My new obsession!! This place is absolutely incredible! I’m a big fan of the Oreo balls. My family and I got the box and beaver tails so best of both worlds. I don’t live in Canada but this will be my new spot to visit on every trips because it is that good! 10/10

If you come to Quebec as a tourist, please try beaver tails. You will fall in love. Try the original cinnamon brown sugar with or without lemon for the true experience. Sometimes less is more. The gelato here is also excellent.

My favorite is definitely classic and my daughter likes with lemon and of course Nutella with banana.

Délicieux! I love this location because it’s the best of two worlds: the history and incredible ambiance and vitality of Vieux-Québec in the summer coupled with a delicious Canadian pastry gem. Be prepared to get down and possibly a little dirty with your choice of sweet treat. I am typically a chocolate-banana (Bananarama) kinda girl and I find that less messy, but I also think that it’s compliments to the chef if I end up wearing a part of my meal…lol. Anyway, I certainly put these sweet treats on the list of culinary wonders that rock my world, for sure! Local tip that I learned to avoid some of the mess: take your cute social media picture and then fold it like a taco to eat ;)

Amazing! First time having a beaver tail - did not disappoint! For the novice, a beaver tail is a flat bit of fried dough rolled in sugar (like the best doughnut!) Then topped with additional sugary goodness. We got the triple trip which has Nutella, peanut butter and Reese's pieces. HEAVEN! We also went all out and got some delicious scoop ice cream too. A great little spot for dessert!

Very original flat light donuts ! It’s very crunchy and tasty :) You can choose the topping of your choice but don’t do too complicated. It’s very nice for a dessert or an afternoon snack !

We ordered the Classic and Apple pie. It was so delicious. It's crunchy and thin and not too sweet.

Very cozy little place, great to get "beaver tails" a sweet flat bread that tastes great by itself which you can add toppings for more flavor. The choco banana and the apple cinnamon are highly recommended. You can also have hot chocolate, coffee, poutine and even ice cream. Very near Rue de Champlain. A must while in Quebec!

Usually so good, the size has reduced and it wasn't freshly made. How do I know? We got 2 of the originals and they were cold. Disappointed

First time trying Beaver Tails. They were made fresh, still very hot and very good. Not the best thing for your diet but hey, you only live once!!😁 Only one person working at this location and it was busy so we had to wait for a while. He was working as fast as he could and was nice and friendly. Ice cream was good, too.

I came here to get the highly coveted beaver tail. Little did I know how many options there would be. Shout out to the young man working the night I visited. He was more than patient with me while I bombarded him with questions regarding the options. I was a big fan of the beaver tail it was a great late night dessert after dinner. This shop was nice clean and very low-key in a cool part of the city.
