Good place to just chill or even to conduct meetings .. Love the location

Am quite a regular customer other there but still what bothers me is that you never get the same service all the time. The quality of the food & drinks tend to be constant but the service varies depending on the mood of the staffs. Sometimes you are treated like a king and sometimes it's as if you are a burden to them for having disburbing them with an order!!!

I've tried very hard to enjoy their coffee but just can't. The taste is bland. As for other beverages they are laden with sugar to conceal their lack of taste. Kind of annoying that they were the worst coffee option in the Plaines Wilhelms and Port Louis districts yet also the one with the most outlets.

Artisan never disappoints! Loved the cozy and warm interior with great glass walls to give you the amazing views of Cyber City.

Awful coffee. Took 2 flat whites with almond milk. Impossible to make even a sip: too roasted, bitter & sour. Straight to the trash, don’t waste your money

Bought 3 pains aux chocolat just 30minutes ago today. They were completely stale and crumbled like hot baguettes. Unexpectedly poor quality from Artisan. Will never buy from the ebene branch again. To anyone looking at the photos, have a look at the video as well. The sound of it is self explanatory. Please Artisan - do not serve stale food to customers. It's not safe and healthy. A one off can happen but it's all 3 in my case. Unacceptable. Shameful.

Great coffee! Consistent taste and service across all the shops. If you are into speciality milks, this is the place! They use Milklab non diary milk which tastes amaazzziiinnng!

The croissant and pain au raisin were easily eaten up while waiting in the queue to the supermarket. Thanks for this opening in this lock down covid period

The best place for a coffee and quick bite

Gotta train the baristas to not burn milk. If you charge that much, please train your staff properly. Burnt milk/coffee tastes awful

Rs 250 for salad is a rip off.

Consistently good coffee with different milk available such as macadamia, top it with quick service that's all I need.

A place where you can get breakfast as from 8am, with fresh juice, viennoiseries, coffee etc...

Very nice atmosphere but there is no innovation in food and pastries furthermore, what I don't understand is why they don't serve their coffee in proper cup and saucer. Why using these disposable cups and spoon.

brought a panini today for a vegeterain panini cost Rs150, without any cheese and vegetable/ I would definitely not recommend the panini

Oh my gosh the plant based coffees are delicious! Would be a 5 star of they had more veg/vegan options in terms of food. But definitely 4 stars just for the coffees themselves

Best coffees and fine atmosphere space quiet.

1. The staff were nice. The boy working there explained me nicely what a Machiato is.. 2. Asked for a Mocha with a little sugar, was perfect! 3. The Brownie despite being small for Rs 50 was good too.

Service was miserable, food/drinks merely average, in a town full of coffee shops there are a lot of better alternatives.

Perfect coffee served safely. Offers payment by card and mcb juice. Ordered an Americano triple shot. Just perfectly brewed coffee.
