👍👍 Живой музей. Сейчас, например, идет подготовка выставки работ местной художницы Ольги Биценти. Яркие работы, особенно натюрморты с цветами и виды гор. People often mention museum, history, exhibitions, floor, exhibits,

A small museum, first floor with a good local history exhibition. Take a tour, they will tell you everything about the history of the region. About stones and plants, birds, animals and people, the history of waters, cities, regions and the Caucasus. Spend 2 hours and a thousand rubles. Second floor revolution, etc. The third is commerce, selling all sorts of nonsense and all sorts of children's exhibitions. The museum premises are getting smaller and smaller. There are almost no new exhibits. Everything is kind of sad and outdated. We need to invite restaurateurs and update the museum and exhibitions. The region is very interesting.

A traditional local history museum with a full-fledged educational focus - children should certainly like the halls of the first and second floors (nature and history before the post-war period) and the “historical and literary” ascent to the third floor. But the exhibition on the third floor is strange. One gets the impression that everything that did not fit on the first and second floors was collected there, although, for example, the material about historical photography of Pyatigorsk and Kislovodsk is quite worthy of a separate “niche” in the historical halls... The fourth floor is completely closed. Payment (albeit surprisingly small) is accepted only in cash. There are no trash cans and no toilet (it seemed so to me)).

A very nice museum. In a certain sense, it is a typical local history book, but very pleasant. Rich exhibitions, there are interesting exhibits. Not expensive and in the center.

A great place with its own indescribable spirit. Even the steps on the stairs are imbued with history! There are traveling exhibitions; I managed to get to see Bosch.

Classic Soviet museum, boring, antediluvian exhibitions from the 70s. The only thing I liked was the temporary exhibition of children's crafts for Easter.

The exhibitions are different. The prices are ridiculous (30 -150 rubles, shooting 100). Very responsive, sincere employees. It also works on weekends. Parking is problematic. The museum is a cultural component of the city. A wonderful place where history intersects with modernity!

There are few exhibits, the building is beautiful, the staircase deserves attention, in the archaeological hall there are fossilized mollusks, the hall shows the historical formation of the city, the 19th century, everyday life, the life of the city. There are unique exhibits in the hall of the Second World War and folk art.

They require a quar code, although there are no people there, so no one comes, they also don’t let you in without a code, understand that the museum is unprofitable and you get the salary from the taxes of people without a code.

(Translated by Google) Unfortunately, it was not possible to see everything from archeology to the works of design students. there were not enough caretakers and the exposition on the 4th floor was closed. (Original) Разные экспозиции от археологии до работ студентов-дизайнеров, к сожалению, не удалось увидеть все,т.к. не хватает смотрителей и экспозиция на 4 этаже была закрыта.

A very interesting museum and a wonderful collection. It's a pity that the windows and decoration need updating. If the authorities repaired and updated it would be a gorgeous museum!!

I recommend visiting the museum. Not a big museum. On 4 floors there are a lot of exhibits of different themes and different times.
