side, I get back my RM34.75 (suppose to be RM36) Human mistake happens everywhere even it is in Haidilao. But Haidilao, you break the trust.
