For the first time i was disappointed by artisan I ordered a Strawberry sunrise smoothie thinking it'd be 100% strawberries as displayed on the posters however i got a smoothie with more bananas, something that is not mentioned anywhere, than strawberries The problem here are the posters that lack description and are therefore very confusing

Nice place for a quick bite with great coffee and good deals on their menu. There are happy hours as well. The cons are they have to maintain a good hygiene by cleaning the tables regularly and a rapid service on Happy hours.

Fine for a quick bite with family or friends, or just treat yourself to some nice coffee and pastries or sandwiches. Food tastes good. Service can be better. Clean overall. Nothing to rave about but gets the job done, service fairly fast.

It's ok for a coffee to go. There is however very few space inside and outside to seat, seats are touching each others. Outside, It's great when you have kids because of the playing area just from of the café, otherwise it's difficult to enjoy because of the noise and all the flow of people passing by.

I had a smoothie and it was great. Not the best service with the waitresses not being very friendly and more occupied in their conversation than greeting and serving clients. Not very communicative and not smiling at all. Does not send an overall nice feeling when you're in.

Prompt service, welcoming and warm staff, helpful and very professional. Excellent drinks and food. Definitely recommended. Ten thumbs up. Nonetheless, the quality of the desserts is not as top-notch as Cafe Luxx...but deserves indulgence since price is lower...overall very much worth the price range...

A nice coffee shop with friendly staffs. I was served on time and the brownies were delicious. You can find large variety of pastries , hot and cold drinks there.

Artisan coffee was providing great services at start when I first consumed. But later on it's services has started degrading. I went at caudan artisan coffee on Monday 27th September 2021. I ordered a chocolate milkshake with cream. I thought I would enjoy my milkshake after a tiring day. Unfortunately, the milkshake was not kind of milkshake. It was like water with chocolate. The cream was swinging in the water. The cup was overloaded. There is a lack of skills and experience. You should review your employees and their skills and train them well. I do not recommend artisan coffee anymore.

Nice and cosy decor. However the food ( panini and beef pastrami) were disappointing. Expensive for the quality and quantity. Hope management makes the necessary changes.

Love their Portuguese egg tarts and brownies; good deal at 3 for Rs 100.

Very disappointed 😥 I always shared good news about artisan and its coffee.. The price did not changed but the quantity did in less than one year!!! And there's no poster that explain this changement !!! I now don't recommend it!

One thing I love about this place is that they play good music. The coffee and pain au chocolat are delicious.

Ordered hot chocolate. The guy serving, over spilled it, no cream, tasted nothing close to a good hot chocolate. Seriously lacking skills all rounder. Poor, definetely a no Whats the point of having artisan on every corner?!

When clients ask if it is still able to change their choice of milkshake when nothing has been prepared yet may be for the client satisfaction you should try your best and make the necessary change.poor customer service
