Your service is on very low level. Yesterday I bought in your shop a heater and payed by a gift card. Your workers did not check if it works. At home I found out that the heater is broken. And today instead of refunding my money you sellers forced me to buy something on the same sum, and refused return me back my money. It's disgusting.

Terrible staff that don't want to work and lie to you. Went to the Bnei Brak store for an office chair which they didn't have in stock, the staff checked for us to see if anyone had it in stock and she said the Petah Tikva branch had it. We went to the Petah Tikva branch and half the staff were just standing there on their phones, when we finally got the attention of someone he wasn't very helpful and said it was out of stock and only had a display model. I looked around and saw a box on the shelf with the same chair, he said it was a return and had bo screws in it. I didn't believe him as the box was never opened and the returns are kept in a different place with paper on them to say why it was returned, I asked him that I want to see if it had the screws inside and as he started to get it down another member of staff said it's sold so either one or both of them are lying and redused to call a manager when we asked for one several times. It's bad enough that they call themselves a hardware store when they don't have much in the way of real hardware compared to UK and US hardware stores where you can get everything you will ever need.

Disgusting service. Came for some shelf supporters and waited for over an hour until no one came to help despite numerous times of asking different staff members. All were just sitting on their phone and did not want to help at all. Will not be coming here again. Awful experience

I don't recommend this because the manager or store owner was yelling at his staff members in Russian . I don't like to shop where employees are treated badly. If you want me to spend money at your store than please think how you can make it a better experience for both the customers and employees.

Delayed delivery. Products were placed down the road, and I was told by the delivery guy that they don’t lift the products up to the apartment. I was left downstairs with 2 seating systems to lift by myself after paying for that..

One of the "nice to have near your home" type of places. The common handan can find almost anything there. From tools to gardening equipment to closets to car care products. The prices are not always the lowest and there's plenty of parking but mostly the bigger problem is the staff. Not all of them make an effort to give good service and it doesn't seem like the network cares.

Not having all materials and equipment. Small messy place.

I went there straight for a matter.to buy to my grand son a cabinet.i find exactly.also the seller who was a bit nervous.in hurry.but its ok.i paid got my order and left the place.i know for my next furniture purchase will go somewhere else.

1 star because you cannot give less! The website is difficult to navigate, but I am sorry I didn't give up then. We ordered a computer desk.... we got confirmation of order, instructions to schedule delivery, and confirmation that delivery was scheduled. We were even notified that delivery was processed. That was the end. The delivery did not come. We were invited to reschedule delivery with no explanation. We rescheduled. Nothing happened!!!!! We cannot reach ACE. We cannot reach Tranzit, their delivery service. They don't answer phones.... at the store or central customer service number, or delivery service. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. FEEDBACK SENT TO PARENT COMPANY IN USA. This company is an embarrassment to the ACE name.

Visited them for Ace online issue, there are many feedbacks that they are not answering on the phone. So you may drive to the shop, follow steps on the floor for Ace Online and find their representative at the far end of shop. I got delivery next day after raising the issue to them, after two weeks waiting time before.

Couldn't find what I needed which has been my experience in the past. Don't plan to go back.
