    Ordered an unsweet tea. Paid and got to the window, and they told us they were out of tea. Would have been fine if I could drink soda, but I can't. Asked for a refund and was told I could put my name in a book but couldn't refund me. Don't think I'll be going back.

    Just waiting. No acknowledgement. Just wanted a large sprite. It’s been over 5 minutes of this employee sitting on his phone. I literally snapped this photo and they still haven’t even turned around to see if someone is at the window. Unfortunately I’ve already paid at the first window. Weirdest experience I’ve had bc I really don’t want to honk my horn or knock on the window.

    This McDonald's location is a dollar more on each item on their menu then other McDonald's locations . I asked why they said because they're a franchise ..Other McDonald's franchises in Pierce County don't charge as much as they do.. plus they have really rude Employers in the Drive-Thru also having problems getting the app to work so I can use my rewards at this location .. I went to another McDonald's a mile away the app worked perfect..

    After waiting over 30 minutes for my food I bit into my quarterpounder and it was raw inside.. so disappointing.

    This is the 2nd time with a month I have tried to walk into this McDonald's only be told they are not open, only the drive through is open. The reason she give me both times, is nobody speaks English. I try to understand this as the person that is telling me this is speaking perfect English. If the drive through is open, then why they just pretend I'm a car in the lobby and just take my dam order.

    The food is just like any other McDonalds but the service is lacking. When I came into the restaurant there were people standing and waiting. I stood at the front counter for a out 5 min before anyone even acknowledged I was there. Then it took another 10 min to get my food. I won't be visiting here again unless I go through the drive through.

    Its very annoying when the person taking your order takes 5 minutes to take it. Then you wait about 5 more minutes for your food to be made then your order comes out wrong. 😑 Wrote down my order on a piece of paper and order was still screwed up second time around. Come on guys this isnt rocket science

    We drive 15 or so minutes out of our way to grab dinner here. Won't go to the downtown McDonald's. Funny how the ice cream machine always works here. The whole crew smiles! Not one bad experience here. This crew gets a 10 plus all around. Thank you.

    I wish the employees at this store would take pride in their work. When I come to the speaker, don’t talk to me like I am beneath you. If you realize that you’re not talking to the person you thought you were, because that person drove away, say…oh, my apologies, how may I help you today? That goes a long way in a persons world!! Also….Why am I handed mochas with chocolate running down the outside of my drink. Here’s a novel idea, wipe it up prior to handing to the customers. Don’t just make me a drink, say sorry, and hand me napkins to clean it myself! That’s just plain rude! It’s like this store purposely hires rude and inconsiderate employees! Shaking.My.Head!

    I have been here twice (the first time I came here was AFTER getting bad service from the McDonald's on Meridian, just a mile or so from this location) the atmosphere is totally different. Extremely professional and the workers don't act like you are a nuisance. They are willing to make milkshakes, flurries, etc. Unlike a lot of other McDonald's which is an instant 5 star. They have workers both young and old and ALL of them are hard workers, which is extremely refreshing to see. If you need McDonald's go here please and please treat the staff nicely, they deserve it. (Unlike some other places)

    The drive through girl was so rude… basically sounded so annoyed we were there, interrupted us multiple times. then when we got to the window she didn’t even look at us. My husband asked is she was having a good day. She said “yes, why?” In a rude tone. Next window girl, no eye contact… and they didn’t put a toy in our happy meal. The staff at this location is incredibly rude anytime we go there. Management needs to do some training on customer service!

    Seriously, 1 pickle, ice cream cone was literally 2" off top of cone, waited over 10 m8nutes in drive thru, will not be visiting this location again

    I have had so many issues with this location. So far the worst one was the employee taking my order. I don't know her name but I simply asked why I was being charged the full amount for the hash brown as it is $1.00 if you order from the value menu? She (employee) said that because I upgraded the drink on the Egg McMuffin meal. Um, not what I asked miss. Then the rudeness came out from her. After asking for the order to be corrected, she again said it's higher because of the drink in the meal. Again, not what I was talking about. Then the words that really ticked me off were, "Jesus Christ". On a Sunday when my grandson and I were on our way to church. Nope, manager... now! Same attitude from the manager. This location has THE WORST "customer service" ever. When did the laziness and rudeness become acceptable for these children who are working in a customer service type location?

    Nothing worst than not getting your order and then being told you didn’t order it. Terrible customer service. Receipt was not printed properly and supervisor was super rude.

    The food and service was not up to par with this location on the day of my visit. I'm not being unreasonable. When it is over expectation, I call the manager and complement the team. 🤷‍♂️ I have visited this location for almost a decade.

    This had to be the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Asked for no mac sauce add mayo. I go in and three other people are getting there orders fixed and another gentleman walks up and he ordered mcdoubles that came with one patty. So I get my big Mac back with no mayo. I don't have time to stand around and mess around with people that can't understand or speak basic English. Not only that I saw a worker knock over a stack of cups behind a shelf, looks at it and walks away. Straight up lazy.

    Absolutely Terrible! Hours show they open at 530am but thats ONLY if you order thru the app they won't take your order nor respond to you to explain that this is the reason they are ignoring you in the drive through line. Insane. When i finally figured it out while still in line being ignored i downloaded the app and placed an order only then did they open the window and acknowledge me. When handing me my order i say the response from the associate. "not my problem" UNBELIEVABLE!

    The girl names Ramisa (don’t know correct spelling) was absolutely horrible. She was rushing us to take our order and when she gave our card back she made a rude comment. “Have a nice day… or don’t.” I have no idea how she still works here. HORRIBLE.
