First time eating here. Forgot to snap a picture of the xiao long bao, and we also got iced milk tea. Everything was delicious. Service was kind and efficient, and we didn’t have to wait long to be seated or for our food even though it was a full house.

Some of the BEST ramen around!!! We enjoyed the black garlic ramen and the miso chashu ramen! Both were full of flavor and the broth was on point!!!! Lots of noodles and all the good toppings! You can add more topping a la cart. Ask for the chili oil- and they will bring it to you table! The chili oil is sooooo good! A little spice goes a long way!!! But it was the perfect addition to the ramen, if you’re looking for spicy ramen!!! We got the chicken Katsu and it was cooked perfectly!!!! Crispy on the outside and the chicken was not dry, very well done!! Dumpling (xia long bia) were subpar, but it was okay. The ramen made up for the excellence in this foodie spot!!! Parking is tight but there is a lot out front. If you need to street parking on the side is fine. Service was fast and attentive. It was great.

Can't believe they have been here for 9 years, and we only tried this for the 1st time. Is a quaint lil place. It's was busy but we were lucky to have a table. The menu isn't that big, but they all looked very scrumptious. We settled with the black garlic tonkotsu, the ginger pork (must get a boel of plain rice to go with it!), curry chicken katsu, and scallion pancakes. They were all great! We will be back!

We weren't very hungry. But reviews for My Lil' Cube were very good, so gave it a try. Their Takoyaki octopus ball was amazing! And scallion pancakes were also very well made. They went very well with iced milk tea. I'll definitely visit this restaurant again to try their ramen!

Delicious food. Nothing extra ordinary but it is tasty! Price is a little high compared to other Japanese local places, because the serving is pretty big. This is a lil place, parking can be difficult but it's manageable. Great friendly service.

This was our first time, and I personally enjoyed the scallion pancakes and pork buns so much it took away from the shrimp tempura and the black garlic ramen although they were all really good too. (I blame it all on the order that the food came out. Lol) The broth to the ramen had a lot of flavor although if you’re looking for something spicy you may have some problems since they don’t have that or you can sprinkle a lot of the pepper flakes they offer. The restaurant is nicely tucked away on a corner street, and it’s a cute little restaurant. The service was great although they were extremely busy, and the staff was extremely friendly.

I was on my way back to my sisters and was really wanting some soup dumplings. I found this little spot on my drive! The staff was very friendly and very courteous! All my food came out hot and in a timely manner. The dumplings took the longest to arrive, due to them being freshly made, but well worth the wait! They where hot and filled with yummy soup! I have never had a black garlic ramen before, so I gave it a try. It was flavorful and salty but not overwhelming at all. The noodles where perfectly cooked and the pork tender. I also got mine with a soft boiled egg. I left feeling full and very much satisfied with my food.

Amazing! Quick! Delicious and hands down awesome. Tonkotsu chashu ramen I added the whole soft-boiled egg. 10/10 Cold milk tea was also great!

WOW! We came here on Mother’s Day. Surprisingly the place was empty. The food was soooooo good. The Takoyaki is a MUST to order. I want more just from looking at the pictures. I also had their milk tea and ramen both good. The pancakes didn’t disappoint either. The staff was really friendly. Will be back for more soon!

They have very attentive courteous staff and the restaurant is clean. The food came in a timely manner and portions were huge the last time I was there. Their chicken curry is mouthwatering! Chicken is so crunchy, soo delicious! Ramen on a cold rainy days hits the spot especially with a dash of their chili oil. This time we tried the dumplings and they're so juicy! I love coming here whenever I am in the area!

The best Japanese spot in Puyallup. The ramen is flavorful and the curry is delicious. They do an excellent job at making sure your food is cooked to perfection and presented nicely. I highly recommend trying their appetizers such as the croquettes or gingered pork. If you’d like to make your food hotter the chili oil is a fantastic option.

Drove up from Vancouver, WA to try some good ramen, and I wasn't disappointed. One of the best I've had! I got the black garlic tonkotsu ramen.

Atmosphere was very intimate and quiet and the service was phenomenal. Unfortunately commenting on the food is another story. We looked at the reviews and thoughts it might be a good new spot to try. Starting with appetizers we had gotten the takoyaki and the vegetable tempura. The takoyaki although crispy on the outside, was cold on the inside and as for the tempura it was a bit soggy. We also had the juicy pork buns and it felt like they were the best thing on the menu for us due to it being steaming hot, full of flavor, and just like the name said juicy. For our entrées, we had gotten the Katsu chicken curry and the tonkatsu chashu ramen. The broth was not as thick as most ramen places and the meat was cold and the curry had more onions than i can count. The katsu chicken needed seasoning and it tasted bland even with the curry sauce. With all honesty I would not go again but it was an amazing wait staff that makes you want to keep come back.

Delicious mom and pop Raman restaurant. Love this place. They don’t make anything spicy but have chili oils and spices for you to add at the table. This is perfect. I’m spice my husband is not. Great food, friendly staff, fast service.

I love this restaurant. But it’s so small with only a few tables. There’s times when the wait is over an hour. Please open another location.

Lil cube black garlic ramen is the absolute best, especially if you add the chili oil! We've been going there for years. It's definitely worth the drive.

My first time here with my kids and we loved it! We ordered the boiled dumplings switch were delicious. Then I ordered both my kids the kids ramen with boiled chicken and myself the tonkotau ramen! Every bite was savory and delicious, I added their spicy chili oil in it as well. I’ll most definitely be going back to try the rest of the menu.

This was the best soup I think I've ever had. The server was amazing and had kids 6 she knew what was up. Wife and both got the black garlic tonkotsu ramen noodles and shared the dumplings. My daughter got the kids ramen, It was the perfect size for her and took a little home. So glad I found this perfect little spot just like the reviews say. I like visual pictures, so other reviews on here helped me decide for the first time in. All of the food looked good.

Takoyaki was delicious. Vegetable tempura was good, could you a better tempura dipping sauce. Black garlic tonkotsu ramen tasted good as well. Chicken Katsu don would have been good if the rice was not undercooked.

A hidden gem in a not so hidden location. Ramen joints are few in this area. Most are not worth your time. But if it's ramen you're craving, this one is the best in town, hands down! A crowd favorite, which also happens to be mine is well, is the black garlic. The perfect blend of soft flavorful noodles, garlicky broth, tender pork, and ramen sides, all come together to satisfy your soul on a cold rainy day. Also, the takoyaki is an amazing appetizer. Although for me, anyway, I actually end up eating these last, after I finish my ramen. These round flavor-bombs come out piping hot so be careful. Let em cool. Enjoy!

I had been wanting to try this place for a while after seeing it on google maps. It didn’t disappoint , we tried both the ramen and udon as well as scallion pancakes and veggie tempura. It was all fantastic! The service was was also great! Please support this small business and keep it thriving ! They are a hidden gem!

Delicious hidden gem! Everything our table had was flavorful and had big portions. They have vegan options clearly marked, and vegans and meat eaters alike were all satisfied. The only drawback was the parking lot-I recommend parking on the side street and walking!

  • 5/5 Michael Bald E. 9 months ago on Google
Very good! I love the cozy atmosphere and the staff were friendly. Tempura udon is wonderful and the Takoyaki were crunchy outside with a soft inner layer. Would come back here more often instead of driving to Tacoma for Kizuki, nice to have something in town.

Came up from San Diego for the holidays, and this place is better than all the ramen I've had there. I've lived in Japan for a few years, and I would say this place is really worth trying if you are craving some ramen.
