We stopped in here and grabbed a glass of wine with their burger and mini poutine and it was delicious. Flavoured with maple (which normally wouldn’t be my pick) but the maple was mild and spicy - awesome combo! Service was great and friendly while the style of the restaurant was modern and enjoyable. Great spot for dinner or a little break to enjoy the scenery!

This was a relaxing choice for a very busy Friday night. We were promptly seated, followed by drink orders. Our server was very friendly and attentive. Our appetizers were delicious! The breading on the onion rings was crispy but held on to the onions perfectly. Veggie chickpea burgers were fresh and well-presented. Only thing missing was a dessert selection but who needs that when you have a great selection of beer, wine and cocktails & mocktails.

We had chicken nachos and sangria. Both were delicious. Nachos are made with good quality ingredients. The ambiance is festive but not as noisy as some other places on this street. Perfect for us for a romantic date night. The service was rapid and friendly. We are locals and we'll be back. Highly recommend!

Compared to the other British or the Irish pubs across the street, this restaurant is very different although they serve similar dishes. It does not have loud music outside of the restaurant nor does it have a live band, but it made us feel very relaxed and at ease. The dishes are the regular pub dishes such as nachos, burgers and fish and chips; however, they all are upgraded. Not only did they come with a better presentation, but also the taste was enhanced. The portion of dishes was pretty big for us, so we could not finish all the food. We are a group of four with two kids and two adults. But we could not finish all the fries. I would recommend opting for salad if you have someone ordering fries in your group.

Wait time was incredibly long for incredibly mediocre food. Who uses rye bread in French toast????? I do not need to feel the corn flour bits as I’m eating it. Also rye bread is not the best at absorbing and retaining moisture resulting in dry French toast. If you need maple syrup to make a dish palatable, we have a problem. 10/10 would recommend they get a new chef.

After being unable to find a place for dinner, my friends and I, visiting for spring break from Montreal, stumbled across Les Trois Garçons on a dark, frigid afternoon. We entered and were immediately impressed by just about everything. The friendly, chic ambiance and enchanting service was paradisal. And of course, the 2014 throwback playlist was perfect. But the food — I can’t even begin to describe it… The veritable symphony of flavours and textures and aromas that danced and pranced across my tongue as I bit into the wholly ineffable ‘Québec burger’. Ultimately, as an American, it’s a LOT to say this—but it was without even a morsel of doubt the BEST burger I have ever had the pleasure of enjoying. Needless to say, it made my day. My week, even. I left with a smile on my face. Despite the pleading of my friends, I was too embarrassed to go to the kitchen and voice my delight to the chefs, so they spoke for me. Later, a total coincidence, we met the chef’s lovely daughter and her friend, and with them we passed a night for the ages. I hope to soon return to Québec City for this great burger and this great restaurant.

Great place to go for a great burger in old Quebec. It was hard to find many options that server gluten free options in this area but why were able to accommodate me. My partner and I both got the original because the waiter told us it was the best burger he ever tried and he did not lie. Although the burger seems very plain in writing, it tastes amazing!!! The meat was very tender-but not raw-, the bun was crispy and you can taste the cheese. My partner got a poutine for his side which was a good size and he says was amazing- I couldn’t try it because their gravy is not gluten free. I got fries for my side with maple and rosemary mayo. The mayo was so unique yet delicious, I would recommend it to anybody that goes to trois garçon, it is worth the try. Thé only issue we had was some of the seating is so close that you could hear details of other peoples conversations and I am the type of person that prefers a little bit of privacy.

Perfect for a warm night. The city blocked off the road to traffic, so the patio spills out into the streets. The food looked standard, but one bite of the Quebec burger (bacon jam!) sold me. Sangria also seems to be a hit with other patrons. Price point was good - solid value for the money.

Went here twice on my stay in Quebec City. They offer a traditional breakfast for around $11 a plate, which is very affordable. The atmosphere is nice and the restaurant is clean and up to date. I would recommend breakfast around 8am as it starts to get busy around 9am. Service was excellent. Our server was Lisa and she remembered us from our previous visit the day before. Service was fast and all the food was excellent! Lisa really made our experience wonderful. Highly recommend breakfast here!

Nachos were awesome, grilled goat cheese salad with caramelized onions was over-the-top. Poutine was a huge hit too. Friendly and courteous staff. Would definitely go back.

A selection of gourmet burgers along with several other dishes and entree salads. Appetizers, desserts, cocktails, beer, and wines as well. In all cases not a gigantic selection but enough that almost anyone should be able to find something agreeable. There's a kid menu as well. Service was reasonable and friendly, but the place was pretty loud even on a Sunday night. So if you're looking for an intimate meal this isn't the place, but for a tasty meal with friends it was good.

Good burgers - wish my cheese was more melted but could be nitpicking. Overall it was a good experience. The cheval blanc with peach liquor was pretty good.

We sat outside and the atmosphere was very pleasant! We had burgers, I had the vegetarian one and once I added the chipotle mayo it was amazing! The poutine was a little too wet for our preference, but overall a good experience, good service and nice location!

