Smile Tel Mond clinic. The worst place for dental care, disgraceful conduct, they don't meet the deadlines, have you made an appointment? Come in at least an hour later, they will cancel the queue the night before, and on and on. As above in the treatment to memorize the same conduct. Klalit offers free dental care and checkups once a year for those who don't have a gold Klalit (I think platinum, same conditions, just a bigger discount), and we pay for it every month I suggest filing a class action lawsuit against them for the wasted hours, canceled appointments and more, we are paying for a service we don't receive!!!!

Bad attitude from the treating doctors mainly. The secretariat is all right. There are always crazy queues as if the time I am invited is for beauty, not once but - always! It's delays of a lot of time every time, I don't understand what's the problem with putting fewer people or opening more days?! I'm not supposed to set a certain time and come in an hour and a half later. And until it's finally my turn, they do me a favor by taking care of me and treating me like I'm trash. I regret that I had my teeth straightened in this place and I was stuck with it for many years after because of the fixation.

I don't think they ever answered my phone. Waits and waits (during the hours they work) until the call disconnects and then tries again. Beyond that, the times they got back to me and made an appointment, I usually waited over half an hour and sometimes an hour in line. But hey, at least the service is professional and high quality! So that's it, no. I came there at the age of 16 to straighten my teeth. I have had a bridge for over two years and the result is more crooked teeth than when I started. During a review after the bridge disintegrated in my mouth Dr. Shafi simply said "we have abused you enough" and decided to remove the bridge (before the end of the planned treatment). When I tried to get the reviews as I should, there was no phone answer (for weeks I was unable to get hold of them on the phone) until I physically arrived at the clinic and even then they did not always accept me. Several times Dr. Shafi was not there or I did not arrive at the right time (first aid). When my retainer fell apart and my teeth started to move and spaces started to form, it took me over two weeks until I was able to make an appointment. By then I had a large space between my front teeth, and what was Dr. Shafi's solution? Glue the teeth with lots and lots of glue so that the gap is not visible (needless to say that connecting all the upper front teeth with glue is very inconvenient). Now that the glue has disintegrated again I can't make an appointment and in the meantime my teeth are more crooked than when I started. Not worth the money savings! The lack of professionalism, the lack of response and the actual results are simply not worth it. I made an appointment with the dentist for another two months because there was no place. Then they called me and told me that because someone decided that she didn't come to her shift on my turn, they had the power to postpone my turn and didn't make an effort to find a replacement that day, and they delayed my turn even though I waited two months for my turn. It is better to take care of your teeth at a shoemaker than at this clinic.. Just horrible I was pulled for a month with crazy pain in my teeth.. from specialist to specialist.. for the last specialist to say that I just need a dentist 🤣🤣🤣 Oh and the biggest joke? Dentist appointment only in 3 months.. But I'm dying of pain! Sorry.. go into the app every day and look for cancellations.. The secretary really laughed in my face.. the dental assistant also laughed really hard.. Isn't it the secretary's job to wait for the cancellation and inform a patient who needs urgent treatment? It turns out not.. I switched to treatment at a private clinic. I recommend it to everyone.. It's a shame to waste time and pain..

I made an appointment almost 4 months ago at the Klalit Smile clinic in Tel Mond for today at 8:05. I arrived at the clinic 10 minutes late. I took out a form to wait for an appointment at the office. After a few minutes I sit and wait. ) and the clerk simply makes an appointment for her before it doesn't make sense in any way and in a way that a person who arrives after me will receive treatment before me. I went to the clerk to explain to her that there was a mistake. I arrived before the lady and I have to go in before her. She saw that she was wrong. She told me I'm already fixing it.
