I
had
a
very
disappointing
experience
at
this
coffee
shop.
I
visited
once
to
buy
a
bag
of
coffee,
expecting
to
find
a
variety
of
high-quality,
specialty
options
as
they
advertise
themselves.
However,
I
was
shocked
to
find
that
they
only
had
one
coffee
marketed
as
"specialty,"
which
smelled
terrible.
To
make
matters
worse,
they
charged
an
outrageous
price
of
95
shekels
for
just
200
grams
of
coffee,
especially
when
compared
to
the
international
prices
of
specialty
coffee.
The
coffee
itself
was
almost
undrinkable.
Although
the
taste
was
slightly
better
than
the
smell,
it
was
still
not
good.
I
would
not
recommend
this
coffee
shop
to
anyone
looking
for
a
true
specialty
coffee
experience.
I'm
also
attaching
a
photo
of
a
random
scoop
of
beans
from
the
bag
that
I
purchased.
As
you
can
see,
the
coffee
beans
have
different
sizes
and
shapes,
indicating
a
poor
selection
of
coffee.
Some
beans
are
under-roasted
while
others
are
almost
burnt,
which
affects
the
overall
taste
of
the
coffee.
Additionally,
the
fourth
bean
from
the
right
has
a
small
hole
on
its
upper
half,
indicative
of
insect
damage,
probably
caused
by
poor
storage
of
the
raw
beans.
Lastly,
the
upside-down
bean
in
the
middle
of
the
image
has
a
small
burnt
spot
at
the
bottom,
known
as
a
scorched
bean,
which
is
produced
during
roasting
when
the
charge
temperature
(initial
temp
of
the
roaster)
is
too
high
and
the
speed
of
the
drum
is
too
slow.
Overall,
I
am
extremely
disappointed
with
this
coffee
shop's
lack
of
quality
and
high
prices.
I
would
not
recommend
this
coffee
shop
to
anyone.
