Usually I am not a big fan of poutine but they make a really good one and their spicy sauce is fire. Burgers are awesome too. Honestly I won’t be surprised if everything on their menu is really really good. Staff here is amazing too.

Love this place. Great vibe. We were the last to leave, never felt rushed. Highly recommended. Made my custom poutine with sweet potatoes, Brie, ground beef & green peas to name a few ingredients. Fresh & delicious!! Would definitely come here again.

The poutine with beef braised in red wine was excellent. But the best part was the service. The restaurant was VERY busy, but they found us a table in 3 minutes and they served us really fast. Very casual and affordable.

The poutine and the sangria were amazing here! The ambience is also pretty good. The only thing I didn't like was when the server gave us the bill and we tipped, he did not like the amount we tipped and lectured us as to how they get paid below minimum wage and rely solely on tip. Had to do another transaction for 1 cent and add tips on top to satisfy the server. I centainly do not want to be lectured on the tipping culture after I had already tipped. management should look into this.

A bit tricky when the restaurant gets slammed with the lunch time crowd and what looked like only 2 servers. Salad wasn’t worth $15 ( I had) and a pulled pork ( missing ingredients, 4/10 rated by buyer). Might be a better place if you have time and want sit down service.

There are many options to choose from, and you can also make your own poutine. We tried the Specialty Poutine, Smoked Meat, and Pulled Pork, and loved both. The deep-fried crunchy pickle for the Smoked Meat dish is a huge plus, emphasizing the flavor and balancing the poutine. Additionally, the customer service is top-notch. Perfect hospitality and a warm welcome make tourists feel comfortable. The servers comprehend English well, so communication is great. We really enjoyed our time at Poutineville Vieux Québec and highly recommend you give it a try.

My wife and I ordered two: their Poutineville House Special as well as their ‘Sugar Shack’ Quebec. Both were quite different and incredibly delicious in their own way. The gravy was on point and the cheese curds had that signature chew. We found both regular sized poutines to be a generous and filling portion for lunch. We also suggest ordering a salad to balance things out a bit. Their excellent staff and clean facilities really round out the experience.

Poutine tastes good and the sauce and meet are excellent! However, the fries are a little bit over fried to our taste. It is located close to our hotel Hilton which make the restaurant a good place to visit for us! Highly recommend!

One of the best poutines I've tried! Fresh cut potatoes, savory vegetarian gravy, and the cheese curds 'squeak'. The bread for the hamburgers were perfectly toasted, too! Shout-out to Demba for being accommodating and patient with me when I wanted to practice speaking French!

We ordered the poutine from the build your own menu. There are vegan options for the cheese and the sauce. The smashed fries were an excellent base. The food warmed us up from the inside on a really cold day and the drinks were delicious. The large size was overwhelmingly huge but made a nice snack later in the day.

Everything poutine - we had the Mexican and Philly steak. Regular size is more than sufficient… too much and it gets too heaty. Drink lots of water.

Ordered the pulled pork poutine and the deluxe burger. Surprisingly it was a pretty good burger! Better than some others I've had in the area. Pulled pork poutine was decent, wish there were more fries and they were bigger. Overall a good place.

I ordered the Deluxe burger and upgraded my fries to a mini poutine, my group also had the combo platter appetizer. The food was yummy, and a large amount. The service was great, my group speaks English mainly and they provided us with English menus and since it was our first time here, the server explained them.

Poutineville is a must when visiting anywhere in Quebec!! The one in Quebec City has amazing, friendly staff. Very accommodating on speaking English, as I’m just trying to learn French. Every time I go here the custom poutine is my go to, so many different topping options.

Many poutine options to choose from. Hangover and House Specialty were delicious and regular size portion was plenty for one person. Great selection of cocktails too, got the Mai Thai and loved it. Service was a bit slow, although the place was not crowded

The staff found us a great table. Food and drinks amazing! Made even better with Imagine Dragons music playing ahead of their concert!

We drove by and was so happy it’s in walking distance to our hotel! Every time we walk by, it is very very busy. The place itself is so cute. Our waiter was very kind. The poutine was delicious. My husband got the hat trick one and made it spicy. I wish I would’ve gotten poutine but I opted for a chicken sandwich and it’s just okay. Think it’s frozen chicken. Will definitely be back though! Oh and the appetizer sampler was pretty cool. We just got full after it and couldn’t finish the poutine. :(

Visiting Quebec for work, and the one thing on my must-do list was to make it to Poutineville. I tried them in Montreal, and was really looking forward to having their Poutineville special again. I was not disappointed! It was just as good as I remembered. They even put little garnish on our pop. (It's the little things) For those who want lighter Keto options, they now have celeriac potatoes. They were actually really tasty! This is a cute location, with options to sit by big bright windows, or in a tucked away corner. It was quiet and cozy when we went: the perfect atmosphere we were looking for. Our server was very pleasant, and helpful answering any questions we had (I was there with a friend who had never been). We had a great lunch, and may try to make it back before we have to leave to head back home!

We came at a time in between lunch and dinner, we were literally the only 2 people in the restaurant, and the food was amazing. The waiter sat us by the window so we could people watch and the service was amazingly fast! Everyone here was very nice, especially considering we spoke very little French when we visited.

The place is so cozy the staff is so nice and accommodating. And the food is superb! I will be back for more!