First and foremost I 100% recommend this restaurant. I have to say it didn’t start out as a great experience as we arrived at 11:30 when breakfast was finishing and lunch hadn’t quite started. Abruptly we were told, no breakfast, no lunch until 12. No where was this indicated on ANY of the outdoor menus or signage. It wasn’t a big deal, we waited at a table until 12noon with our cocktails and then placed our order. Great News! The poutine was fantastic. Their homemade gravy was very reminiscent of a St Hubert style gravy. Lots of cheese, homemade fries with their homemade mayonnaise to dip the fries into was a little piece of heaven to taste. Nachos, well I can say I have had my fair share of Nachos over the years and typically in a restaurant I don’t know I would never order them. Well I can tell you, I am so so so glad we ordered them. The beef flavor was amazing, coupled with cheese, thick sour cream and an amazing guacamole… ORDER the Nachos. The whole meal was great and on our next visit it will be on our list to visit again.

I visited on the first Sunday of November 2023 at 6pm. They waitress guided me to a table in the back of the place. Even if the place was near empty. If you want a table in the front, close the the window, you probably need to ask. By default parties of one or two are sent to the back. I had the Charlevoix burger with fries. The burger was very good, the brioche, cheese, meat, etc tasted really well. But when I took the burger for the first bite, a lot of juice fell out of it. Turn it to the side before eating it and avoid getting a stain on your clothes. Overall good, but they can do better.

I wish it was possible to give 100 stars for service!! Delicious burgers, very well seasoned and cooked to perfection, the buns were also super good and the whole family including our picky eater loved it. Fries are fantastic as were the fish and chips and salad! Definitely will be back next time we're in Quebec city. Service was attentive and quick despite it being a busy night. They also went above and beyond when my husband forgot his wallet at the restaurant. Our server contacted us through our reservation phone number to let us know that they had found it and would keep it in the safe until we were able to retrieve it! We were both stunned and relieved! Excellent food and amazing people!

Best burgers!!!! I had specifically googled good hamburgers in Quebec and this place came up and I am so glad we went. The burgers were insane. I had the Quebec and my boyfriend had the blue. Both unreal, both so flavourful, juicy meat, excellent bun. The fries were amazing too, fresh cut. Cannot say enough good enough things about this place. It was hard for us to not go back both days we were there!

I really wanted a burger whilst here, and this restaurant sounded good. I had the Quebec burger, and it was absolutely delicious. The sauce in the burger was amazing. It's the best burger I've had in a long time. They also serve Stewarts root beer, which we love. The servers were polite and cheerful. It was a nice place to relax and eat.

Very nice ambiance, and good customer service at this restaurant. I had the Inter-travailleur burger, and it was phenomenal.

Nice place and delicious burgers. I really liked that the fries are made with regular potatoes. We ordered three different burgers and they were all delicious. We will come back :)

The menu is small and doesn’t make full sense despite the fact they have English translations. I asked for a “Chicken Breast” what do they do? They ruined it by making it into a burger with lettuce, bacon, and what looked like mayonnaise or mayo in it. I was flabbergasted when I saw it. They should honestly extend the menu so burgers are not the only damn thing they serve. The fries were good though so I do recommend them. But overall, I’m quite disappointed and what’s worse. I had no choice but to eat here because it was on a school trip for Feb Break.

Had lunch there with my hubby and sister in law. We ordered few dishes to share:- the original and charlevoix, additional mini poutine in good size and oignons francais. Also ordered melted brie to share, they used maple syrup as the base.

Great atmosphere, attentive staff to food sensitivities, gluten free options available. No dairy free options available but can take off the dairy/ egg. Everything was great, but I’d recommend more salt/ pepper and seasoning for the potatoes. Would come back for sure.

I ordered Tartare de saumon. The salad was fresh, crunchy and a bit tangy. I enjoyed the overall experience except the lengthy wait time.

Service and food were excellent! The breakfast here is great, we are English speakers, and staff was very friendly and accommodating. The eggs Benedict was great, and the omelettes as well. Was able to get a table without any wait when we showed up.

The staff were very courteous. The ambience is amazing. Went for some cocktails and the veggie burger, along with fish and chips. Happy with the meal. The crème brûlée was very nice.

Don't get me wrong, the food IS good. But the service is terrible. From the moment we arrived, seeing free tables and the hostess saying they only had them because of reservation, and couldn't even stay in line, from getting there with the reservation and listening that she would only seat us not to get confusion. Is the food good? Yes. Is the attittude bad? Yes.

Had the poutine and the original burger. The poutine was good but huge. The burger was very fresh and delicious. I would recommend getting a side of poutine with your burger because the appetizer plus a main meal was too much!

Looked up on google review, did not think it would be busy but there was a line up. Waited about 10 minutes and we sat down. Ordered food right away and it took 30 minutes to get food - but food was great.

Popped in this spot randomly for dinner and so glad we did! This interior of this bistro is very unique (diner style yet industrial?). The whole vibe was great! The servers were also amazing, ours in particular was so welcoming and knowledgeable when we inquired about Quebec beers. The food was absolutely scrumptious. The salmon burger - best I ever had. My husband had the blue cheese burger which he enjoyed thoroughly. The fries (as a side) were also really good. The whole meal was wonderful!

Great food. Got there before 6 for Happy Hour and had mini pouting (photo), guacamole and chips, and Asian salad for dinner. Large portions all around.
