When
I
first
checked
in,
it
took
about
15
mins
for
the
staff
to
find
a
key
for
the
room
and
for
them
to
check
to
see
if
the
room
was
clean
even
though
I
booked
in
advance
and
also
gave
my
ETA.
The
room
smelt
bad
like
mould
or
damp,
or
both.
I
tried
to
live
with
it,
but
it
was
so
bad
I
asked
for
another
room.
I
was
shown
3
different
rooms
and
they
all
smelt
horrible
like
damp
carpet
and
mould.
I
complained
and
was
told
that's
what
I
should
expect
for
the
price.
I
ended
up
staying
in
the
2nd
room
for
the
night.
Both
rooms
had
hair
on
the
beds,
the
air-con
had
mould
inside
it
and
the
air-con
stunk
when
I
turned
it
on.
Outside
someone
across
the
street
was
yelling
over
the
phone
(sounded
like
a
drug
deal)
making
death
threats
to
someone
else.
Next
morning
upon
checking
out
around
8:30
am,
I
went
to
pick
up
my
$100
deposit
(required
to
pay
at
check
in,
in
case
you
damage
the
room)
and
no
staff
were
about.
I
received
it
a
week
later
after
giving
my
bank
details.
1st
and
last
time
staying
there.
