Almog received the call after the incident and showed empathy and willingness to help, he made efforts and got me to make an appointment that day, thank him very much, a real asset to the branch. איזו שיחה לא נעימה!!! ביקשתי חדר ספציפי (לנהל 2 חדרים זה קשה🤷 ובד"כ שהייתי גם היתה מטפלת אחת אז בכלל לא ברור ההתעקשות) המכונה שם הייתה נעימה יותר ולא התחממה לי בכלל על הגוף, סובייקטיבי...שלי....מה הבעייה. דיברתי עם נלה בדלפק הקבלה שקודם כל אמרה אי אפשר לבחור ואחר כך ניסתה להבין לאיזה חדר אני מתכוון ותוך כדי גם לשכנע אותי שזאת אותה מכונה. אז אני אומר לה תגידי לי מתי פנוי שם שאקבע תור ואעשה שם והיא מנסה לתת מועד ועל הדרך גם אומרת לי שזה יכול להשתנות. ממש נתנה לי להתעקש על מכונה ספציפית. יש את המכשור ואת החדר מה כבר ביקשתי שתתאמי תור סיימה את השיחה בזה שתחזור אליי. ועכשיו אני מחכה שתחזור אליי. ביאסה לי את כל החוויה!!! לא בא לי לחזור . מקווה שאפשר להחליף סניף או משהו כי אם לא אני לגמרי שבוי.

אני חייבת לציין את אנט בן שלום שמקבלת אותי כל פעם בחיוך ונותנת הרגשה טובה בכל פעם שאני באה!!! מרוצה מאיכות הטיפול ואנט בן שלום נותנת תחושה ממש טובה ונעימה !!! ממליצה בחום
