Recently,
my
colleagues
and
I
had
the
pleasure
of
dining
at
Ghani
Shinwari
at
Truck
Adda,
and
I
wanted
to
share
our
experience.
We
ordered
a
variety
of
dishes,
including
Lamb
Tikka,
Lamb
Masala
Rosh,
Lamb
Fat
Tikka,
Chicken
Tikka
wrapped
in
Lambs
Caul
fat,
Kabuli
Pulao,
and
traditional
bread
(Roti).
The
Lamb
Tikka
was
a
standout,
impressively
tender
and
juicy.
The
Lamb
Masala
Rosh
had
a
unique
and
delicious
flavor,
thanks
to
its
pressure
cooker
preparation.
The
Lamb
Fat
Tikka
was
another
delightful
dish,
well-cooked
and
bursting
with
flavor.
The
Chicken
Tikka
wrapped
in
Caul
Fat
offered
a
unique
twist
and
lived
up
to
its
promise
of
tastiness.
However,
we
were
a
bit
disappointed
with
the
Kabuli
Pulao,
as
it
lacked
the
authentic
taste
we
were
expecting.
It's
an
area
that
could
use
improvement
to
align
better
with
the
traditional
flavors
of
Kabuli
Pulao.
The
bread
served
was
Khameri
Roti
rather
than
the
expected
Traditional
Nan,
which
was
a
notable
departure
from
the
norm.
Ambiance-wise,
the
restaurant
appeared
to
be
in
need
of
a
thorough
cleaning.
While
the
atmosphere
was
typical,
attention
to
cleanliness
would
greatly
enhance
the
overall
dining
experience.
On
a
positive
note,
the
staff
was
courteous
throughout
our
visit,
adding
a
pleasant
touch
to
the
overall
service.
In
conclusion,
Ghani
Shinwari
offers
a
diverse
and
flavorful
menu,
with
some
standout
dishes
like
the
Lamb
Tikka
and
unique
preparations
like
the
Chicken
Tikka.
However,
addressing
the
authenticity
of
certain
dishes,
improving
the
cleanliness
of
the
premises,
and
perhaps
reconsidering
the
bread
choice
would
contribute
to
a
more
satisfying
dining
experience.
I
would
highly
recommend
to
anyone
due
to
its
taste
and
uniqueness.
