Extremely unpleasant experience. Bathroom was dirty and water poured out in the room. No towels available making excuses that laundry is closed. My parents opted for breakfast here since they woke up early. They were served pathetic toasts and cold tea.

Very beautiful and high standards hotel. Very nice rooms, super service and best location. Very impressed by atomosphere. I will prefere again on my next toure.

Hot water not coming at 11:40pm in night. Later in morning Alhamdulilah got very hot water in washroom taps. Drinking Water provided by hotel was not sealed and was tap water which upsets stomach. Beds provided were all bent from center. Room was clean. Washroom slipper was broken n hotel didnt provide new. Hotel don't have mineral water bottles. The tour guide and hotel staff was courteous and hospitable.

I book a room for a night with my friends. Its quite best among there in low price rate.

We booked 2 rooms here for family Rooms and toilets are good, Air-conditioned also working excellent But room service needs improvement and cleaning also Overall experience was good

Average quality hotel butt quite good in price

I stayed there for a night during Ramadan. Staff was really helping and rooms were newly furnished and clean. They charged me 2500 Rs for a night for an excellent clean air conditioned room. Really a good value of money. The only issue was the noise coming from roadside busses and horns.

Everything is fine. Fares are also affordable and appreciated. But the only fault you should expect is the misbehave of the senior manager or owner. Very rude and harsh. So disrespectful. Disappointed

Good decent hotel with reasonable price compared to the hotels adjacent. Staff is cooperative, Good parking space and near by to Market. I-8 Markaz is around the corner.

Overall not recommended as the representative is a cheater. We reached by road to Islamabad at late night 2am, when he saw that it was too late and I was with my family, he raised the prices and demanded unreasonable highrent for the rooms

Extremely worst experience. I've book the hotel via agoda. i came all the way from Malaysia but end up cannot check in due their policy not allowed for foreigner to check in. So if you are foreigner ( non pakistani) please avoid this hotel otherwise you need to find another hotel

Rooms were built well with good AC but extremely un maintained, unhygienic bathrooms with old sanitary parts, old bed sheets, stained pillow covers & cover sheet. The room waste bin was not cleaned for ages, had stained of betel quid spittoons... We forgot our fleece blanket on check out & they did not return it back to us. The reception simply denied. The place around is extremely noisy.

Room is just okay not so good felt cold at night time especially due to space between room floor and door

Stayed at Al Waqqas hotel faizabad, AC room price 2500 / night. The reception played game using a button near reception, AC was on for 1 hour, then auto-off (no timer) for 3 hours. I went to reception, he said it will come back in a minute, i reached in room, AC on. They had a button to turn / off. This drama got repeated again.

This hotel is economical, but i did not had a great experience. Rooms are not maintained properly , make sure to check bed sheets they are always dirty and also running water in bathroom some times water taps are broken. Surrounding market is over crowded are over priced.

The room given to me was not good, the mattress was deshaped and it's springs from the center were broken. Could not sleep the whole night due to this. Next time before checking in I checked the hotel room and accepted only when I found the room was ok.
